30,000 coins buy support at 8000 sats !!
Guys this coin have only 575,000 coins, and the price is 8,000 sats, i know the bots trading right now on bittrex dont care about the price they only trade, but some of you guys, selling at this price ? really are you retards.
Im being buying this coin from 120,000 sats 100,000, 80,000, 60,000, i bought a bunch at 50,000, 30,000 and 20,000, why are you continue dropping the price, STOP dumping, let the buy orders grow, right now the fucking bot are selling 2496 coins at 12391, dont be panic, is not a guy selling, dont fight with the bots, they always want to sell first.
Some people bought Crave at 800,000 sats, last week, with same supply as MMXIV, why in the hell some of you bastards guys are selling for cheap this coin, my God, 8,000 sats, is unbelivable.
Umm... I remember paying 3.9million sat for 1 in the beginning. The compound interest should push the price to 1 sat by the end of 2015 or 2016. Dumps are the norm with coin, it's a gamble where you are sure to loose if you not staking. If you want to compete against the bots then buy some QTL and run one for yourself. QTL is cheap right now. To be honest, I don't think it's a good idea to push a coin like this to 1 sat... The biggest reason I got involved with MMXIV was that it had a sense of value imo. In my eyes MMXIV is still an interesting proposition but those that have dumped the price of MMXIV to shit have really made a good job of it. After first year from 2014 coins at 2014% per year gives around 650 billion and after second year it's billions of billions it will blow right through 1 sat when the time comes. What I meant was that it would be great if the staking would be slowed down well before reaching 1 sat price level... I don't mind the staking as it is now but wouldn't like MMXIV go the same route as BALLS and 10K regarding price either. |

There is clearly quite a few that can't handle this amount of staking power. It's crazy that a currency with only 325k coins is selling for peanuts. I do like the staking as it is though. I tried to do the right thing by buying some additional coins with 1 btc from the sell side between 50-60k sat yesterday but in the evening people were dumping at half the price. What's that about?  Theese are early buyers witch have enough profit at this price also. In this case will be stupid for you if you have coins from yesterday and dev will reduce the pos reward. Now much people are buying because of 2014PoS. If its not that high and there is no other features at this coin, I am not sure someone will buy it later. It just feels as such a shame that MMXIV has been dumped so hard that only a fraction of the original price remains. I bought my first coins at the 0.02 level (right before the price took a dive) and have been buying from time to time to get my break-even down to these peanut levels a bit faster. I haven't sold any of my coins and would not even think about it right now as I'm in for the long run. Maybe some profit is made on these dumps but it can't be that much at a price of 30k sat... |

I think we could put his question another way, which in my mind is, what is the 5 year plan for this coin? At that point there will be millions of quadrillions of MMXIV. Will it matter if I have a few million quadrillion MMXIV at that point?
Small minds use flat amounts. Big earners use percentages. Actual per coin price and amount of coins held are irrelevant when a system is based purely on percentage Your question should be 'will my 5% of the total network be worth more in 5 years?' to which the answer is a resounding, and proven, yes The reason I asked was mostly because a constantly tumbling price can give the perception of the coin loosing it's value in a psychological sense and deter new investors from buying the coin at all at some point. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how all this plays out. |

This has been discussed before, read back a couple pages here. Inevitably the value in terms of BTC per MMXIV will decrease as the coin supply increases (inflation). However, MMXIV is unique in the fact that network inflation will always be less than your personal staking rate. Currently, the network total coin supply is increasing by about 4% per day, while your personal staking rewards are 5.5% per day. As long as you hold and stake your coins, your personal wallet size will always be increasing at a greater rate than inflation can devalue the coin. Thanks for the link. I would like to know this too. I would never have thought last spring that the Vertcoin guys would leave us hanging like this. anything new? any plans ? Is there ANYONE even that trying to do something with MON ? Like do this coin has any developer still ?

Interesting... this might be the reason for the big dump. Some people in this game are easily influenced by FUD.
I'm holding steady as well. Might buy more depending on price but holding quite a lot already.
What makes this coin interesting to me is the limited amount of coins and no more mining (if you don't count the minimal POS reward) so no daily dumps by miners at all, only daytraders buying and selling. When whales have eaten enough we will go up.
