There was no interest for this round, and last round didn't have a good turn out at all..
We'll be taking this round to run some test's and will let you all know when we add the chat, and new things.

rz20, Please follow the startup guide ( Toolbox -> Startup Guide).. It will guide you step by step for someone new to show them how to scan for more astroids, and get your planet going. What DeViL303 mentioned ( Quoted Below) is another way to do it... He has experience and played the last round. The guide is just to show you the basics, but you are free to try other strategies. You cant create more roids from that page, you can only initialize them on that page, really you should not have initiated your first 3 roids to only crystal, when I played I initiated 1 metal, 1 crystal and 1 eonium, anyway for now, to gain more roids you have 2 options:
1. From the Waves page, you can create asteroid scans, then you can scan nearby sectors for uninitiated roids, (its possible you will need to do some research/contruction before you can create asteroid scans)
2. Build astropods and a supporting fleet, and use it to attack other players to steal their roids.
This early into the game you would probably be better off doing some scans, as you wont be able to create much of a fleet with only 3 crystal roids.

A quick question, does the rage bonus extra money all go to you? Also I mean how much do you make on this game?
By my calculations there should be roughly .07 in the core prize fund and there is only .028.
Are you taking roughly 70% of the money for yourself and 30% is given to the winner?
From every payment to the game 55% goes to the Rage Bonus, and 20% goes towards the Core Prize. You can do the math on what I take (I also use to pay for transaction fee's for the winners, etc) Trying to figure out this game - what is it based on? Chance or skill? If skill, is it a strategy game or is it based on clicking/pressing keys faster than someone else?
There are two parts to it: 1. The Core Prize is going to take skill and time to strategize to be #1. 2. Rage Bonus is pretty much chance on when you join. |

When will alliance wars and in game chat come?
Chat will be here this round.. I'm testing it this week. We will be doing a vote to see if the Rage Bonus stay's or not. If the players would rather do away with the Rage Bonus and 55% go towards the Core Prize instead, then that's what will happen. If that happens, I hope the prize will be split between the top 3, plus have other rewards like an alliance fund or something. If we remove the Rage Bonus, we where thinking more along the lines of the core prize going to the top alliance or galaxy (80%) and being split between the members of the alliance. When someone joins an alliance they become a part of your galaxy (Cannot Attack Each other). Your galaxy will consist of your alliance. If you are not in an alliance and get put into a random galaxy, and if that galaxy win's, then the Core Prize is split between the members of that #1 galaxy. We are hoping that this will promote team playing, which makes this game dynamic more interesting. Then a smaller prize to #1(20%), and finally a voucher for #2 and #3. Please share your thoughts if you like that idea or not. |

Nothing has changed as far as Rage Bonus or Core Prize. The only thing that has changed is 2nd and 3rd place winners get a free round. |

That's great about 2nd and third prizes , I wonder could it be set up so that 2nd and 3rd place get some kind of "free entry credit" instead of automatic entry into next round, I mean so that it doesn't need to be used on the very next round, cos top players might want to take a break in between rounds. Sure! 2nd and 3rd place winner will receive a voucher to use in future rounds. How to use it?It's easy. Before you pay, you will see that you have a round voucher here. Click on that and you are ready to play. Enjoy! |
