Hi,

I am having major issues with Betja at the moment. I initiated a withdrawal of bitcoins yesterday, and as it was still pending 24 hours later, I contacted customer support a couple of hours ago on their telegram. In the meantime, customer support has blocked me on telegram and the betja website seems to have been taken down, with my money locked on there of course...

Anyone here with a similar experience? Is there a representative from BetJA.com who could provide some help here?

about 2 days ago I still open and play at Bedja.com. and no problem. but today the website is not usually accessed, I think because my connection is down. but apparently, it is not accessible. there is no statement regarding whether service improvements are being carried out on the site.
for your particulars, seems to have to wait a while. Or maybe someone will provide clarification. Hopefully, nothing bad will happen to your money.

I haven't had problems with BetJa before with withdrawals but at this point I don't know because I bet on Betja only for sportsbooks because the league is on holiday so I'm no longer visiting therefore I haven't had any problems.

Have you sent a PM to the BetJa admin in the forum about the problem you are currently facing? because I see the conversation above the BetJa forum admin will help with the problem if you experience it because I think he will definitely help you if the support can't provide a clear explanation.

Try PM the Betja forum representative I think he can solve your problem, if you don't break their rules.

Betja website is not working for me too after trying with different browsers, and I didn't withdraw anything so I can't say anything about that.
It's possible they banned access to your IP address for some reason, but you can try writing their support email on support@betja.com
I see their forum account was active today so you can try sending him private message if he doesn't reply anything in public here, but this doesn't look good.

I have sent a PM to the Betja representative on the forum, we'll see if he gets back to me. But as you said, this doesn't look good at all, I have asked friends from other countries to access the website, to no avail. Also, their customer support on telegram was actually deleted (I wasn't blocked) after I inquired about the withdrawal.

At this point I am not sure what to do, looks like they just took down the website and ran away with the money... Awful, really.

I just tried to get through to the website but surely it seems to have been taken down for reasons nobody knows, but hopefully, the O.P of this thread was online today so let's just exercise patience and give him 48hours to come do justice to this, and tell us what's actually wrong with there Betja casino, why was it taken down and why the delay in his/her withdrawal e.t.c

I also experienced this, the BetJA.com site has not been accessible for two days, I bet yesterday on a sportsbook and until now I can't see it, of course my bet won yesterday's score.

I hope the @Betja.com team, immediately tell what happened to the Betja.com gambling site, whether they have new rules for blacklisted countries or those we don't know about.

This is the first time I've seen access problems, usually it's normal without problems, I've checked my Wifi repeatedly, it looks like it's an error from the site.

The same for me, I can open the website but stuck on loading the sports events.
Other pages such as T&C and FAQ are still visible and accessible, there must be something wrong with the system but not the whole system of the website.

Yea things are not looking good at all for the time being, it appears that the owner(s) of the website just ran away with everyone's money. My withdrawal was 0.2 BTC, and I had a total of 1.1 BTC on there. It goes without saying this is a big blow for me. Hopefully someone on here will have some suggestions on how to get our money back...

you have a considerable amount in your account. I still don't know after all this time what their relationship is with Cloudbet. An identical casino, exactly the same matches and odds but many different limits. I can remember that Cloudbet had some issues in the past, but they resolved everything to the satisfaction of all customers. Betja still doesn't seem to have a good reputation. Why did you put so much money there? You might as well have played at Cloudbet. So far it is not hopeful what is happening with Betja. 1.1 BTC is serious money.

Taking the website down without a prior notice although there are still active bets and unhandled withdrawal requests, deleting the support telegram account, not posting any update on the announcement thread or addressing members' concerns despite being active.. Although, I hope all these issues will be resolved as soon as possible but to be honest those are usually a bad signs.

This is not related with any blacklisting countries, I checked with several services and it is confirmed that Betja website is down for everybody.
I am sure Betja team is well aware of this issue and they saw all our posts yesterday when they made forum log in, but they didn't comment anything.
Betja telegram support is deleted and sadly I think this is one more case of dead scam casino, and I hope you and other players didn't lost a lot of money.

The message that appear would be different if this was about country restrictions. The site will load but you will see some writings like "sorry, you are from a restricted area" something like that. The problem is not in your wifi but it's on their side because many users here including me, can't also access their website.

I think it's fine if the site is down when you have no money stuck in their site but unfortunately you did have, not only you actually but users above has too. The op was online yesterday but didn't afford to make at least a single reply to make the people calm. It's getting alarming now, I hope what I am thinking in my mind right now is not true.

Not necessarily and it differ from website to another. If the website doesn't allow access from your country then in some cases you will get a notification message as the one you mentioned but in other cases you will only get the well-known 404 error message.
Anyway, if you want to see if the problem is only with you or only with your country or the web server is actually down for everyone then you can use some services which will try to access the website from different locations such as:
