If the big news you will be making within the next 48 hours is going to put Rocketpot in a negative shade or show them in a negative light then it might be better for them to contact you beforehand. I still honestly believe Rocketpot is a one-man-band and maybe Sofia is just a pseudonym being used to create the illusion of a customer support team but if the Rocketpot owner really wants to pay you but is effectively insolvent but he is trying to use incoming funds to divert to your payments then he should be allowed time to do it. If that is what is happening then it cannot negate a red tag on the profile of their forum representative but maybe that is not what is happening. Patience is the key here, they have made it clear they are awaiting confirmation from the game provider to state that you won without cheating. If I were you I would be very unhappy at the delays in them communicating effectively too but does their ToS (or Terms and Conditions) mention the time they require between a user winning and them ascertaining from the game provider that no cheating took place? Sorry for the delay all. Still no 10k this week from rocketpot, but I’ll have a big update coming in next 48 hours. This is slightly incorrect, they’ve never stated they were waiting confirmation from the game provider. They did the game provider check weeks ago. My last update was I was told to wait for the “compliance” manager. You can recheck my updates in case you missed something

Still waiting on the 10k withdrawal today. I’m guessing it ill receive it tmrw morning. Will update when I do. What I meant from the time zone thing is they operate on CET time so I’m able to request my next weeks withdrawal at 4pm Sunday my time which is what I did. So it’s now been over 24 hours since I requested it. Here’s what I was told again regarding confirmation that they’ll be honouring the winnings in full. ^its already been 7-10 days. Ive been fair to the casino once they started paying. I locked my scam accusation thread and even changed the title of my thread. Now today just met with further delays and no answers. Finance manager then vip manager then licence holder then compliance manager… it’s a little ridiculous. I won’t be changing my thread title now until I’m paid in full. I’ll hold off on scam accusation thread for now as there’s still time to receive todays payment. After todays payment due to their terms I won’t be able to withdraw anymore till next month anyways. So in fairness that gives rocketpot plenty of time

UPDATE. No withdrawal today, it’s still pending. Tried contacting Sofia today couldn’t get a hold of her. Constantly being told she’s not available. A support agent did tell me this though https://imgur.com/a/0UTnpvDI’m honestly extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point, due to the lack of consistency with communication and consistency with updates given. I’ve been told I’ll be emailed an update for the past 2 weeks now and I haven’t received one email. I’ve had to constantly go in live support to get answers and I’m unable to get direct answers. It’s been over a week now, first it’s the finance manager, then it’s license holder and now I’m being told the compliance manager. Just seems like rocketpot is trying to further delay. Changed title thread back to “refusing” and will be reopening scam thread if I don’t get my 10k payment or hear back by the end of the day

Will be requesting another 10k withdrawal later as they’re in CET time zone. Will post here when/if that gets processed. Hoping to get the final update on if they’ll be honouring full amount of winnings as well as it’s now been over a week. Will keep you all updated

Just wanted to update. Still no update on whether they will be honouring the full amount of winnings, was told to continue waiting for a final decision. Will be requesting another 10k withdrawal Monday as it’s the next withdrawal I can do within their limits and see if this continues.

They have paid out all the max they could so far within their withdrawal limits which says a lot and is a good sign
Like I said earlier, it's not a proven scam until yourmet with a blatant refusal to comply on paying out won bets. Yeah, it was supposed to be a 24hrs payment period but at times, shits happens and on that, you've got to give them the time they need to comply as the amount involved is huge. It's good your seeing some progress in this and tha your patience is paying off. Although, its damaging what this thread would do to them as it comes with some negativity. In the end, they are about fulfilling there obligations to you as a customer. With this Eth pump the balance is now over 200k as the balance is in ethereum. Which is insane. Not sure if that will make any difference on payout amount or they’ll just honour the base amount of winnings
About this, I think all that matters is the base currency and time of withdrawal. They can't back date the value based on that fact. Out of fairness to rocketpot I removed “refused” from the title and I have removed the previous negative updates on my og post given they have started paying what they can within their limits. Although I still haven’t gotten a confirmation if they’ll honour the full amount of winnings, it’s not fair to them to garner any negative feedback for the time being unless/if something changes such as them adamantly denying to pay out in full. I’ve also locked my scam accusation thread as a result of this. Will continue to post updates here
