For those still following the story, apparently one of the Bitmine founders, Christian Anselmi died in March 2019 https://www.todesanzeigenportal.ch/todesanzeige/Christian/Anselmi/

Karma?

Hi.

My first post here:)

I'm new owner of Bitmine CoinCraft Desk, unfortunately it has only 3 modules working, and data PCB is little charred. If anyone has spare parts or is dissasembing his set im interested. EU shipping would be the best.
Cheers!

Hei group, i know is a bit off topic but maybe somebody knows Bitcoin exchanges from Switzerland buying/selling large amounts of BTC? any clue? Thanks in advance!

Hi Everyone,

This is Bitmine BTC address: https://blockchain.info/address/19ChCimAiz8Az8P1KdLeaiQ8ZZw12Vuw4r.  As you can see they are even cheating the system by double spending.  These people are criminals and hope that they go to jail ASAP.  Please make sure you share this anyone you know that is did or thinking about doing business with them.  Be warned now, this operation was setup as a scam from the beginning to steal money, don't pay any taxes, and try to avoid any kind recourse for these crimes.  It's really sad actually.  They are the scum and low-lives.

Actually that note for double spend is because of newly generated coins, blockchain.info will put that warning for anyone getting direct payouts from mining (like p2pool payouts).

found it, thanks! the did not sell, as the reserve was not met.. so no free cheese, nobody sells those miners "cheep". if you have one let me know Smiley i looking to put my spare 2x200 GH/s modules in a rig or desk.

i cannot find this listing on eBay.. the machines are still quite expensive, on average people are asking for 1Euro (1.1 USD) per 1 GH/s

In case the Bitmine boys are still monitoring this, you can see what your machines are worth on the open market....

eBay item number: 191381622256

USA only sale

Hi there, today i noticed that one of the 5 hashing modules (CoinCraft Desk) shows just 51Gh/s. i see nothing in the log related to that, all seems to be Ok, but i'm missing about 150Gh/s. Anybody had the same thing? any clues how to solve this? I tried reloading cgminer and rebooting the box, same thing.

wow what a shame, my first miner was BFL (made some btc with it  Grin )

This will happen to BITMINE too:
http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/ftc-shuts-down-butterfly-labs-finally/

This past week, the FTC slapped Butterfly Labs, a Kansas bitcoin miner manufacturer, with a lawsuit. In the civil lawsuit, the FTC found that Butterfly Labs had contravened section 5(a) of the FTC Act by engaging in "unfair or deceptive business practices in or affecting commerce."

One more module from my burned CoinCraft goes on sale, it's 200 GH/s module, 200 USD or BTC as per current bitstamp rate. Shipping from Switzerland to be paid separately. pm me if interested

sold

Hello, today my PCB board has burned .. so i ended up with something like that (see below). I have filed a support request with Bitmine already, as my CoinCraft Desk is still under warranty, so far no reply. I read on this forum some of you people have got a replacement from Bitmine.ch, is this true?

P.S. the funny thing is that i was not over-clocking or anything, just moved the miner to the other shelf slot and boom here you go, out of my 800 GHz only 200Ghz are left.. so bad..

Hi group, we are considering purchasing CoinCraft hardware, but after reading these posts i'm really in doubt, see here http://www.clickon.ch/blog/bitmine-ch-coincraft-miners/. The miners look good, as i understand people get decent support if something goes wrong, the refunding is however a difficult endeavour. The question is - can we trust Bitmine.ch as our business partner, or better look somewhere else? Your thoughts are welcome.
13  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Coincraft Desk not recognizing the 3 200GH/s modules in it on: July 30, 2014, 11:50:27 AM
Well, if you still have the warranty from Bitmine you should contact support. Some people have reported you may need to upgrade the firmware, or simple open the case and check the connection. there were reports that 200 GH/s modules were not connected to the board properly.
