1  Economy / Gambling discussion / What is the biggest bet you ever won? Did you withdraw or lose it? on: May 17, 2024, 04:55:52 AM
Mine was $10,000 to win $900,000. During that time I turned $70,000 into over $2,000,000. But I developed a gambling addiction (blackjack, roulette, crazy time which caused a lot of losses). Sad

Recently I tried to turn 0.05 BTC into 1.7 BTC to pay for medical school. In the process I lost 0.2 BTC which was all of my BTC. I believe I am a good sports bettor (for a girl) but I am not good under pressure. When I turned $70,000 into $2,000,000, it was only a smaller amount of my overall bank.

Biggest win:
Bet ID: https://stake.bet/sports/home?iid=sport%3A97821755&modal=bet

For now I am going to try and save up the 0.2 BTC I stupidly lost this month. But there is no way I will ever save up $140,000 for school.

I want to know what the biggest win you guys ever won is and if you actually put it towards something useful and didn't just gamble it away like me. Undecided Could be a house, car, school! Smiley I had more than enough to pay for medical school or pay off my debts, but I fell victim to rigged casino games. Undecided I don't think I will ever go to medical school actually, which makes me cry (a lot) because it has always been my dream. But the reality is sinking in that time is running out for me (23 yrs old).

Hopefully this post is helpful in some way. If you have won a lot, please withdraw!!! Also don't rely on sports betting or casino to fund important stuff like school, you'll regret it like me! Smiley
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Attempting to turn 0.05 BTC into 1.7 BTC on: May 14, 2024, 06:54:50 AM
Hi everyone, I've decided to deposit 0.1 BTC to give this another try. This is the remainder of my BTC so I cannot really afford to lose this bet. Sad I received this bet from a popular tipster on Discord, so I hope he is right.

Hi everyone, due to my first 2 bets being bad beats, I've decided to redeposit 0.05 BTC, this will be my last try. Smiley

Bet #3: FC Tulsa - Pittsburgh | Over 2.5 | 0.05 BTC returns 0.0945 BTC

Congratulations on this win. Brave bet, no doubt about that, you went all in and luckily you won. I didn't expect you to do something like this, but you did it. Smiley

Unfortunately 0.1 BTC will not get me through even one semester. Sad

Well, don't push too much. I think it's not the time to become too greedy, you recovered your losses and maybe you should continue to play with some smaller bets... But of course, it's up to you, whatever you decide to do I wish you a lot of luck. I really hope you rock the casino and take their money. Good luck man! And think about changing your username to "GamblingForMedSchool"! Smiley

Thanks. I may try again soon, with smaller amounts. Or one big amount, I'm not sure yet. I just want to achieve the goal. I could probably try with 0.1 BTC but then I would be dipping into money I cannot afford to lose. Sad

Well this is the end for me. No luck. Sad

I appreciate everyone who contributed to my post. I may come back another time when I save up the money I lost.

Gambling is not a very guaranteed source of income for you to use to double your money, infact i don't know any, yoi sjoudl have started preparing earlier and not now it's so late and urgent and worse of all you could end up losing it all in bets.

Your target is high, I'll advice you split it up into smaller odds and play live matches, you might have a better chance at winning than in casino games or simulation games.

Appreciate the advice! Smiley I will definitely keep that in mind. I guess I'm just trying to accomplish the goal quickly. I don't have too much time to spend on this. Sad
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: May 12, 2024, 07:40:42 AM
I had my FortuneJack account closed and my funds were confiscated. You did not even allow me to withdraw my original deposit. I have since moved to Stake which has been a lot better, but I am very disappointed. Just wanted to share my experience.

They told me I was multi-accounting but I had forgotten my login from many years ago, so what was I supposed to do? I was not abusing any promos or anything of that nature, just sports betting. I guess FortuneJack does not want customers.

9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 12, 2024, 06:06:51 AM
Bundesliga games are coming to an end soon and from what I saw Borussia Dortmund already secured a place for UEFA Champions League which explains partially why they didn't took today's game against Mainz seriously. At the opposite, I find Mainz pushing to stay out of the Champions League
Dortmund is clearly not aiming for anything else in the Bundesliga because its position can be said to be safe in being in the Champions League zone next season. The difference in points with Frankfurt is 14 points adrift even though Dortmund has lost in its last 2 matches, it will not change anything. I am very sure that currently Dortmund is preparing for the match. what is more important for him to win is the Champions League final which will be a big match for Real Madrid and also Dortmund, all corners of Europe will definitely watch this big match to see who will win the Champions League title. Real Madrid will be the bookies' favorites to win the Champions League title but Dortmund could also provide an unpredictable surprise.

Mainz is at least very lucky because Dortmund did not play at full strength in the Bundesliga towards the end of this season, therefore Mainz took advantage of Dortmund's weakness to win the match by at least winning 1 more match or achieving a draw. Mainz will remain in Bundesliga 1 and will survive not being relegated Mainz's next opponent is Wolfsburg, a club which is ranked 12th which is quite safe from the relegation zone so winning or losing doesn't mean anything for Wolfsburg.

Reading your comment had me wondering, if Borussia Dortmund were outside of the "safe zone" for the Champions League next season, and they won this years Champions League, would they still qualify for the Champions League next season? Is the winner automatically qualified for the next season?

Everyone should gamble with this mindset only. You need to fix a budget for gambling. OP has the option to gamble with all the funds, but still he did risk management and didn’t go beyond his budget. He lost some Bitcoins in the initial bets, and when he recovered them, he decided to withdraw it. That’s a good decision to be honest. I also liked the fact that you choose sports betting to make the money. Here you will definitely win big if you place calculated bets.

Thank you for the input! Smiley I hope I am able to achieve my goal through good research and calculated bets!
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Attempting to turn 0.05 BTC into 1.7 BTC on: May 12, 2024, 02:51:46 AM
Dude, you've already gambled 0.1 btc in total, I hope that you'd be doing alright with your money because that's got to hurt your pocket too right? That amount would probably get you to the 2nd semester of your 1st year, I do hope that you do hit the win on this one but this could be a sign that you're spiraling out of control with your gambling.

Unfortunately 0.1 BTC will not get me through even one semester. Sad

14  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.AG Deleted my account after I TREID to make a withdrawal after winning. on: May 12, 2024, 01:59:44 AM
How much did you try to withdraw? Which games did you win on? Is it possible that you had an account previously opened with them? Sometimes they are very strict with multi-accounting. I would suggest emailing them and being patient, I'm sure they will help you out as they have a fairly decent Trustpilot score. If you did nothing wrong, you deserve to be paid. Especially if you lost many deposits before, this withdrawal should not be an issue. I think you should include more info in your post and include some screenshots in order to get the best help and support! Smiley
If you are reading other replies, most of the information you are asking has been answered. Since the thread is still on page 1, please take the time to read before asking questions.

@OP send an email or pm their rep here, David is very nice and easy to deal with. They're not going to ban you for no reason, so keep that in mind.

I'm good. OP should include all of the information in his post. Smiley I shouldn't have to read every single reply to understand the situation. One page, two pages, three pages. It shouldn't matter. His post lacks detail.

2-0 at the break.

Will this be another bad beat or a winner to get the challenge back to even? Grin

17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why the rich win gambling more than the poor. on: May 12, 2024, 12:59:25 AM
A rich person can place one bet of $100,000 on 1.10 odds and win $10,000 just like that, whereas a poor person must win many bets in a row to win that same $10,000. I agree that being rich makes gambling more "fun" in that losing a bet or multiple bets doesn't make or break your bank.

However it doesn't matter how much money you have, all it takes is a handful of bad beats and you could be flipping burgers at McDonald's. That's why people should only gamble with what they can afford to lose. Smiley

Ouch what a bad streak, i really hope you win this time, don't giveup.

But i think you have a better chance if you add 2 games on your bet, known as parlay, it would be easier to get 2 games with +2.5 Goals than getting 1 game with +4 goals. And you would get the same multiplier in the end.

A good way that i have learn to win big with sports is by betting on UFC and selecting the winning method, my last nice bet on this way was Max Holoway winning by KO, and that one pays x7. So, it's a nice way to bet.

Thanks for the insight! Smiley I don't know much about UFC so I'm not sure how successful I would be. Grin But I will definitely look into it. I've always thought doing parlays was -EV but I understand your point. For the Scotland match I could have gone with over 2.5 goals for lower odds, but I have a habit of going for bigger odds. Undecided

4 goals needed!!! Cheesy

tips: bc1qgll9gt4gmf8rddnyynrdrmzq9qzv336w7yezce

It is with 3 goals in the 64 minutes so hopefully you will get this first bet to get you a boost or as I would say to give you like 2 more free tries with the same bet as I would definitely not suggest to increase the bet amount after every win, depending on your budget you can do so if you lose but don't do it if you win.I have seen people ruined by odds of 1.3 or something along those lines and that would be catastrophic if you happen to lose it all from that bet,I am not a big fan of trying to get money needed through gambling yet I want to cheer you up and hopefully you can achieve the med school money and if you don't at least to get a nice part of it,something like 0.30 to 0.50 Bitcoin so you can pay a part of them through this challenge.

Unfortunately, the game ended with 2:1. After that goal in 64 min. there were no more goals and this bet was lost. I was rooting for the OP to win this second bet, but it didn't come to that. Maybe it's too late to talk about what he could have done better, he tried and failed... but he should definitely study some tips from this thread if he wants to try again.

So Savingformedschool do you plan to try again?

I was feeling very good after the 3rd goal to be honest, but they couldn't get me the 4th goal I needed. Sad With that being said, I am trying again. I redeposited 0.05 BTC so hopefully we can win this bet and get back on track! Smiley This will be my last try, so hopefully it wins!
