And what about their social media pages (if they have any), are they still active or they took them down too?
Although am totally against kyc and all that sh*t, but in cases like this we realize how important eing licensed can be.
They didn't have any social media pages. They only had telegram account, which is deleted now. BetJa team wouldn't run away in this way if they had gambling license. BTW, the website isn't reachable anymore. If anyone has their funds stuck at BetJa then leave a negative feedback to OP's profile. @manmulh, you should create a scam accusation thread against BetJa. Thanks to all of you again for your feedback. I will create a scam accusation thread against Betja. What's the best place to do that, and do you have any recommendations as to what I should include in there? |

Not too much, enough to buy some pizza, but I'm sure not many users are stuck there, not many complain here, because it's been 3 days the site can't access.
OK, you can survive without pizza, but it still hurts to shut down something without any announcement, and this look like exit scam. Maybe there are not so many big players from bitcointalk that used Betja, but I remember someone reported than other casino with similar name bet9ja was a scam, so mayne they are related after all. User ‘manmulh’ has made the complaint for the first time here. Yesterday he mentioned that his withdrawal amount was 0.2 BTC. And he had more balance in his account. This is always a danger with smaller casinos. Maybe he should create scam accusation with more details, but I am afraid it may be to late for that. We could try to follow and track their Bitcoin addresses and see what is happening with coins, if there are some big moves or not. Thanks a lot for all your comments. I think we can safely say this is an exit scam now. Do you know any way of tracking the bitcoins that were stored on the website? I am not sure what else is left to do in this situation. It is mind-boggling that someone can run away with other people's money so easily without facing any kind of repercussions... |

How much was your withdrawal amount? I'm wondering what happened to BetJa.com! The server isn't responding. I tried to login, but I'm unable to do it as well. Their mirror domain BetJa.io isn't available. OP hasn't said anything about this issue yet. Things aren't looking good at this moment. They have deleted the account of their telegram support. I tried to send a message to their email support account, but the message wasn't delivered. What's going on actually?  Yea things are not looking good at all for the time being, it appears that the owner(s) of the website just ran away with everyone's money. My withdrawal was 0.2 BTC, and I had a total of 1.1 BTC on there. It goes without saying this is a big blow for me. Hopefully someone on here will have some suggestions on how to get our money back... |

Thank you all of you for your valuable answers.
I have sent a PM to the Betja representative on the forum, we'll see if he gets back to me. But as you said, this doesn't look good at all, I have asked friends from other countries to access the website, to no avail. Also, their customer support on telegram was actually deleted (I wasn't blocked) after I inquired about the withdrawal.
At this point I am not sure what to do, looks like they just took down the website and ran away with the money... Awful, really.

I am having major issues with Betja at the moment. I initiated a withdrawal of bitcoins yesterday, and as it was still pending 24 hours later, I contacted customer support a couple of hours ago on their telegram. In the meantime, customer support has blocked me on telegram and the betja website seems to have been taken down, with my money locked on there of course...
Anyone here with a similar experience? Is there a representative from BetJA.com who could provide some help here?

They are up now betja.com If you aren't paid tomorrow, let us know and I'll contact them. Thanks a lot for your response. Unfortunately the website is not up (the front end does load if you try and access it from a browser that has the website "in memory" with cache/cookies etc. but you can't log in anymore and it's not accessible from other browsers). Customer support deleted their telegram account actually, so it's not looking good... |
