1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bretta: A True Community Takeover on: Today at 05:06:01 AM
I checked the roadmap and it is still in its initial days. There are many things that have been pipelined according to the roadmap. You have a decent amount of volume as per Dex screener. It is good to see that in two monts time you guys have achieved a good market capitalisation. If you are planning to promote your project in the forum as well as on social media then you can open up a bounty campaign here.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Predictions? Predict the new ATH! on: Today at 04:48:12 AM
Whenever the price of Bitcoin goes down the price of Ethereum takes a big dip. When the price of Bitcoin goes up there is a minor pump on the price of Ethereum. Whereas other altcoins do not react as much as Ethereum does in such market. It has today shed more than $200 due to the correction of Bitcoin price.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hello on: Today at 04:39:47 AM
The problem with other crypto is to sustain their position. Bitcoin has been on the top for about 15 years now. In the past a few altcoins did surpass the price but they could not hold it for quite long. Bitcoin has been in the number one position and after the ETF approval it is now impossible for altcoins to challenge its position.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid becoming the next victim on: Today at 04:33:03 AM
I agree that telegram is a very popular platform for scammers. Though some projects seem legit and if we check properly these projects can even be rewarding. We just need to be very careful and know our way around signs of red or green flags.

It is not about Telegram in general, it is about wallets which have balance. These scammers will tryto lure the wallet owners to try to sell their scam NFT or tokens which will be valued a few dollars. Doing so somehy exposes the wallets private key as these tokens or NFT are not listed on prominent exchanges. Such scams do happen when you have tokens or coins of a particular blockchain n the wallet.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FANTOM and its future. ($FTM) on: Today at 03:50:01 AM

"Fantom (FTM), a layer-1 blockchain designed to challenge Ethereum’s dominance. He highlighted the upcoming Sonic upgrade, which will transform Fantom into a new blockchain, replacing the original. This rebrand, accompanied by technical enhancements, could drive significant interest and investment in Fantom. Davis praised Sonic’s impressive transaction speed of 2,000 transactions per second and sub-second finality, noting that these features position Fantom as a strong contender in the blockchain space."

The community has responded positively to this news but how effective will this upgrade be we will know when it is completed. The problem with most blockchains is scalability, and with this new upgrade, the team wants to resolve it. I have seen other blockchains doing the same but they have not been so successful and I do not think Fantom will be able to resolve it. If it's ecosystem gets going then they will have to again look into upgrades or patches to counter the congestion issue.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC Men's T20 World Cup - 2024 #Cricket Prediction and Discussion on: Today at 03:21:30 AM
What is happening in this T20 World Cup? Another bug upset Afghanistan defeating New Zealand by a big margin. The target to chase given by Afghanistan to New Zealand was 159 runs but they could not even score 100 runs. The whole team got out in the 16th over after scoring 75 runs in total. Such kind of upsets were meant to happen but not so early in the tournament.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC Men's T20 World Cup - 2024 #Cricket Prediction and Discussion on: June 07, 2024, 04:36:26 AM
United States vs Pakistan

USA surprised everyone and beat a strong team like Pakistan. Yesterday, Pakistan batted first and collected 159 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted overs. Pakistan batsmen could not perform well. If Pakistan's bowling line could have improved then maybe Pakistan could have won this target. USA scored 159 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted overs, the match was tied. The Super Over was played USA won the Super Over. USA is at the top of the points table after winning both out of 2 matches. A few days ago USA beat Bangladesh, yesterday they beat a strong team like Pakistan. Congratulations to USA for defeating a strong team like Pakistan.

Why did Pakistan use a third rated bowler for the super over? They could have easily gone for Afridi or Shah. They lost because they never took the game seriously and the US tream took them ver seriously. The fielding of the US team was at its best as Pakistan were only able to hit a 4 in the first 10 overs.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Wallet Native tokens? on: June 07, 2024, 04:15:34 AM
Another Bitget shill! If they want to promote thier exchange then why don't they start a signature campaign. Using low account and creating topics that are often like click bait they are harming themselves. This kind of marketing strategy will not help Bitget with new users.
9  Local / India / Re: Every upcoming economy or stable economy is now launching BTC ETF! on: June 06, 2024, 11:43:39 PM
I would only say it is time for everyone to wait and watch. I doubt that this government will be able to complete its tenure of 5 years. There is one certainty about the ruling coalition is that the BJP will not be allowed to take important policy decision all by itself. Forget about Bitcoin ETF as India isn't that progressive as some of these countries. Although anyone from India can invest in Bitcoin spot ETF, a Google search can show the path.
10  Local / India / Re: Election results and impact on crypto policies in India on: June 06, 2024, 11:39:14 PM
Top banks of the country shhh Tongue
For now just wait for the ministers to swear in and assume their offices and see how the market reacts to those news.

This will be interesting! The existing IT minister has lost the election, who will be the new one? I am eager to find out whether TDP gets the FM or it will a BJP MP. I have read and heard in mainstream media that according to thier sources TDP has asked for FM. How much truth it holds cannot be verified as it from their sources.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Countless Telegram Mining Apps - Crypto Adoption or Devaluation? on: June 06, 2024, 11:31:57 PM
After the immense success of not coin these mining apps have now come up. They are trying to cash the hype which was expected. The pattern is similar to what we all have seen with meme coins. I am expecting one or two of such projects getting similar success in the similar manner like meme coins.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Since nakamoto is born - I understand that every shitcoin = altcoin = eth ??? on: June 06, 2024, 05:32:25 AM
Other than Bitcoin every other crypto is considered altcoin. Altcoins can have different subcategories like shit coins, utility coins and etc but they all are considered altcoins. In case you forgot this is a dedicated forum for Bitcoin that is the reason why there is not a dedicated board for Ethereum. If you want to discuss about Ethereum then you are allowed to create a dedicated thread on this board.
13  Local / India / Re: First Bitcoin ETF and now Ethereum ETF approved, what now? on: June 06, 2024, 05:28:42 AM
Not much happening with Ethereum price in the current bullish market. It has not been even gone beyond $3900 mark which is quite strange. In the meantime there was a big price pump with BNB yesterday.

By the way the demand of Bitcoin ETF is so much that yesterday more than 12k BTC was bought from the narket whereas on 40 BTC were mined by the miners.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc hack from Japani Exchange again or its a fud? on: June 06, 2024, 05:22:54 AM
The Bitcoin price infact increased after this hack was reported in the media. This only suggest that the crypto market is no longer prone to such news. Earlier a hack on a crypto exchange would bring the bull market. There can be other factors too that is pushing the Bitcoin price upwards. I did try to find whether it is known exchange or not and found it to be not that known exchange.
15  Local / India / Re: Stay Away from F2F trades if you are from Delhi or nearby! on: June 06, 2024, 01:12:38 AM
P2P is common in India after all it is kind a ways to prevent the tax burden. After rampant bank account freeze due to P2P trade these crypto traders have now started using F2F trade. Revealing identity just for the sake of getting good rates doesn't always help as sometime a trader might be dealing with a criminal. Reading the article does give that hint that how much risk is involved when doing a F2F trading.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins have you blacklisted? on: June 05, 2024, 11:53:15 PM
I don't know about others but I haven't thought about black listing an altcoin. I always go by the trend in the current market while choosing an altcoin for short gains. For long gains I stick to what is ranking in the top 10 as per market capitalisation. The rest I ignore unless there is a hype or news  that can boost the price.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sorry Help on: June 05, 2024, 11:42:08 PM
Hello class,
I would like to ask a question, whether it is still possible to recover the damage done.
I tried to take my USDT from Gate.io via the TON network, sending them to BYBIT, via the same network, but at the time of the transfer I typed the word Memo wrong.
Is it possible to recover it or was it lost?
Since gate.io left and the operation was complete, but at bybit, it never arrived...
Thank you and all your help and welcome.

If you have entered the wrong memo then it will be impossible for the Ton network to credit USDT. This is the reason they as in the exchange will always add a disclaimer ad highlight the importance of writing the correct memo number. I don't think anything can be done now and I am sorry for the loss.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tap Swap and other new projects trending on: June 05, 2024, 11:36:24 PM
All these projects came up after the success of Notcoin. They are following the same roadmap but that doesn't mean they will be a big success. Some of them might be genuine but most of them will be scamming those who are participating. They are trying to cash the hype but that is not going to happen. I think it is better to stay away from such projects for now.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Predictions? Predict the new ATH! on: June 05, 2024, 08:29:00 AM
This doesn't make any sense to me. Bitcoin is in green, BNB and SOL are pumping whereas ETH is still stuck at $3800 price point. Even in a good market condition it is still facing strong resistance. There has been good news about it from last month onwards but the demand has not increased enough for it to cross $3900. Currently BNB is pumping like anything it has already gained more than 12% and is above $700
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling push notifications. on: June 05, 2024, 07:48:25 AM
Looks like you are logged into the same gamil account on your chrome browser both on your mobile and laptop. They both are in sync and that is why you are getting push notifications on the mobile browser. Logout from the Gmail ID that you have used on the mobile browser and it should work fine or you can manually switch off these notifications from the browser. For that you can do a small Google search and you will find tutorial on how to proceed.
