Rocketpot.io refusing/delaying to pay out 170k win.

If the big news you will be making within the next 48 hours is going to put Rocketpot in a negative shade or show them in a negative light then it might be better for them to contact you beforehand.

I still honestly believe Rocketpot is a one-man-band and maybe Sofia is just a pseudonym being used to create the illusion of a customer support team but if the Rocketpot owner really wants to pay you but is effectively insolvent but he is trying to use incoming funds to divert to your payments then he should be allowed time to do it. If that is what is happening then it cannot negate a red tag on the profile of their forum representative but maybe that is not what is happening.

Patience is the key here, they have made it clear they are awaiting confirmation from the game provider to state that you won without cheating. If I were you I would be very unhappy at the delays in them communicating effectively too but does their ToS (or Terms and Conditions) mention the time they require between a user winning and them ascertaining from the game provider that no cheating took place?

This is slightly incorrect, they’ve never stated they were waiting confirmation from the game provider. They did the game provider check weeks ago. My last update was I was told to wait for the “compliance” manager. You can recheck my updates in case you missed something

What was the question you asked that resulted in Sofia mentioning the Compliance Manager? And what was is that Sofia was meaning when stating the words "you will be contacted directly once we have a final decision"?

Just give them amount of time needed, 48 hours is the least you can wait for, put in to consideration of how long you've been waiting for initially. Because all everyone here believe that paying 16k+ out already is a show of good faith and you should optimistic of getting the full payment, but what I'm not quite sure about is why they needed to contact their license regulators, perhaps they're not allowed to pay such an huge amount at once, hence the need to contact the license regulators to see if an exemption can be made for your case.

It could go either way, Rocketpot will stop paying OP and will end up as a scam casino, or he will get all his payment and everything will be fine Rocketpot staying true to their promise and OP getting what he deserves, the latter is the best solution I hope Rocketpot can keep up the ball is in their hands and OP should just hope that he gets everything, the community is on him, we love winners to get what he deserves, maybe OP treats us for a bottle of beer when he gets all his winnings  , just joking.

I hope for the OP that he will get all his money, but Rocketpot is always loosing here. Seeing how they handled this case, doesn't give a lot of confidence and with the rules they have for withdrawing, not a lot of big players will be inclined to play at Rocketpot.

Well, it was quite a rocky start for OP. He had to make some noise before Rocketpot started releasing the first batch of payment. In fact, if rocketpot was super serious about their reputation and commitment, they would have paid up while taking into account the time OP wasted trying to make sure they do the right thing.

I'm not sure rocketpot reads this forum anymore. I feel like if efialtis hadn't contacted someone, then OP might not have gotten a reply by now. I could be wrong but it helps when you have contacts.

Yeah I agree this is a big concern and this issue is attached to Rocketpot as long as they have not completed the payment, unless most of his players and new players coming in are nto aware of this issue, but Bitcointalk has a very wide reach they will find out and will have second thought before playing here, it's better for Rocketpot to play the whole amount and bank on this issue that they resolve to gain reputation, it's a win win situation for both party.

I'm wondering why on the site rocetpot.io only the support mail is indicated as a link and their social networks such as Discord are not indicated https://discord.gg/hhKXbATARk after all (the discord channel is listed in the Promotion tab https://rocketpot.io/promotions/rocketpot-discord/), for example, there is a Rocetpot Support channel in it that allows you to create a ticket with a request to support, they also have Twitter https://twitter.com/rocketpotio there is another one, but it has not been active for two years https://twitter.com/Rocketpot_io

There has been a lot of complains in this forum related to different platforms in this kind of issues, Is good you bring this into notice as well so as people get to know your problem after you've made necessary efforts , But I still think you should give them more time to process the payment and also wait for their response as regards to your thread, I believe their management team/representatives will definitely come across this post and do something about it.

But I keep wondering why some of these platforms will do find it difficult some times to process most Big wins like this, forgetting that at some point this accounts got recked and lost everything in their platforms as a result of patronizing their business platform but eventually when they became profitable and try to make a withdrawal but it becomes very difficult to process their payments and that's not a fair dealing.

I believe that they are just trying to extend their reputation by paying you a small part of the claimed amount so they will be readying their site for a exit scam .
I might be wrong but this took so long and promises are just keeping there but not bringing a obligatory action.
hope that Big Update that you will be presenting any time from now will clear everything here , if they are legitimately giving what you asked or pointing them into a true scam site.

If I recall correctly I always advised all members to take care when dealing with Rocketpot because of a number of reasons.

I await the important update. Though I am not optimistic, I hope it is good news which includes you being paid out in full as per the agreement that was made between you and Rocketpot.

If i understand right, they didn`t pay for more than 3 months. In the other way the thread was unlocked earlier(i think). I`m disappointed with such decision of the rocketpot.io. 3 years old casino loosing all their reputation for $170k. I thought that the reputation costs much more but seems i`ve mistaken.

You started a thread for your cause and it gained support and a lot of interest which was around 9 pages of posting. After that support was given, you made a deal with Rocketpot but only you posted about it, Rocketpot did not post here to confirm a deal was made therefore your claims cannot be verified. If Rocketpot deny your claims of a deal what will you do?

You were the not the only to post in intricate details about getting scammed and you were not the only who after receiving support and attention along with publicity, decided to make a private deal with the alleged scammer. It is the privacy that surrounds those deals that on many occasions comes back to bite because you (and others) do not disclose the terms of the deal therefore nobody from the forum was able to advise if the deal offered was trustworthy enough to believe.

If your account of the events are true, I am not surprised you were not paid out as I was always highly scepitcal of Rocketpot and I am fairly confident you unfortunately will probably not receive the money you are claiming.
