1  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Why do people think is a mistake to be Nigeria?? on: April 29, 2024, 12:54:44 PM
The major reason I will want to think it's a mistake being a Nigerian is the bad leadership of our leaders. Apart from this reason I don't see any mistake being a Nigerian. The so called people that think "it's a mistake being a Nigerian" are still part of those contributing to the corruption the country in their own little way. I would say one man effort probably will not change anything, but when hands are put together we will likely achieve a common goal. You can make your bed suitable for you to lay on, likewise you can make the country in which you reside.
2  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Nigerian System of Education on: February 08, 2024, 01:29:55 AM
Our system of Education is something else, starting from the primary system to the tertiary system. That of the the tertiary system their varieties of challenges it undergoes, for instance

* Over Population
* Outdated Curricula
* Lack of qualified faculty and equipment for studies
* Lectures Accepting Bribe (Sorting)

Talking about the over-population, the school authorities are no longer interested in the conduciveness of a class room, or has a limited set of person that is meant to be admitted in a department to ensure conducive learning, they admit to the extent that students now sit on the floor or outside the class room to take lectures due to lack of space.

Outdated Curricula. On this particular note, Nigerian universities are still making use of outdated curriculum to lecture their students, how do these universities curriculum prepare her students for the modern work force. Using my school as a case study, just imagine learning FORTRAN in this modern time, when other countries are leaning advance computer programming options

Lack of Qualified Faculty and Equipment for studies
Nigerian system of learning lack major equipment for learning, after being in the school environment for as much as your programme requires, then coming out to the public and you have nothing to offer due lack of necessary equipment for studies and conditions the students are being placed under.

Sorting in Nigerian Universities are now seen as a normalcy,
Lecturers in these universities are now adding to back logging of the educational system. Just imagine a student going for a job interview and is being asked questions related to his or her field of study and they can't come out with something tangible due to the corrupt process they've passed through.

5  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Don't fall victim in this season of Christmas and new year. on: January 07, 2024, 02:31:06 AM
What you have said is really important, in this festive period, we should all try our best to avoid some unnecessary attention,
There are people who are fond of showcasing their luxurious lifestyle whenever they go to their home town just to tell their peers that they are in town. Also there are persons who see their home town as a safe ground due to the fact that the community is a homogeneous place where each and every person knows you to your family background. They feel celebrating with their close friends is not something to be cautious about and they fall prey to these kidnappers and arm robbers.

If it's possible, while going to the village you don't have to disclose your intentions of coming to the village or how many days or weeks you've intended to stay in the village to your peer group or some family members in the village, except you have one or two persons that you know you can really confide in. With these experiences this guy has gotten, whenever he goes to the village this time around, he will just breeze in and breeze out.
6  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Incredible Bitcoin stories to ginger our BItcoin accumulation on: January 06, 2024, 05:02:28 PM
I agree with what you've said,
But there people that does not know the importance of cryptocurrencies and it values and there are those that do not have any ideas what it entails or how much benefit they can get from cryptocurrency. With the class of persons I have had opportunity to come across with their level of orientation, you can't convince them to put their money into what their profit is being projected to a certain period of time before they achieve it, rather they want it in a very short period of time.

I will suggest creating an avenue where cryptocurrencies and it's importance is being thoroughly emphasized on to these persons that doesn't know the importance of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin precisely) and some other valuable coin.
7  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Bitcoin legendary or first class graduate on: January 05, 2024, 05:44:42 PM
I see no reason you should be comparing Bitcoin legendary to first class graduate in the first place, there are those who believe in going out there to expand their knowledge and not all for the money, you should keep in mind things that are permanent and those that things that are temporary.

And they are those who doesn't see the value in school rather they believe that with hard and consistency in their hand skills or businesses they are into, they can progress.

You just have to find your specialty and go after it, I have come across an accountant with a first class degree working for a business man that has just his O'level, but the business man is progressing and also there are educated people in their various offices making their cool cash. This life is full of ups and downs

Link to my review;

I recommend the security system of this app, I will says it's top notch. In the case where the account holder misplaced his or her sign in informations, the account password cannot be re-generated by another person, so you have to be careful as to not misplace or forget your login info's . And also there are features that are not yet accessible on this app for e.g that of images and voice note while communicating. If this features are being updated communication will be seamless and stress free.

11  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: New year's Goals. on: January 01, 2024, 07:39:43 PM
The idea of setting goals from the beginning of the year it's a nice one, but is left for you to achieved your laid down goals before the year runs out, for sure, there are many factors that might hinder you from achieving these goals you've set aside. It is left for the disciplined minded person's to accomplish these goals, also with God it's possible
12  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: NAIRA SCARCITY, ELECTION AND MOHBAD DEATH..are the HIGHLIGHT oF 2023 on: January 01, 2024, 12:52:57 AM
From the beginning of last year, it has been had for most persons, for those who have failed to plan, also those who have planned and the sudden rise in the economy has disrupted their plan. Major factor of our problem is having a leader that can't stand on his words, embezzling the public fund and making it look like an empowerment to the citizens of the country.
After removing subsidy, those the could not withstand the hyke in price deviated to the use of gas, when the government notice the consumption of gasoline has increased. They then put their interest in the gas sector, and making price of the the gas to skyrocket as well as that of the fuel. Leaving most average people with no other option than to go into the bush and get a means of fire
13  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: The danger of blaming everything on politics on: December 31, 2023, 09:46:59 AM
Wetin you talk Sha make sense, but the government as well dey add to our issues. This country dey turn something else, were we dey try our best to make that small earning wey we dey get, the cost of thing e dey skyrocket. At this point is either you're poor or you are rich, with this economy I nor see where middle class fall enter.
As well the orientation wey we take start small matters as well
14  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Don't fall victim in this season of Christmas and new year. on: December 30, 2023, 11:45:59 PM

15  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: Rising case of kidney and liver failure...watch wetin you drink on: December 30, 2023, 11:38:29 PM
This thing is getting out of hand, production of fake products is all around the local market, at some point, I go dey ask myself wether this law enforcement agencies like NDLEA AND NAFDAC wether then nor dey do their assigned duties. E dey really cause harm to the human system. Ignorance follow as well through.
