I am extremely happy with my Hashlet purchases as well

I can back it up by Hero members once they're online.. I can also back it up by coin owners/pool owners. Watch.
I'm not jealous, I just hate to see hundreds of people getting scammed.
If you don't mind me asking, what had evidence do you have that "hundreds" of people are getting scammed? I have cleared my initial investment with GAWMiners and am well on my way to a 150% return. Please do tell if you have facts. On the flipside, please do tell if it's simply "hater gone hate" syndrome.

Wait--you two got banned for seven days and I got banned for 14?? What?
You are clearly more dangerous, because you are more moderate and could disguise yourself as a GAW supporter while spreading enemy propaganda among the faithful. That's my take anyway Again - i think this is a case of the mods using their feelings to guide their decisions. Horrible style and horribly inconsistent... They should use the same "scale" or discipline approach. 3 days for first violation, 5 for 2nd etc... Mods shouldn't be given wide latitude to ban people. When you give power to those that resell or are affiliates - this is what you get. Except with me at least I got zero warning. Volder got a hair up his ass about that comment and immediately banned me. I wish I still lived up in boston, I would love to take a drive over to their new "offices" and say hi. Maybe when I can take the time I will drive up their anyway. I am in NC, so its like a 10-12 hour drive, I can do that with my eyes closed. Words behind a keyboard haha Come back to Boston big boy!!!

That doesn't explain the list of lies coming out of Eric or Josh
How do you know Josh and Eric are lying? You have no fact, just speculation. And the fact that they choose to ignore you does not make them liars

Trust me when I say, I will always be here for you suchmoon. And I have joined my friend, to quote a jedi master: " “A GAWMiner uses the Force for knowledge and defense, never for attack.” The Empire Strikes Back Can I please see a ledger of what my hashlet is mining -- or at least can you show me some kind of log information that accounts for my hashlet? I'm sorry if my name is confusing but I am not in any way affiliated with GAW except as a customer. The universe is balance. Where there is good, there is evil. Where there is dark, there is light. I am suchmoon's equal and opposite I can say that if you have questions, speaking as a current GAWMiners customer, the best approach that has worked for me, is to open a ticket and notify Josh on hashtalk. I'm sure that due to the success of GAWMiners they may have growing pains and make a mistake, but my personal experience has shown that they fight to make it right. Whereas no other mining company has done right by me. Just my personal experience. Many people have had different. I solely encourage you to have your own experience and not to take the word of some biased, possibly competitively motivated users such as a mooooon

I purchased 1mhash hashlet, and observed my scrypt hashrate on my pool -- pointing said 1mhash to my pool had no affect on my hashrate at all.. awesome.
You don't get the rules of this game, you're not supposed to use those other pools that are listed only to show the superior profitability of ZenPool I'm surprised they even allow to do that, but this will probably be fixed soon. Hahaha what a negative and unfounded assumption suchmoon I don't see why zenPool would limit your choice of pools. They are simply providing a pool option that has never been offered by any other pool in the industry. Cheer up suchmoon and join the pool...or you're sure to be left behind in terms of ROI.

The issue I can't seem to find a clear answer on is outlined in this screenshot from that hashtalk.org thread: http://gyazo.com/b81573cf67eda7620bce27f20ae57181I'm not really sure how buying pools and/or rental services will allow you to increase mining profits. Many of us have been doing this for a long time, and some of us own both a rental service and a pool (lol), and have yet to find that magic 'double' button you guys claim -- I'll keep looking though, that's for sure. I haven't seen any "rental services" or "pools" announced as acquisitions of GAW, nor heard of any acquisition or buyout of mainstream service providers. I would urge that everyone exercise extreme caution, because as is always the case, the more fantastic-sounding the claims.. the more unlikely to be true they are when zero evidence is being presented. It is extremely easy to refute the major questions in this thread. Post some details of datacenters with mining equipment, and a transparent record of your actual blocks mined + transactions. That's what blockchains are for, and what nearly every pool out there does. http://www.coindesk.com/gaw-zenminer-8-million/Glad to help you out Mate I've also purchased several Hashlets... So far a seamless process.

Seems interesting, is it just me or is gawminers.com not loading/down?
I too have been trying to make a large Hashlet purchase but the site isn't loading.... I inquired about it on hashtalk.org and they said that the site was so overloaded with purchases the first minute that the server crashed. The crazy part is that they use Shopify which is the largest e commerce site in the world haha I want my Hashlets!!!!!

For the consumers sake, let's make an effort to make this an educational thread so that one may make an educated and unbiased decision. Although I am aware that slander is encouraged I mean accepted in this thread..or any thread started by suchmoon it seems You seem to be confused about how this thing works. You're the one coming in with ad hominem and trying to steer the discussion. I have started the thread with a clear disclaimer and some questions, but if you don't like where this is going you are free to start your own thread. I would PREFER if you stayed on topic, but I don't have any say as to what's accepted or not here. I hope this clarifies it, and if you have any personal questions or issues with me feel free to PM me. Thank you for the clarification moon You are very tactful by starting your threads with a "disclaimer", I have no need to pm you but rest assured I will be responding to everyone of your threads. And remember: It's not good to gamble Thank you for posting the link to hashtalk!

Don't just thank him, shill, speak to his concerns. At least he isn't creating a new account to hide his identity. [/quote] I'm unsure as to why you think I have another account with no basis? I thanked him because I too share his concerns. I am a founding member and have had experiences with GAW ranging from shipment delays and hosting problems all the way to expedited service to make things right. The difference is how he voiced his concerns. I respect that. It just seems to me that some members here post nothing but negative reviews while trying to seem unbiased. Make it look like there may be an alterior motive.... For the consumers sake, let's make an effort to make this an educational thread so that one may make an educated and unbiased decision. Although I am aware that slander is encouraged I mean accepted in this thread..or any thread started by suchmoon it seems Also, I have reached out and inquired about hashtalk going down and was told that the amount of traffic is overloading the server. I kept trying and was able to eventually get through.

I assure you this is my one and only account. I am a frequent browser of this forum and felt the need to address an obvious competitor I'm sorry if you do not like my posts but much like suchmoon I am free to share my view and opinion. "bahhh bahhh" (sheep sound)

I think it is misleading how they make the Hashlet look like and market it to look like a piece of hardware when it's really a combined virtual commodity of scrypt and sha (similar to cex.io). They haven't released any details yet as of this morning, but last night the customers we not happy on hashtalk after the announcement. The responses from the gaw staff were surprised that the customers weren't responding well. One of the threads on hashtalk got closed last night on the "prime" announcement was closed when the customers started to get critical on the announcement. The owner was thinking he just invented sliced bread, but customers were not as impressed. My opinion on hashtalk.org is that it's a shill for Gaw, I don't really recommend going there for real advice or questions (it's like going to the car dealership lobby and having coffee with the salespeople asking for car advice), you'll get better advice on bitcointalk.org.
The "always make money" statement is tied to lots of details that were peppered in some of the comments and tied to "zenpoints" in which they want customers to leave mined btc (or make deposits there) to pay for maintenance fees. It has not been clear what they intend to do with customer deposits, I've been asking the questions on hashtalk and the threads either get closed by the CEO or ignored. Some other community members have been asking the same questions (wallet security, offline/cold wallets, open audits, and what they are doing with stored coins).
To be honest, I don't think they are trying to scam anyone, but I do think the owner is trying to be the PT barnum of mining with a lot of marketing while current customers needs are not being dealt with (shipping delays, support questions taking days, etc).
I just want to thank the poster above. You post brings up actual concerns without slander and accusations. You are an ACTUAL representative for the consumer. Now on to suchmoon It is absolutely obvious that you do not speak from a customer's perspective but a competitor haha I encourage you to work on your business model before shooting down others in hopes that the consumer will choose your pool over someones else's. I leave you with a quote from one of my life's mentors: "With major success comes major hate. It's when the haters stop hating that one needs to worry." So please suchmoon please go on hating You will be for a while. Now where do I buy a Hashlet!?!?!?!
