It was observed that the player exploited fluctuations in the live betting market, consistently placing bets at advantageous odds. Specifically, the player targeted these odds and displayed abnormal betting behavior, leading to the cancellation of bets related to women's handball events and other small markets in baseball and basketball.

After a thorough review in collaboration with our sports betting provider, we decided to close the player's account due to this activity. Despite the account closure, the player managed to achieve an overall profit.

It is important to note that this activity occurred back in June of last year, and since then, we have made improvements to our live market odds, feeds, and processes to better prevent such abuse.

Actually... the bets were not legit and clean, according to this post, and that the one made the ruling --at least the way I understand it-- was their sportsbook provider. Namely, the one conducting the investigation was the sportsbook provider and they are complying to the findings made by the sportsbook provider.

OP is in overall profit? May we know how much he actually profited from your platform?

From the screenshot you provided, it shown as from 29th of February, this year, a couple of weeks ago, and not from last year. 29th of February only happened on a leap year, which the closest to an event occured last year will be this year, so it's safe to assume that email was not an old screenshot from last year. So I assumed you only reached to them recently.

Ok, umm... I feel like a fool, but to further clarify, you made a complain when it happened, in 2023, got an answer, and when you discovered this forum, you reached to their support team again to see if their decision changed and the likes? Or... what?

You made your complaint to their support team only recently too? Not when the situation first arise last year? I am confused. You made nine bets last year, one or a couple of them were marked as a violation by their security team, you got your account locked, and you waited for a year to email their team and to escalate it to the forum?

The forum, I can understand, though it is the biggest crypto forum, some might never heard of it before. But inquiring some details to their support team? Why do you wait for nearly one year, if I may ask?

Let me try to pursue them further about this. But, for the time being, is what they said correct? That you bet on those games [women's handball, and basketball and baseball minor league]? Or was it not exactly correct? Given your bets were just... a few, I believe you can recall your bets quite easily?

I was trying to get to that betting history, the one provided to me through DM was not the whole history, and as such I did not post it here [neither giving it a thorough look as it doesn't contribute anything to the case, and I don't want to be nosy]. As you've give your permission, I think BC.Game Support are more than welcome to provide it here by themselves.

As for your pending and available fund, whether it is withdrawable, to be honest, I don't think you can as they won't allow it. As OP said, you're in overall profit. In the situation where this case was proven to side with BC, where you're actually abusing them, much like other casinos, they'll confiscate the winning of those in overall profit to cover their loss from the abuses done to them by the player.

If I am not wrong, you made nine bets so far? Let me try to get a way around your blockage and provide the betting history on your behalf so we can understand things better. But before I take any action... do I have your permission to get this information and post it here?

According to them, you used a technique that was against the casino to place your bet and won your game, so are you using any tool to play in that casino that requires an external source?

Their statement sounds like they have something against your mode of playing, and they are not ready to go back to their word, which is that your account is automatically locked out.
