Guys there are alot of good ideas were given by the community. We are consulting for a team which wants to build similar idea.
There is no need to lose hope....

I think Shadow Devs and Community have done a good job with this project thus far, however my free advice(having no SDC) is that you guys review and consider joining http://www.supernet.org. My reasons: 1: You will find ready customers therein for your Shadow anon service. 2: You will access other services and technologies being built in crypto 2.0. 3: SDC will not loose anything other than the time integrating SuperNet into the wallet which should be easy peasy for SDC Devs. 4: Most importantly you will have access to a wide array of dev talent that can only improve SDC. 5: Lastly SuperNet is one of the few Crypto platforms that has gained value during this bear market. Please note you won't need to share any source codes or critical SDC resource throughout this process. SDC is the best Anon island at the moment use this leverage to join the internet of blockchains Crypto 2.0. I am willing to assist Pavel(for a bounty offcourse) on both development and digital strategy for Craigscoin as I hold quite a bunch from ICO. I am worried that too much BTC is going to the Joomla platform which is a redundant and obsolete centralized technology. Pavel should be investing more development in Native/HTML5 applications that can be installed on Android, IOS and Windows devices. He has enough money to do this. Or does he? More money should be going to linking the CraigsCoin Wallet to decentralized storage like StorJ to store pictures and videos. Spending money on hacking joomla is a waste of time and money as joomla is Web 2.0 tech that will be obsolete in the near future. Borrowing from other ideas given here is that craigscoin should be a decentralized noticeboard that supports photo and video by linking to third party decentralized storage services. All this functionality should be built into native wallets described above. There should be a P2P gateway to allow start ups to build on top of Craigscoin. These start ups should be the ones building joomla/wordpress interfaces. Pavel should focus on building the native technology. Vpncoin should join SuperNet asap. You guys have the proof of concept done. You just need more fair distribution and access to more resources which the supernet is most likely to provide.

Thanks Cassius and Mr E 2 factor authentication would be a nice start. Honestly if NXT accounts get mass hacked it can bring down superNet this needs to be addressed asap! We as Whive are also in the superNet we are an organization with experience in SMS and Social Media App development. We are wondering what problem remains to be solved in crypto world that we can solve employing our skills, off course we have our ideas but I am sure that there are some huge pain points  that you guys have seen that we can help in... Ideas are welcome  |

My question is for NXT experts.
I find the login Passphrase on brain wallet to be a single point of failure/weakness for using NXT and NXT related tools! Why? Because most people cant memorize the long pass phrase and they have to write it down somewhere...
What additional measures can one take to secure NXT wallet given how critical a platform it will be in the near future with MGW and SuperNet?

Allow me to provide some explanation on whats going on with the site and development.
As far as you know I used joomla as an engine for the listing website and hired people to bring website ASAP after the coin launch. At that time most important for me was to sustain the price in order to support investors so I realized that updates must be made really fast and at any cost. I made a deal with the team of web programmers to pay their efforts for being 24/7 available online for develop and support. Their price was really high as you can imagine (i mentioned that few times). However few weeks of that rush was enough to realize that throwing unreasonable money into development to bring up things fast is not nearly enough to keep the price anywhere near the ICO value. I started negotiations with the developers to drop 24/7 attendance policy but guys were obviously spoiled by what I already gave them. Because of that I had to end our relations. In the result there were a completely new person digging into the code for a couple of weeks before he end up stuck and I had once again find another person to continue. I hope you understand that finding a right person, interviewing him, giving him test task and explaining what is going on consumes time. For now there is 5 days ETA for next update, but we constantly run into the bugs and errors made by the initial team.
Now regarding the question about me quitting the job - this is not an option right now. In lights of economic crisis in Russia and possible cryptocurrency ban i can not risk loosing financial stability that main job can offer.
P.S. I'll clean the mess in thread later.
I warned Pavel via PM way back that using Joomla will bring a host of issues ranging from bugs, back doors , slow site load times on heavy traffic. Wordpress is a far better option for the listings site as it can scale optimally as many big sites have been built on it. There devs that can do this for MAX 20BTC. We at Whive have been involved in the revival of PesaCoin and the devs that are working on it costed it at $2,000 for 2 months work. They are currently working on a $150 donation I do not think Pavel is a scammer but he needs to consult widely with community before hiring devs. If your devs cant build a simple listing site how will they build a decentralized P2P search engine. They are great ideas that community has offered here that can be implemented with $200 BTC raised so there shouldn't be excuses Pavel!! |

I think its a brilliant plan to get distribution done quickly. Maybe VPN holders can suggest the charities to receive the Bitcoin. Think about it guys... all this coin needs is coin distribution as it already has proof of software. And for a coin to donate all its ICO earnings that will make huge news. Hi Pesa Community Remnant,
Due to the events of the past few days(including an UNEXPECTED intervention from a Pesa Investor) I would like to make the following clarifications, comments and offer the following way forward:
Firstly the addresses I POSTED for donations belong to Jake as we(community in Skype) agreed that he was the best suited to hold the escrow. So there was no scam here .
Jake and I fell out on the Issue on OP design as he insisted that it be included in the new OP. This was not possible as the designer was not fully sold on Crypto and needed some deposit which is the norm in design world as per my experience  .
The new devs though competent in ALL the programming skills required have never been involved in Crypto and were skeptical on where Pesa was headed. Therefore there was a need for all of us to manage their risk by meeting some of there expenses over the next few months i.e. 4BTC and giving them a stake in Pesa i.e. 1M-PESA. Pesa was not enough as the value was so low that it could not guarrantee meeting their expenses during the revival period. I think any fair and objective person may have found this request reasonable.
This brings me to current events, I have witnessed alot of Pesa exchanging hands on Bittrex I even managed to snag an extra 300K Pesa myself which I will donate equally to the team of 3 remaining Pesa team members. Due to lack of CONFIDENCE in my person by key members of this community I am now reverting BACK to my Investor role in Pesa and will NOT be involved in day to day management as originally planned. I may however contribute strategy and the SMS/USSD Gateway code when it is needed in the future.
I trust those who have been buying Pesa the past few days are more SERIOUS Investors and have some faith in the Whitepaper I wrote and shared a few days back here.
I also have got USD100 from the intervening Pesa Investor for them to meet their expenses during the delivery of the 2nd milestone. I hope the other new Investors will consider donating both BTC and Pesa to the devs once they FULLY deliver on the next milestone. This PEOPLE is RISKY/HEAVY/STRESSFUL work coming from the rock bottom, but if anyone can these guys can. They have built multiple solutions on top of M-Pesa in both Africa and Asia and I trust Crypto offers them an exciting opportunity to take mobile money to a decentralized platform according to the goals of the whitepaper.
Community support was and is KEY and I hope sufficient number of the community will be staking their coins(especially for the testnet) and assisting the devs along the way. 
Pesa will probably be DELISTED on Bittrex which may be a blessing in disguise as it will allow the devs to focus on building the decentralized mobile money platform while shifting focus away from the market price(FOR NOW) and greedy/desperate market gougers.
Indeed Pesa is a reasonably fairly distributed coin and with the recent dumps I am sure a revised analysis will reveal the coin to be even more fairly distributed. I personally have holdings of about 340K Pesa and I look forward to the day when Startups, Telcos and Exchanges will be attracted to hold Pesa because of the VALUE the devs will have added to the platform and not just UNREASONABLE SPECULATION!!!
So in conclusion having already contributed the Whitepaper to Pesa I now leave it in the hands of the devs who I expect will introduce themselves SHORTLY.To those of you who are BITTER with their experience in Pesa and sold all their holdings I wish you best of luck in your future Crypto endeavours; just REMEMBER like you I was and STILL am an Investor and I have done my best to save Pesa and I hope that you will be back as Investors at some point in the future...

I feel Jake's pain!!! Due to lack of donations upon release of roadmap and whitepaper the new devs will now have to withdraw their support.
These devs had the right experience having worked on different global mobile money projects and the right interest and programming skills however they had not been involved in Crypto hence to pay them some minimum stipends in BTC and Pesa for the 2 month revival work. 4BTC and 1M Pesa was very reasonable for the roadmap highlighted. Other devs on this forum ask for hundreds of BTC.
Anyway wish you guys all the best as I don't see any need continuing in a project with no community support.

Its ok to be skeptical at this stage. I too was also a dissapointed Investor in this coin. It just so happens I know devs who have experience in working in mobile money products in Africa and Asia. They are interested in reviving this coin for only 3 reasons.
There is a centralization and bloat problem in the mobile money industry that remains unsolved even by Bitcoin.
Its has a great and relevant brand name for mobile money markets.
The white paper concept was quite intriguing i.e combination of Dynamic Interest, Anon and Smart contracting.
The devs have agreed to work on probation and donations for 2 months.
We are under no obligation to work on this coin and wouldn't have had Max not co-operated with us.
Original dev left and dissapointed us but we have 3 devs now even Satoshi left Bitcoin and others took over so this is not unusual in crypto.
We are not asking anyone to buy any Pesa but just to work together and see what we have after 2 months.
If the community feels we should stop we will stop. The choice is indeed yours....

I will also have to withdraw my support for Pesa should we not get any updates by mid next week. Speed is of the essence for our target market. I will still hold my meager Pesa as I believe the Dev to be quite talented. |

dynamic interest in good in a way it gives the network users a good reason to stake if the network is stronger (more open wallets) = everyone in the network earns more The dynamic interest is invented for bagholding (i.e) the more you hold, more the interest. So you will naturally be tempted to stake as much as coins as possible.
So when many coins are staked, the supply is lowered, that which increases the demand.
Lets consider you are holding 1 million pesa for staking and earning a interest of 200 pesa's a day.
Today 200 pesa's aren't worth a few dusts of btc.
May be once we have enigma, sms & smart contracts implemented and the value had gone for around 20k sats, you will be earning around .08 btc's per day.
When i had 1m in wallet, interest was 5-6.3%, I do not like that the percentage depends not only on me. HBN have 100% POS and the demand is no crashing. Pesa stakes really well it is only fair to assume Enigma Anon will be of the same caliber. I haven't seen any other coin with this fair staking model... |
