Wikipedia now accepts bitcoin:

http://www.coindesk.com/wikipedia-now-accepts-bitcoin-donations/

Get ready for dump.

I would never give them a  donation in BTC. Why should I if they dump it on Coinbase? If want to dump BTC I make it myself....

Yeah, i would feel like that as well if i was still holding coins.

Wussy. And this with 2 coins.

Bit lower and I'll buy another few! I am going to reach my overall coin target much sooner than expected. Yay.

Let's recap. US regulation incoming. New fund opening 1/8/2014. Lots of coins need to be accumulated off exchange. How best to ensure a great price? Technical dumping on exchange to get the momo traders selling the price down. Acquire coins. Manipulate price upwards by removing selling pressure and some technical buying. Job done!

I feel sorry for you if you think this is anything else than simply people getting out.
There aren't secret groups of people keeping the price down to buy cheap coins. Stop being so delusional.
Everyone with a lot money money had every chance to get in. Even the last few months when everyone expected a bubble they didn't. They realize this isn't going anwhere.

Are you really that dumb to believe that people with money are going to buy bitcoins on the moment when a bunch of kids like yourself are expecting a bubble?

Grin Grin Grin you must be joking

I saw so much charts here, accelerated trendline, bubble forecast etc.

While these Get-Rich-Quick Charts are being inflationary posted it always good to think about leveraged shorting.

And down we go. All the smart people are getting out refusing to buy more bitcoins until we see the absolute bottom of this fucking thing.

FTFY

The absolute bottom? :-D

0$.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 05:44:40 PM

Oh boy breaking the current support and re-testing the prev. bottom would be a disaster

I will never understand these kind of bitcoiners. Why it would be so dramatic? This was my last big buying point (380) and again it would be a point of pumping. Even if it would form a lower low, I wouldn't be scared at all. Without high risk, there are no big gains. That's life.

Is it that you are all small mariquitas or is it that I'm a psychopath?

Bitcoin rallied from $568 to $579 on Stamp - time to post trains yet?

we're down

0.64% for the past 24 hour
3.00% for the past 3 days
7.50% for the past 7 days
7.50% for the past 30 days
29.35% for the past 90 days

30%

Nothing to worry about. Only a few dollars. Just some weak hands. We're going to the moon as the new deadline expires. The big boys are getting in. Wallstreet can't wait to get in.

Train is looking surprised as your avatar. Shush, now can you can buy...   ...yeah, what you can buy with 1160$? Maybe a few of this toy trains.

People are sitting here freaking out of a drop from 620 to 570. It is nothing.
Shit I remember in September-October, bitcoin was hovering around 120-135 all the time. I didn't even care about the price at that time as I wasn't trading, and I don't think anyone normal (not a trader) is worried about these price levels.

Bitcoin was a long term investment for me and I couldn't care about 20 dollars price swing and I am sure most people don't.
Anyone freaking out now is for sure overreacting.

not everyone is holding 500%+ profit coins with nothing to worry about.

I would worry more about having invested 10,000$, now having a value of 100,000$ than being worried about losing my investment that never climbed high in value.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 01:09:41 PM
It's a few bucks down, then selling one week before the big boys get in...*facepalm*.

Good luck on catching the train, it'll probably happen in your sleep.

The big boys getting in.
Funny. I've been reading that same sentence for the last 6 months over and over again. They sure take their time, don't they?
I'll quote you next week when we're below 500.
Of course you won't admit there aren't any big boys getting in. Because you're delusional.

What do you say about the people who said you were delusiounal back when you were a die-hard perma-bull? Cheesy

What do i have to say? I'm the winner here. I took my profit and got out in time. And some poor guy is now watching his new coins getting worth less every day.

If you were really out, you'd not be here telling everyone how the sky is falling.

Well. It's some kind of Logorrhea. He's always telling public, what he's doing...

Now with Dell on board you have to be really dumb to just keep selling. It's clear there is only 1 way to go and that's up.
Then again i love seeing those idiots lose their money. Nothing better than seeing a 200 dump and the price going up 5 minutes later.

I want to have a speaking ShroomsKit cuddle toy. It's so cuuuuuute.

heard in btc-e chat.

dxchid: Market doesn't like gentle. She's got explosive overnight growth syndrome. She likes her hair pulled and slapped around a bit. BTC is a freaky lady.

From here : 8 million USD in bids to 270.
8 million USD in asks to 700

Now thats a pretty scary prospect. Such little liquidity for an $8billion market.

And not to forget: 29.5 million USD on loan on Bitfinex Margin Long positions. Perfect szenario for a further decline, if not a crash

Despite bearish ShroomsKit Indicator, to much bull, insufficient despair.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 12:00:10 PM
Could somebody please dump 5k BTC in one hit, so that this moving fake support wall got filled?
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 11:48:33 AM
No substantial rebound. I fear this means we'll be staying at this level and probably drop even further. Troubling times ahead :-/

why ? what is your logic?  Seems to me much the same in the big world of Bitcoin ?

I do not get it ... is the price only allowed to go up or "all is doomed" ?

what do you view as troubling times ahead?

We're not necessarily doomed. I remain mid/long-term bullish. But revisiting the $572 support isn't a good thing. The more often we test this support, the more likely it will break at some point. And we may leave long term uptrend channels that way. I'd be kinda bummed if we really entered a definitive bear market again...

This isn't the beginning of a bear market. This is the beginning of the end. The is the getting out before it becomes totally worthless market. Some will realize this now, some will when we go under 100. Which group are you part of?

Such despair! This dog freakin' out!

Please somebody stop him! :-D

Holy fucking shit, this panic is so hilarious. I think it's time to buy a few more coins.

There's enough space for a lot more panic. When it rains, it pours. And it merely started to rain a few coins.

The manic fixation on the short term price is of no importance to the overall decentralized revolution that stands before us. I would absolutely love to see more panic, and I will be buying all the way down. Can bitcoin fail? Of course it can, but is it likely to do so in the light of the development we have seen in this past half year? no. Will it's death be caused by a short term price crash? no, of course not.

Oh dear! I'm a troll! Don't you see you can't seriously argue with me?!

But, but...okay :-(

I agree ;-)

My one btc is not getting sold. I'm going down with the ship even if I have to sell my house to stay afloat.  /violins

For one btc you should not sell your house. Or are you living in a garden shed? ;-)

Are there still people here who believe this is just "shaking out the weak hands" and that we're about to go to the moon?

Let's call it what it is. Bitcoin is failing. People are getting out. Moving on to other things.
The peak is over. This WAS the bubble you all were waiting for.

There isn't massive user adoption that will raise the price. Companies aren't standing in line to use Bitcoin. Wallstreet isn't dying to get in.
Everybody has been saying that to the point where everyone thought it was true Well it isn't. You've been lied to.

The price won't bounce back. Feel free to give me one valid reason why it should. You can't.

Smart money is getting out. Just like i just did. But i won't go away. I will keep on coming here to see how you fools will post charts every day to show how we are about to go to the moon while in the meantime the price goes down and down.
I will probably laugh as well.

Reading this, maybe I should take in considaration, that it is really a bear trap.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 10:54:47 AM
Yes, final capitalization it is. Are we all in agreement Bitcoin is done for yet? Yes? Good! Then we can finally rally ....

If we would all be agreed we could finally rally, yes.

But we are not!
Was is not the Silk Road Crash? The bounce, that will bounce to the moon? The nasty bear trap before the next uber-bubble.

No. Sorry we can't rally.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 30, 2014, 10:28:15 AM
Placing bids now. Is $350 too greedy or should i stick with the trusty $420?
Go ahead, it won't go below $500 anyway. The only thing that could push it lower would be a major event e.g. another Gox.

So you told me so!! :-D

In one month I'll necro your posting.
