What the hell are these newbies posting about all the time?
It's like they read something in the thread but they didn't read anything
And it's always about Ristos Polo.

Account farming.

Those seem like bots that pickup an old comment from a thread and reuse it to increase post count.

Edit1: There are 1001 ways to make money in crypto.

Edit2: Trusting risto is not one of them Cheesy

Increased value of M would flow through CK economy without necessarily causing deflation, there are automatic stabilizers now, building payoffs in M being a prime example. Mooning M would put downward pressure on real estate prices, BUT, increased value of M building payouts would put upward pressure on real estate prices. During the sept 2016 revaluation event no such countervailing effects existed, and the game owed XMR denominated debt at the time also, which isn't the case now.

At that time the building payouts were made in XMR also. The only difference now would be M instead of XMR?

How would the results be different?

Would the people here be willing to revert back to a CK item representing game ownership and divided to M owners?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKingdom Uncensored on: August 03, 2017, 10:34:08 AM
I agree with the idea of putting the Markka(M) currency on a blockchain, but before we vote we need to know exactly how this is going to work. Will we keep our M balances on CK or they will be erased and credit us instead with "Markka" assets on a ratio 1:1 or 1:2,etc..? And how the trading of in-game items will work after this transition?

When we get markka on a blockchain, there should be a depository working like that of XMR when it was the game currency.

So you can withdraw markka to your own wallet or other exchange and deposit back to the game. The problem I see here is the network security.

This could be solved using an ARDR child chain as proposed by boomboom. This way the child chain security is taken care of by the ARDR parent chain.

Does someone have a copy of the original Game 'Rules' from Risto's original thread? I can't find them now.

I'd like to clarify things, like CKG holder voting procedures.

What are the basic rules we all agree on now?

Following the CON disaster caused by the XMR valuation, it was created a CK item that represented game ownership.

This was distributed as a dividend to all CK and CON holders.

After that, Risto tried the to instagrow the Game's marketcap to 100mil (I dunno what was wrong with the already ambitious november '17 date, but whatever) and one of the procedures was to convert the CK to Markka.

So the voting and game ownership is now based on Markka ownership.

If voting is based on Markka, are dividends based on markka too?

The dividends were axed at the time of the conversion to Markka.

[...]

It is most unfortunate that you chose to destroy what has been accomplished so far. However, it is now becoming more and more apparent that you may not have what it takes to build something like this, and that the lure of 700 bitcoin was too much for you. Still, the door will stay open to you to return to the flock, upon repayment of your debts.

Seriously, why the theft, the lies, the mockery, the abject self sabotage ? Do you wish to accomplish nothing with your life, content with wallowing in whatever booze and drugs you can get your hands on until death finally takes you ? Only you can choose to break this cycle of decay, but it takes will, and honesty, which you had, I think.

So, fuck off with your paltry debts unless you give a fuck and have them transferred to Universe, as follows:

Quote from: freenode##crypto-kingdom
Zechariah: Ultima will be supported for 168 more hours, after that BOTH assets and liabilities there expire and are untransferable to Universe.

Well, you bought CK Markkas with blockchain Bitcoin. I expect you to honor your end of the deal by the original terms voluntarily proposed by you. (See here).

While I don't think you are lying about the fire and flood, I fault you for acting recklessly with other people's money, for ridiculing some of the people who are truly distressed by your actions and not showing the willingness to take even small steps to start amending the wrong you have done.

And you expect our sympathy?

Dude, pay your debts, stop acting like you're too important to spend time minding petty things like other people, and then maybe you will start to gain some respect again.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Kingdom - 1991 Retro Virtual World(City) on: May 26, 2017, 11:17:57 AM

For E1 you had to physically go to the embassy to withdraw from the desk.

Which some could do and others not, so the debt still exist for shares outstanding.

I still dont agree and see this as a creed manifested chance to pump out money from CK, but thats none of my business.

Is there still money in CK? Wow!
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKingdom Uncensored on: May 26, 2017, 10:14:52 AM
OK, I have $413.57 remaining of $7,000.00 USD daily limit.

Is there any1 who'd be happy with a sub<0.3BTC, just shoot me with PM! Smiley

I'm wondering why you did not use most of those $6586.43 to start paying back the debts?

Paying the principal of the first on the list, as an example.

That would go along way in beginning to bridge this divide. I think we all want to get this behind us and get CK going again.

It is interesting that this echoes my rambling in ##crypto-kingdom early today.

Quote from: papa_lazzarou @ ##crypto-kingdom
09:56 < papa_lazzarou> what happened is CK was that risto created the impression that he would honor his commitments, as he had done many times before
09:56 < Marquess_Loaf> old CK token was "dead money" in the sense that you could only get dividends off of it (and their weren't as many compared to when
                       game was active)
09:57 < papa_lazzarou> the proposition of withdrawing b1 /BTC created an arbitrage oportunity when you considered M3 price in M
09:57 < Marquess_Loaf> so your CK became a spendable token for in-game purposes
09:57 < Marquess_Loaf> and then if you wanted, you could take that new M and withdraw even more
09:58 < Marquess_Loaf> so not sure what was really withdrawn and paid via B1, but it was like 500 BTC i think?
09:58 < Marquess_Loaf> and then for XMR, that was essentially 60k+ XMR withdrawn
09:58 < papa_lazzarou> many of us took up that deal assuming this was part of the plan, as it would create a downward pressure for both M3 and B1, and eventually get Ck market cap equal for all depos
09:59 < papa_lazzarou> and then the guys stoped paying arguing he does not care about his or other people's money

09:59 < Marquess_Loaf> yeah me too (on e1)
09:59 < Marquess_Loaf> wanted to buy back via b1 or m3
10:00 < papa_lazzarou> what makes me even more upset is that those who trusted him got burned and those who did not got a load of Monero.
10:00 < papa_lazzarou> and that's that.

Announcement 2:
I also want to announce my intention to setup an independent depository, "Gringotts".

This is good news. What crypto will this depo work with?

Yet another exploit in the jewel editor (which should now be disabled) was reverted - a lot of new CKG had been created and sold, then the proceeds gambled on the PGC. This is now all fixed, and is the reason PGC gave some M to Coinshop, Church and Noble Palace, which were the victims of the "fake" gold.

In other news, rpietila has started repaying 1 bitcoin (out of. hmm, 640). A journey of a thousand miles start with a single transasction Smiley

To whom? Is there any rational how settlements of debts are done?

Risto has been advocating that he does have BTC on a public channel, see ##cryptokingdom on freenode. Apparently he is trying to get cash for them.

Adding insult to injury to anyone in debt.

Risto payed 1 BTC to Odin who eschewed the interest and was (imo accidentally) next in line.

What if give was a command that was only usable by those by those not of Level 1?

That could be a good solution except

16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: rpietila's Crypto Kingdom game is a scam, heavily in debt. Do not deposit funds. on: April 28, 2017, 10:56:02 AM
I confirm this.
Risto owns me 26.23 BTC plus the promised interest. I was led to deposit monero into CK believing he would honor his word according to this post.

There are not enough XBT to back all the b1 or EUR to back all of the e1. This is combined with a form of exchange controls. EUR withdrawals are only allowed in cash in person in Tallinn Estonia, XBT withdrawals are subject to certain delays unless one pays a premium for a faster withdrawal (B2).

If you want delivery of your B1/B2/E1, you can take it as follows:

GIVE B1 amount 1 [address] => If (amount-10) mBTC has not been sent to address in 12 matrix-hours from changelog timestamp of this; amount += 0.01*amount, each full hour.

GIVE B2 amount 1 [btc-address] => If (amount-10) mBTC has not been sent to address in 12 matrix-hours from changelog timestamp of this; amount += 0.01*amount, each full hour.

GIVE E1 amount 1 [prio5] => If (amount-100) Euro has not been surrendered to hand of courier in the Throne Room in 336 matrix-hours from changelog timestamp of this; amount += 0.01*amount, each full hour. Total maximum 10000*500 EUR banknote(rounded down (your loss) to nearest unit), first come first served.

GIVE E1 amount 1 [prio4] => If 0.95*(amount-100) Euro has not been surrendered to hand of courier in the Throne Room in 48 matrix-hours from changelog timestamp of this; amount += 0.01*amount, each full hour. Total maximum 100*500 EUR banknote(rounded down (your loss) to nearest unit), first come first served.

GIVE E1 amount 1 [prio3] => If 0.90*(amount-100) Euro has not been surrendered to hand of courier in the Throne Room in 12 matrix-hours from changelog timestamp of this; amount += 0.01*amount, each full hour. Total maximum 10*500 EUR banknote(rounded down (your loss) to nearest unit), first come first served.

The following apply only once per [person;encounter]  with SA Risto, General (meaning: only one exchange per meeting me please & 1 matrix-hour apart in any case):

Give 10,000,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 2*500 EUR banknote to your hand.
Give 5,000,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 1*500 EUR banknote to your hand.
Give 2,000,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 200 EUR in banknotes to your hand.
Give 1,000,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 100 EUR in banknotes to your hand.
Give 500,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 50 EUR in banknotes to your hand.
Give 200,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 20 EUR in banknotes to your hand.
Give 100,000 Markka certificate to Risto's hand => Gain 10 EUR in banknotes to your hand.

Excuse my noob question, please, but does it make more sense to start playing from a scratch (simply register) or it's almost necessary to buy someone's account (is it allowed?) to have any fun?

Currently, the only/main gameplay enabled in the game itself is the markets, so having fun requires depositing (though you get some CAN to get you started when you register, so you can get half a monero's worth if you sell it, so you can start with CK for example). You do not need to buy a character for this, and you will get up the ranks if you actively play.

If you consume enough WIS(dom) items (CAN for example) you'll feature on https://cryptokingdom.me/world-top and will be able to progress faster (commoners only) Check the rules here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1207367.msg16942967#msg16942967

But definitely buy some CK. Soon no man will be able to buy or sell, save he that had the ...  Shocked
