First of all, if you want to complain, you must always provide proof, e.g., date, chat screenshot, bet slip, etc. Just like we don't trust casinos at face value, we don't trust users who complain at face value as well, especially from users whose post history is only about problems on casinos. That's not normal.
@BK8.Official kindly provide a detailed explanation about what this case is, so we can hear from both sides.
The facts are here. Their site states that the OTP can be received by email or by phone but their official Telegram customer service told me "Not in all the cases". So, I'm being targeted. On chat BK8 told me that they accept players from all the world as you can see from the screenshots, but they have to find a Malaysian number to receive otp. I found one, there are many sites that provides this kind of service, and provided them the number, but BK8 (only for me) want a screenshot of the credit of the same number. I can't provide that for sure. I wonder how many of their customers have been asked that?!.... So I have to conclude that this site is doing everything in order to keep me awat of my money. I have been pacient but in fact your site just offered only the deposits and not around 300 usd of winnings. I'm not interested in that because I feel betrayed and targeted. You have just closed my account and kept the money. Big Bravo to BK8... |

Some time ago on chat I was told that I can register on their site from Europe and also here is clearly advertised that they are accepting players from our continent. I made a deposit, lost it, made a second and won little amount of money. Then I found out that I have to register a phone number to receive Otp and register a withdrawing address. On chat BK8 told me that in order to change the phone number I have to made another deposit, and I did so. Then I was told to send a document to verify that my phone is entitled to me, which I did also. Today they told me that they are not accepting phone numbers from my country and are refusing to give me a solution to withdraw my funds. Without Otp there is no possibility to withdraw. Their customer service are like bots, they are polite but refuse to give any solutions giving same dumb answers. I think I'm being scammed out of my money. Currently I have approx. 450 usd on my account. Worried about my money

who is that idiot that keep screenshots of the chats before even registering? I was curious about BK8 and I registered weeks later. You are telling me on Telegram right now that only numbers from asian countries can receive OTP so what you are saying here about some countries from europe are not allowed, is not true at all. BK8 is giving just excuses not to pay. You made me make a third deposit to change my number (that was a request from the chat: "You have to make another deposit so you can proceed with changing the phone number") and then you told me minutes later that you can't do that. I feel betrayed and scammed. BK8 Is a scam fair and square. I have a problem with Bk8!

You're not scammed, you just can't proceed because of the OTP. I'd agree with ryza that if you can provide some screenshots to prove that they've said that. Because if not, I am sure that they're going to help you out with your concern of withdrawing that funds of yours if you follow the procedure. A lot of gambling sites say "No KYC" in their advertisement or on their webpage but almost all of them will require their gamblers to perform KYC when requested. this is why you need to start making it a hobby to read gambling site's ToS before registering or making a deposit because it is usually written there that gamblers will need to perform KYC when the gambling site requests them.
Yes I have that hobby occasionally. And I sent them the documents they requested. But they are not paying me. So this is more about keeping my money than KYC or no KYC on Justbit... |

Justbit.io has a very clear banner on their front page claiming no KYC for crypto players. I choose them just for this and of course for the selection of the sports on their website. I deposited crypto, won a small amount of money and now my account stand at 6.6 mbtc. I placed a withdrawal request last month but they refunded my money asking for...KYC. I was reluctant to do the procedure because I really I'm afraid to do so. But I did, I sent them what they wanted. After 1-2 days they responded to tell me for other documents. They are doing whatever they can to not pay you. Please be aware and stay away from this scammers

I have a strange situation with these guys. won some small bets today on live football. after the match ended the bets were called "won" but no money was released. contacted the duckdice on live chat and first they told me that their provider is in charge and they can't do nothing. 2 hours later and still nothing (I guess this is the first case in the history of live bets that the winnings are not released) they are even ironic when I told them that you can't keep my money without everyone knowing this case on bitcointalk. I really am afraid even to think about my first withdrawal in case they release the money...
Hello, Like I've been informing you in live support, these bets have currently not been settled by our sports provider. Once they are settled they will also reflect on your balance. this f... site is a scam... They blocked my account with 271 usdt on it. After "reviewing" it they told me that my account will be permanently frozen and money confiscated. I asked them to prove me what I did wrong. They told me that they can't share with me their "findings"... I played mostly live betting in here. Ole77 are just scammers

I have a problem with 0x.bet. Deposited 2 days ago through crypto but my money was not credited automatically even when the transaction was completed. Spoke to them every day but they are not crediting my money even after providing with the hash number and the screenshot of the transaction from my wallet. I wonder what will happen if I have to withdraw money from them...?!
Update: The deposit completed right now!
