IF you are lawyer then you will know by now that there are 2 deeds here:

1) This guy bartosz99 did not pay attention to sportsbet.io T&C and both him and his friend were using sportsbet.io connected to same wi-fi, which indeed covers sportsbet.io to close their accounts, but that should not be right for sportsbet.io to keep their funds that are rightful earned

2) If sportsbook take your money that are legit earn by placing bets without any edge and earnings that are not made using a deposit bonus, but only your deposit, then that is called stealing and is illegal, those funds were legally obtain because sportsbook accepted your bets , even if you had a second account , the result of the bet that you made was not influenced by the other account you have.

I would have feel rightful for the sportsbook to keep your money only when your winnings were made from a deposit bonus, but when the earnings are made from the deposit you made then this is not right, if they thought that something is wrong with your account, then don't accept bets, close account before player making any activity or ask his verification from the very first moment he open and account or when he tries to make the first deposit, this will save a lot of complaints from here.

I don't think Curacao can help you or anybody from this forum can help, you accepted those terms and conditions and even if I find unfair for sportsbet.io to take your funds and I believe they should change their rules, because is kind of stupid if you live in a big city in a building with a lot of apartments you can always connect to somebody wi-fi or if you go to coffee shop / a public place / a sports gym etc and let's say you connect to wi-fi and bet to sportsbet.io then what? if any other gym member / friend etc connect to same wi-fi and have accounts to sportsbet.io then you will have your account locked? we all know that when you are a gambler you have friends that gamble, so you can always visit your friend to watch a match or so and if you place a bet when you are connected to his wi-fi then suddenly you lose your funds?

My questions is why this happens to sportsbet.io always when an account is a winner? why don't close the account right away and refund people before getting to use their website?

I believe 14 business days passed but no reply from them.

Sportbet.io is a scam website, I have the same issue with them, the only thing is that I placed only 1 bet to them on NFL final and I won, after winning they refund my initial deposit but don't want to pay the winnings, I filled a complaint to their license from Curacao  ( https://www.curacao-egaming.com/ ) and I am waiting now their decision, but note that their license from Curacao is valid only until 30-04-2023.

After spending hours searching online information I figure out how they operate, they invest a lot in publicity sponsor to big teams like Arsenal or Southampton, they accept all customers and if you lose everything is ok, if you win they start with accusation that you have multiple accounts and so on, but in fact at least for me I don't see why I would need a second account since they don't have any deposit bonus.

You will find out that there are many users around who will defend sportsbet.io and some of them are paid by sportsbet.io.

My friend while their T&C says that they can confiscate your funds, in real life this is illegal and it is called stealing. I repeat for 1 final time, when I saw so many complaints online and the fact that after 48 hours I was still unable to withdraw and this is the first time when a sportsbook doesn't allow me to withdraw I panic, I may over react , however my reaction was after what I saw about them and because of the 48 hours lie that they show in my account!

No he did not not try at any moment to answer my questions, not here, not on email, not anywhere. My question were:

1) If I had any other account why would I not bet there and create a new account? You don't have any deposit bonus and rewards I suppose are better once you get higher in rankings , so what advantage I could ever have if I had a second account?.

2) Why you did not ask verification on other account ( there are none ) and you ask now on : pxdi ? I think is obvious that you did not had any other account where to ask for verification and you ask only on the single account I have.

3) Why are so many complaints about sportsbet.io ? That article in their TnC has to change, basically it gives them right to do whatever they want to player account, if they don't want to pay they don't , they are God and you should obey to whatever shit they are giving to you even if your bet was on major event on which you could not have any edge.

Not honor a bet that was legit placed and which could end in both ways , player losing their funds if they lose bet or player winning the bet and taking the funds in my case 1731 for me it looks like scam, that bet could end only in 2 possible ways, either won or lost, there is no grey area, there should not be a 3rd option.

No they did not, Steve only posted here after I post on sportsbook chat, but it's ok, I can admit that I rushed things because I panic after I saw so many complaints online about sportsbet.io with users having the same issue like me and the trigger for me and what made me angry a lot was the fact that I waited 48 hours because of the message "You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit due to security reasons. " and then to find out that that message is a lie.

2) Message "You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit due to security reasons. " and after waiting + 48 hours not to be able to withdraw, that message could not be there at all or could be replaced with contact support or anything like this , for me that is a lie.

7) 14 February 2023 at 7:44 AM after 12 hours from their last email I received : "that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems"

8 ) 14 February 2023 at 8:22 AM since I had only 1 account and I felt this is not fair I open this thread here.

12) 15 February 2023 at 06:06 PM after Steve took a long long time to have a look into a case that last for 3 days of just 21 minutes decide to tell me via email to withdraw my deposit and to fuck off because they are not willing to pay my winnings just because in their view I have multiple account.

I never refuse Steve help, but Steve did not tried to help me at any moment and after I spent hours investigate sportsbet.io I think he is the owner an he pulls the shots. There was no help from him side and as you can see he is not willing to answer my questions that I raised .


I don't speak english everyday and english is far from my primary language, my point was that if person X has account Y then sportsbet.io should ask verification to person X right after sign up if this is so important for them ?  if there were other accounts under my name that means that these accounts should be verified already, right? but since I have only 1 account they ask verification to the account I have which is : pxdi .  

They are using this excuse that you have multiple accounts when they don't want to pay a winning bet, there are hundreds of complaints on internet about this, is not just me!


To be honest I panic and open the thread because I saw many similar cases when they use this to not pay the player, however please not forget that:

1) Their system showed in my account this message: " You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit due to security reasons." and after 48 hours from my deposit I was still unable to withdraw . So dishonest behavior !

2) My bet was placed honestly, and they credit my account with winnings , then they stole my winnings

3) As long as I comply with their request, offer them all the support and documents as fast as possible, I wanted in exchange to at least communicate with me, while not Steve or support team ever reply to me, and my money are money and I should be able to use them when I want , since 12 February they reply 14 February to wait another 5 business days which means that I had another reply from them until Monday, 20 February, that means 10 calendar days in which I cannot use my funds to bet , because this is the reason why I deposit, to bet, not to get stuck!

4) If my bet was lost, Sportsbet.io would refund my bet ? why this issue came out only when player wins???

Take some time and investigate sportsbet.io before taking their defense.


For me real facts like:

1) Many complaints online

2) Display message like "" You are unable to withdraw for 48 hours after making a deposit due to security reasons." and after 48 hours still not to be able to withdraw   ( what is the purpose of that message )

3) Not paying won bets, that they initial credit and then just as dishonest man will do take the winnings from your account.


Finally if you consider that a player has other accounts or simply don't want him as your customer for any given reason, you should just pay him for his honest bet and close his account with the mention that he will ever open another one you will take his funds, that in my view is the right way.

I repeat myself, my bet was from NFL final with 3 hours before match start as you can see on Kansas City to win, at half time they even had odds like 4.9 to win, I did not cash out my bet, I keep it and won fairly, it is not normal that my joy of winning a bet to be take of from this scumbags as long as I comply with all their rules and requests . This make me angry and I think anybody will be angry with this situation!

I was stupid to blindly believe in a sportsbook that sponsor Arsenal and Southampton without making any investigation first, from my view their way to operate is to invest in publicity so people can join, if they are losers and lose to casino or sportsbook they leave them to continue, if it happens to be winners they close their account and accuse them of having multiple accounts.

Everywhere and on each site with reviews you check you see sportsbet.io is not rated good.

I wanted to make peace with them and ask only them to pay my winnings but they do not communicate, so I had not other option that to contact their license from Curacao.

You must be a dear friend of Steve!

Bet was honestly placed, they should pay!

If Steve wanted to help in any way then he will pay, I truly believe now that Steve is the owner of this scam sportsbook!

Why he does not answer to questions I raised? the most I am interested in is why anybody should open a second account if they have 1 already? why they did not ask verification to another account? and ask only for the : pxdi ( because there is not other ) and finally if my bet was lost? they would refund my money?? .

I would not raise my situation to Curaçao eGaming , if their support or Steve would have answered to my legit questions, but as you can see they ignore them, or at least pay my winnings and I will end any debate!

another complaint pop up today on trustpilot this time from Turkey having the same issues with you, there are a lot of people having same problem, that should mean something . People don't use this SCAM sportsbook anymore!

Sorry I don't see where you answer to my questions:

Public questions for Steve:

1) If I had any other account why would I not bet there and create a new account? You don't have any deposit bonus and rewards I suppose are better once you get higher in rankings , so what advantage I could ever have if I had a second account.

2) Why you did not ask verification on other account ( there are none ) and you ask now on : pxdi ? I think is obvious that you did not had any other account where to ask for verification and you ask only on the single account I have.

3) Why are so many complaints about sportsbet.io ? This is one of the reason I panic in the first place! everywhere on this forum we see complaints about sportsbet.io , on trustpilot more than half of reviews are 1 start and you have 3 stars average out 5, while your competitor stake 4.5 stars average out 5.


4) Why you do not pay a legit bet? we both know and I show evidence here that my bet is legit and you basically stole 895 USDT from my player account  and any joy I had after placing a winning bet.

5) If my bet was lost. Would you refund it? or just kept my money and then you let me to make other deposits .

I think that to answer to this questions will be very easy for a transparent , honest and integrity man!

So I need to ask them again.

People can you see? he doesn't answer to any question, he knows that I am legit customer, he knows that my bet is legit but avoids to answer!
