I just deposit 4.2k then play sportsbook, place around 40 value bets (each bet 50-100 usd) some win some lose, total balance around 4.9k in 2 days then they limit my max bet below 1 usd. I think i just normal for soft bookmaker not really surprise me, i have asked they support they just say they sportsbook provider place limit in my account, thats it If the sportsbook provider has set up limitations to your account then Rollbit might not help in that case but you can ask for more help to see if they can lift up the restrictions or is it for any specific period of time? Or if you have violated any rule in regards to your betting system? Don't know much about it but hope you clear the issue soon. I have ask their support and they say probably because their sportsbook provider put the limit and they cannot do anything about that. Well it doesnt matter, its common for soft bookmaker to limit account, but i can still withdraw my money so its not problem, i just cant use rollbit anymore.

In my case is have been resolve, i have withdraw all my balance (not more than 5k). Im only using rollbit for their sportsbooks and their sportsbook provider just limit my account so i cant bet more than 1 usd so i cant use it anymore. Lol. You must be one of the sharpest guys in the site for them to limit you below 1 USD. I recommended one of my close friends who makes 500 - 1k per bet to use Rollbit and he has been raking it in for a nice clip in MMA and there's no shenanigans like what you experienced going on. Aaanyway... You guys have any idea when Rollbit is gonna have another NFT collection up? I think the next collection could be a big one if what I'm thinking is gonna happen. I did have this issue back then because I didnt verify the email address in my account. There should be instruction and button to send email verification under the balance tab to verify your email. Rollbit's support is not really active in this forum so In case if you need an assist from live support, its on the bottom right corner of your screen My email have been verified, also my KYC have been approved few weeks ago. I have contact live support (chat) few hours ago, they only saying : Let me check this with a colleague, We'll update you accordingly. I hope im getting answer soon from chat or from here. Well, though Ive never encountered same issue during the times I've played and withdrawn from Rollbit, but then, I think the issue is a very minor one, since like you said, you have verified the email address associated or linked to your Rollbit account, and have also passed kyc verification, there is nothing much to worry about, it's probably a system error which is assuming that you either have not verified your email address or done kyc verification, the customer support should be able to help you reset your account so the system can be able to detect your verification statuses, so you just have to give them a little time, I am very sure you will be able to withdraw your funds sooner than you think. This is if the issue is not resolved yet by the way. This issues have been solved.
