I am also having the same issue, none of the fragments when tested return the correct ID.
Edit: However, the fragments still seem to restore the correct wallet, even though the fragment IDs do not match. Maybe a bug in how the fragment IDs are generated?

"Armory Wallet founder is moving on. Although the Wallet works well as a stand alone - using the wallet going forward without continued maintenance would be unadvised." Why does CryptoCompare have this warning? https://www.cryptocompare.com/wallets/armory-wallet/

I use Multibit (classic).
I want to check that my seed works and will recover by btc in the event of failure. How can I check my seed works?
You can save an offline version of this website and try to check your seed https://dcpos.github.io/bip39/ at least you can get the addresses and check.

I finally figured out (or better, was told) that if you make an unsiged tx, then sign it, then check the raw tx before broadcasting you can see what size it will be.
Awesome suggestion thanks, I'll check it out.

Ok sweeping works on 0.94.1 now thanks. However, the client tried to assign an almost $3 fee for sweeping 2 addresses. Any way to manually adjust this? It seemed to be take it or leave it on the sweep.

By 2020 XBT will be worth about 5 oz gold or about $125,000 USD

Just starting. By 2030 Bitcoin price will be $100,000+ and will be the primary method used to exchange value between governments, central banks, etc. So just go for it and buy on the next convenient dip. Feel better?

For me i can only tell you that you can't predict the transactions size before sending it .
Ah, a real answer that may fill in the gap. So a fee can't be calculated, it can only be guessed. Strange but thank you.

Ok I'm obviously missing something then. So tell me, if 21.co tells me the best fee is 60 satoshi/byte, how do I use that information to set the fee in Armory?
|
|
|
I'm not upset, frustrated is more like it. I can't be the only person that wants to be able to set appropriate manual fees. I'm sure the software must calculate the size of the transaction, why isn't this available to me? Is this a technical limitation of some sort?

So if Armory doesn't use standard whatever to make wallets, will there ever be a problem in the future of the method being "lost" and not being able to restore the current Armory paper wallet backup?

Is there any android app that can watch an Armory wallet? or another way to accomplish this without importing individual addresses? Thanks.

For the purpose of this setting in the preferences, is a kb 1024 bytes or 1000 bytes?

Electrum produced an wallet.tmp.8856 file that appears to be a duplicate wallet. What is this file?

Put it towards my Electrical Engineering tuition. Investing in Bitcoin is good, investing in a useful degree is better.

Great thanks

I require at least $560.00 CAD in mid August since I'm currently holding my tuition in Bitcoins. I'm confident I have a good position.

I will take this to mean the answer to both questions is NO.
