If you want to get funding and you believe your project is good enough you can create a token that is basically your whole company and sell some that you feel like you need and see if market likes it enough to fund it.
Do you have any good articles addressing this matter? I would like to read more about it. |

Yeah I have no issues sharing my project, since it in not a new idea it does not exist in my city. it is not a product, it is a service. ----- Company mission statement *** is a self-directed, collaborative, flexible and voluntary work style that is based on mutual trust and sharing common core values between its participants. Now it has become more difficult to find investors, because the number of projects is more than investors and there is a lot of competition between them. But among the forum members there are a lot of people who have an offline business and they can probably invest in the same your offline busines. I think that you need to correctly present your project to the public so that it will be easier for investors to find you and study your project.
That is something i am considering, just that I have no legal document nor anything to protect my project, if i go public with it, i am afraid that i might lose it to someone else who has no financial problems. |

Well in every project the place of knowledge can not be overlooks as that is the engine room for the operation of the business so I will say that adopting bitcoin in you business does not perform the miracle of forcing in investors if the investors are not convince on the potential of the business, I will advice you grow your business first then investors will come on they own.
That will be tricky ratter say kinda impossible, I need a push to start. My business will need a big space, and real pricey furniture. growing it by myself is not an option (start big or don't start at all). |

You can rely on donations as an initial stage and when the project is successful you will find a lot of attention and support. "Your idea must make a real transition." Start with self-financing and design the whitepaper and then exploit this forum and some sites for publicity and get investors "the best way but require patience." I would love to try that but my business is not based on any coin. but I'll consider using a coin as a payment/reward system. |

Finding investors for a project no matter real world project or online project is not easy task to do. You need to offer something good but reasonable for possible investors, you also need to have clear information about the project such as your team identity, your plan/roadmap of the project, etc. Too many aspect to be mentioned but you can learn from successful investment. Learn what they offer, what they do, and how they manage the offers.

What I see here is that the reason you failed in your project is that, the investor doesn't find any profit to your projects. If your project can be profitable then you will not be having a hard time finding investors.
yes that was the cause of failing in my first project, i got past that and got an investor via an event a hackathon. but that didn't go as well, that's when i learned that the team you work with is an essential component as well. I moved on. but the last project I am working on is a local business in my home city, not much investors around to convince, nor much events to help me out in this matter. having trouble finding investors than them not willing to invest. when it comes to profit it is really not that profitable at first. only self sustained but made to grow in future. |

When ever a new company/startup looking to raise/start its business, they do consider one of many ways to find investors Through top-tier business schools, industry friends, Angel investor networks, Crowd funding and by city's entrepreneurial community. All that by Proving they are market ready.
I am myself trying to do the same, failing multiple times at finding investors and funding my business. (I have not reached the phase of giving up yet)
I want just to get some advice on bitcoin investors. do they exist? how can I find them? can they invest in real world project not just invest in online projects. Can bitcoin be one of the ways that a company/startup can seek to raise up? having patience as an enemy, making hasty decisions, having hope, and sometimes lack of knowledge is it a good idea to seek the bitcoin way.

Is using bitcoin investment worth the risk? more people will go with the normal and stable flow because bitcoin is too risky. Personally i think it is worth the risk, but how can a person grantee and secure his startup, bitcoin investment knowing that many countries do not accept bitcoin as a legitimate money and therefore no business contract can be made.

Jared also busy with bitcoin 0.13 codebase update that was part of Gulden 1.6.0 update, it would be good if Jared can do this for dgb before litecoin and claim 2nd place. lol this shit coin is nothing more then a bunch of traders selling you shit. You did ok with Gulden but myriadcoin did more then digibyte with no funding. They all stringing you along! This is how Jared and his team of con artists work. 1. Wait for price to drop to lowest level and keep quiet, start buying up the digibyte. 2. When they have enough in the bags all the marketing gimmicks and bullshit hype begins, their rich friend pumps the coin and the rest of traders get involved. They dump before the underwhelming news. Wait a few months and more silence, repeat step 1 and 2. Where is the development? Not one wallet functioning correctly, plenty bugs and you think they will be able to update this to 0.13 codebase, dream on tamilee Not that I really like this dude but he is close to the mark. But, saying that why would he be dumb enough to not jump on board knowing it will have a pumpy. I guess he doesn't like profit and just likes to bag hold another shitcoin instead. Of course i am buying those coins under 30 sat because I know what's coming. Easy money but it doesn't make it right. I have lost a lot of value investing in this coin already but have no choice to keep buying as the price keeps going down to better my average but I know Jared will come back with some marketing soon and give dgb exposure that it needs. I need the price to be around 55sat before I start making a profit, you can feel confident I won't be selling my coins under 55sat. Ouch you must have brought really high on the Jared pumps. Poor soul.. I should of known better it was a pump but I was expecting the news to be bigger then it was. My average was just over 100 satoshi but with lots of trading between the 40s and 50s and buying more coins it's down to 55 sat. Have to have patience and wait for the next influx of purchasing. It went to 180 satoshi once and I am sure it will go over 100sat in the future. I sold all my digibyte during the last pump and not because I wanted to sell and make a profit but because I could see the writing on the wall after the weekly digireports had stopped and other things promised never came to fruition. I think you will get your money back in 2017 as the pumps and dumps come in cycles. I prefer to invest in coins that have a long term goal and are able to deliver. yeah I think I'll do the same, I'll wait for the next pump and I'll sell my coins too, I do not see any future for this coin anymore. |

when I try to see the tans action on the block-chain
you need to 1) sync your blockchain 2) rescan your wallet since the transaction did not ended up on the blockchain, the coins are still sitting inside your wallet. how can I do that? try to run your wallet and sync all the blocks, and then perform an action, and after confirmation to see the fire in the block chain This is not the QT Wallet, Its the gaming wallet, it's a google chrome extension. My DGB are stuck in this wallet too, I can't withdraw ether. you are saying that there is no fix yet :/ |
