then u send script to buyer (buyer should disclose location where hes installing and testing the script, so seller has proof to show to escrow he delivered)
when buyer can see the script is working he will tell escrow to release it the payment
nobody will send u a payment first
too many fucking scammers and i think u r one of them if u dont use escrow
