1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game Account Temporarily Unavailable (~$750 USD) - No response for 6 months! on: September 16, 2025, 11:14:55 AM
Ahh, apology if it came wrongly. I am just trying to double-check everything and cross the t's and dot the i's, matching both narratives from both sides, as I happened to have your registration date in my hand. Your screenshot with the date of the email containing verification link will helps me instantly validate the evidence they provided me.

But, unfortunately, you seemed to not having it, though with the first email come on October 2023, that's close enough to verify their data given to me.

Another question if you don't mind? What sign-in method do you always use? email address? google auto-sign-in? Phone number?

Here is the link to that screenshot: https://talkimg.com/image/UC3EkD (email from August 29th at 4:20 AM local time)
translated: https://talkimg.com/image/UC3Igf

As for my sign-in method, I always use my email address to log into my account.

Thank you. One last rather rhetorical question if you don't mind: how many languages do you speak?

Asking because the evidence they handed to me shows five accounts tied to your device, one of them is in... Arabic, if I am not mistaken the character. Quite frequently seeing their evidence of multi-acc, I am quite confident in their algorithm and how they cross-reference users to tie multi-acc. Plus, from several of the questions I asked you, few confirmed and matched the data they gave me.

I guess that explains how your data for KYC being used by other account: ask the person who sell you the account.

Safe to assume that the downside of buying accounts is that you can't know for sure whether the account being verified with one ID, or the seller use same documents for several IDs. I mean, I can only guess that's the reason why your documents being used for other account's KYC? And that you have five accounts of which one of them generated under Arabic?

Thank you for your tireless work and for your honesty. I'm shocked by the conclusion you've reached, and I need to be absolutely clear: I did not buy this account, nor did I create or use any other accounts on BC.Game.

And I have a question for you: Why would I need to buy an account? I have successfully passed advanced KYC verification on this account, proving my identity, and I have made numerous deposits and a large withdrawal. There would be no logical reason for me to risk everything by buying an account from a third party.

I believe I have found a crucial detail that may explain why my device was linked to other accounts. I should have mentioned this earlier, and I apologize for this oversight.
Since my Internet service provider (ISP) has blocked access to the BC.Game domain, I have been using a VPN to access the site. Could the connection to other accounts, including the Arabic one you mentioned, be a result of me sharing a VPN server with other users? A single VPN server can be used by dozens, if not hundreds, of people around the world, and it seems plausible that BC.Game's algorithm could have mistakenly flagged these connections.

This would make their "evidence" a false positive. I have been completely honest with you from the beginning. I willingly provided all KYC documents and transaction details, even when they seemed to contradict my own narrative. A person who buys an account and knowingly breaks the rules would not have cooperated so transparently.

I might be wrong due to different user interface, but does the thin line [i marked in a way bolder red box] at the end of your email indicated there is/are other emails below? Perhaps your welcome email was there?

There are no other BC.Game emails. What you see are notifications from Twitch streamers who have "bc.game" in their stream titles.

I have not intentionally deleted any messages. What would be the point in me hiding anything?

I've attached screenshots of these messages to show you what's there.

I've checked my email again and it seems I've found a more accurate date for the account's registration. My apologies for the inaccuracy last time.

After reviewing all messages with the search term "BC.GAME," I couldn't find any of the "welcome" emails that are typically sent upon registration. Instead, my inbox contains a number of messages about special offers, as well as replies from the support team.

The emails I did find from BC.GAME are all from their support team. They served as notifications letting me know that a reply to my inquiry was waiting for me on the BC.GAME site.

Based on these messages, the account was created around autumn 2023, not early 2024 as I previously stated.

I've attached a screenshot to show you an example of these messages.

Early, mid, or by the end of 2024, if you don't mind me be being "a bit nosy"? And around what time since you had your account created did you perform and completed your KYC? Also, I understand you're accessing BC from your PC at home? Phone?

I believe the account was created at the beginning of 2024, but I can't be 100% sure. The KYC process was completed later, and the dates for that are based on the emails I received: one on July 30, 2024, and another on December 3, 2024. Given that the emails came on different dates, it seems reasonable to assume that the earlier one was for the basic KYC, and the later one was for the advanced verification.
And yes, I used both my PC at home and my phone to access my account.

Great. Thank you for confirming the KYC date, of which confirms you stored emails from BC. Umm... BC happen to also send welcome email to activate an account, upon the date of registration. Mind to fish that for us, in form of screenshot? With the date shown?

OP, mind to remind us here again how long have you been with BC? I mean, since when did you create account and actively playing with BC? And I understand corrrectly you're from Ukraine, given you mentioned UAH?

You are correct; I am from Ukraine, and I attached my Ukrainian passport during the KYC verification process.
Regarding the account timeline, I created my account in 2024 and was actively playing without any issues until January 2025, when the problem with the withdrawal occurred.

Hello DockCableWhite,

We regret to inform you that sending another KYC is not possible. The account will be permanently locked.

Our risk team find compelling evidence of multiple abuse to our Terms of Service, like double use of KYC where the documents uploaded to verify your account also being used by other account, on top of multiple connected accounts and a possibility of account changing hands.

The decision made by our risk team is final, and account recovery is not possible.

You state that there is "compelling evidence" that my documents were used to verify another account. This accusation is not only false, but it also directly contradicts your own stated KYC verification process.
My KYC process required a live liveness check, including physical movements such as turning my head, in addition to providing my documents. It is a biological impossibility for another individual to have passed this crucial step using my documents. Your own security protocol is designed to prevent exactly this kind of fraud.
How could your system allow for "double use" of my documents when your own procedure requires a live person to perform physical actions? This accusation makes your entire verification process seem fraudulent and deeply flawed.
The claims of "multiple connected accounts" and "account changing hands" remain vague and unsubstantiated. They are just words without a shred of proof.
I will not accept this "final" decision based on what appears to be a logically impossible scenario. I demand that you provide clear, compelling evidence that can explain how your own live verification process was bypassed.
I have provided all information and cooperated fully, and I expect a genuine, substantiated response.

OP, if you don't mind, would you give me further consent for them to share limited data of yours that's on their database [and part of their property] to substantiate that final words above? I can't guarantee they'll comply, but I will need your consent first before I can ask them to provide the basis for their findings.

Yes, I give you my full and explicit consent to request and receive any limited data from their database that can substantiate their claim

Any updates?

I am reinquiring, but please wait a little. I assign similar natured case to my contact and they got mixed up with things a little and I don't want to insult them by explaining ELI5, so I'll sort one thing at a time, and once I'm done with them with the other case, I'll re-run your case to them.

Got you, thanks

I got my contact to look into to your case. They told me that they've sent you a link for re-KYC by 29th August and you opened the link but didn't upload any document. Can you please confirm and, if you did, help us understand why you didn't follow up with the re-KYC?

Thank you for this information. I have checked my email and found the message from August 29th. It is indeed marked as "read," but I honestly don't remember opening it or going through the process. It's possible I opened it by mistake without paying attention to the content.
Could you please find out if it is possible for them to resend the message, or if I can use the same link I already have to upload the documents?

Is there any news regarding my situation, holydarkness?

I haven't heard from them and your case hasn't been touched and discussed from our list that I presented to them last weekend, but I've nudged them again to give me follow up for the latest situation of your case few minutes ago. Please wait a little?

Still no news?

Sadly, yes, though it's probably due to my absence on the forum for about almost the entire week last week, that perhaps your case got pushed down from my contact's attention. But rest assured that it is not off our plate and I nudged them about your issue every now and then, with yesterday as the most recent.

I am yet to hear from that contact, will made another nudge later today, as I have to leave early [few minutes from now] to handle the backlog of IRL matters that got delayed following that last week's chaos.

Any updates?

I will absolutely continue to cooperate with you. Please let me know what you need from me, and I will do my best to provide it.

mind to write to recovery@bcgame.com again? This time to ask for another KYC. It seems your KYC status was revoked during that suspicion of account breach. Write to them and they'll send you a link to redo KYC [given you can't do it in-site, as you're locked out from your account]. My contact didn't give me subject to help us all [me, you, them, and recovery] to be on the same page, so I'll propose a subject. Write it under "Asking Re-KYC for Locked Account"

Just to let you know, I have sent the email to recovery@bcgame.com with the subject "Asking Re-KYC for Locked Account" as you instructed.

I've attached a screenshot of the sent email to this post. Thank you for the clear instructions on how to proceed.
[...]

Noted. I've relayed the message and the screenshot. Please wait a bit, if you haven't get a reply from recovery division during my short AFK already. And, unless you're ok with it, you might want to edit your post and remove the screenshot, it contain something private.

That's what I've got.

I have not received any answer yet (last time it took like 20h to get a reply from them) and, yeah, I removed screenshot from my previous post, thank you.

edit: they sent me a form to fill up, I did it. Now waiting for further steps from them.

This makes me wonder, if you don't mind me asking: what is the current goal? Is there a possibility that my account can be restored and my funds retrieved, or is the process now primarily focused on finding out the reason for the block, with no hope of a positive outcome?

The current goal, for the time being, is to get to the bottom of the case, the truest truth of what happened, backed by evidences and narratives by each side. They do meet at some points, suggesting the narrative intersect on at least one point of truth. However, the rest... they're still pieces, fragments I need to put together to make a complete piece and understand what actually happens.

For the rest of your question, I'm afraid above is the most I can give, for the time being. And I do really hope you'll stay cooperative with me, just like BC being cooperative by showing things and explaining what was what.

I will absolutely continue to cooperate with you. Please let me know what you need from me, and I will do my best to provide it.

OP, I understand correctly that you don't have access to your account anymore, so you can't provide us screenshot of your KYC status, but do BC send email to you once you passed KYC? Or is there anything that can help us see that you're indeed advanced KYCed?

holydarkness, you are correct, I do not have access to my account anymore. However, I have found two email notifications from BC.Game that I believe confirm my KYC status.

The first email is dated July 30, 2024, which I suspect is a confirmation for the basic KYC. The second email, which arrived later on December 3, 2024, I believe is the confirmation for the advanced KYC.

I will attach links to the screenshots of these emails below (translated interface on 2nd and 3rd ss so you can read the date):

https://talkimg.com/image/UH7qlg (30.07.2024)
https://talkimg.com/image/UH7l6I (03.12.2024)

Hmm... this is interesting. Let me try to figure something out of these new data. Problem is, I think the puzzle just get more complicated instead of closer to a whole picture. But, on the other hand, maybe we're just one or two clicks away from suddenly snapping everything into place and the puzzle rearrange themselves.

This makes me wonder, if you don't mind me asking: what is the current goal? Is there a possibility that my account can be restored and my funds retrieved, or is the process now primarily focused on finding out the reason for the block, with no hope of a positive outcome?

I can confirm that I have completed the advanced KYC verification process there.
And yes, I am 100% certain that nothing out of the ordinary happened between my last successful withdrawal on December 3, 2024, and the time my account was blocked in January 2025.

Additionally, I just found something that I think might be very helpful. I have screenshots and receipts of deposits I made in January 2025, all from my name. This proves that I was actively and legitimately using the account right up until the block. If my account was compromised why did they continue to accept my deposits throughout January? This makes their claim illogical.

I am sending all these screenshots and receipts to you in their original form via PM.

Thank you again for all your help and for trying to piece this together.
