2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Monero under 25 cents? What the hell _were_ you waiting for? on: March 05, 2018, 05:28:45 PM
I posted this thread in early 2015 - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=925649 - titled 'Monero under 25 cents? What the hell are you waiting for?'

For some reason it got locked which is a mystery in itself but hey I respect that. Now I'm posting this thread for the discussions started in that very thread to continue.

If you were around at the time did you buy some XMR for yourself and lock it away? I mean 1000 XMR for $250 wasn't so much. Anyone could have dropped some into it and it absolutely made sense at the time as it does today to use that coin

The coin is simply such a good one

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin and Token Passwords on: December 10, 2017, 11:22:10 PM
This is a very important topic but then again it's best not to even talk about this in order not to make any connections of security practices with your username. That's a good suggestion actually.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will you still buy at 10k on: December 03, 2017, 11:38:04 AM
I'm absolutely still buying bitcoin at 10k and above, it's my hobby to buy Bitcoin whenever I can.
I can totally imagine it at 100k and more.
Has always felt good to buy, trade and hodl bitcoin, and likely it's the same good old school Bitcoin experience that many generations will enjoy.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin under 1$ to invest in now? on: December 03, 2017, 11:30:58 AM
There are always a few gems that can be found under $1. It was Monero for a long time, but now it's at a nice $200/XMR where it belongs. Of course Monero will still go higher.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DAO][VR] The Movement | Unstoppable Organization | Connect and Create on: November 25, 2017, 11:05:11 AM
not a lot of coins bought, but the price went down, very sorry. Are there any not the latest news?

Thanks for the nice prices folks. I'm in with more than 13K mvt.

I love traveling to the moon.  Long term.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CND] Cindicator - Hybrid Intelligence for Financial Markets - September 12 on: November 18, 2017, 01:55:32 PM
How many here are long holder of Cindicator coin
or all are looking for quick profit

Judging from the thread that is basically 99% about 'when big exchange, when can we sell high', investor's are looking to dump. That's all they care about.

I care about their product and I use the app.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin networth $100 Million? on: September 22, 2017, 07:56:28 AM
And what's wrong with putin?
Switch off your tv and go in Russia...

Disclaimer: I don't have anything against the man-

Putin isn't exactly chosen in a democratic way, he censors news outlets and makes the media reflect him as some superhero that can do anything.
He went swimming in his summer vacation and he supposedly came back from his little swimming sessions with old artifacts.
The dude was a secret service agent, KGB. Those aren't exactly gentle fellas. Judging by the history of his career I'm doubtfull if you should let such a person be president.

He constantly critizes the west but he ain't all great himself, west ofcourse does the same thing..

.. Go into North-Korea have a look everyone's clapping and cheering! EVERYTHING IS FINE! Lips sealed Grin Grin

Have you been in Russia? People there are really friendly to guests, yet almost all people I talked to support Putin, because in the past they had much worse. Putin significantly raised their living standards, not everything is perfect of course and still a lot is to criticize about Putin and Russia, but do not blame the people for supporting the best they had in ages.

A lot of Russian people I've met and known think the Putin has charisma and is a strong leader. Can't say the same about many other powerful countries on earth. Have a look at the US with its yellow orange clown
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best and safest way to store passwords? on: September 22, 2017, 07:54:01 AM
Hey thanks for the info but im looking for something that is preferrably free like maybe encrypting a file?
There are good password managers that are completely free. I suggest using a search engine to search for best free password managers. Free ones like KeePass will come up in the results
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Useless Alt-Coins that will be dead in 6 months to 1 year on: September 22, 2017, 07:50:42 AM
Most altcoins are useless. There are only few good coins. Monero is one of the best coins, it's even better than Bitcoin in many regards and that means a lot.

Hello Mr Monero Cheesy
How many Monero coin you have? There must be a lot of coin because you have this name Cheesy

hi bboyjohn sir. I recommended Monero to everyone on Bitcointalk when it was $0.25. A lot of people became very wealthy and thank me to this day because if you invested just $1000 at today's price you have a nice $356.000 worth of coins. I still recommend XMR today - in fact it is still underpriced.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin networth $100 Million? on: September 22, 2017, 07:45:00 AM
What does it matter how much he makes? If he runs a successful crypto and his investors are happy, let him make good money too.  Smiley

And no, earning good money doesn't necessarily make people a fraud or a scammer, like that meme thingy suggests.

Your kidding ?
Seriously ? You don't think it matters when a coin dev goes from being poor to a millionaire ?
..by premining coins then manipulating it.  Roll Eyes

I can't believe the bloody bullshit you guys post.

I don't care if the Vitalik is wealthy or not, I am wealthy too. I don't need a lot to be wealthy.
I'd rather see bright tech nerds wealthy than criminals like that Jamie Dimon dude Cheesy

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES | Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform | unofficial supporters topic on: September 22, 2017, 07:40:59 AM
Will I be able to trade Monero on the Waves DEX; will I be able to trade anything I want without any censorship?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [RPX] Red Pulse Token – Next Generation Intelligence and Content Ecosystem on: September 22, 2017, 07:36:29 AM
I bought 200 neo @ 33.5 $ for red pulse before the china ico ban issue. Now i am regretting it very much.
Sorry to hear about this. Nothing can say in this time. As you bought it already, hope in future Red pulse can cover your lost. But I'm suppose this will be hard as my country China now banning and will close everything relate to bitcoin.
I only can access here via VPN, lol

To be honest I'd never buy NEO, not now and not tomorrow. there's not much life in that thing and at this point it's great way to lose your money. xsaints128 sorry for your loss, that sucks.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CND] Cindicator - Hybrid Intelligence for Financial Markets - September 12 on: September 22, 2017, 07:34:38 AM
how many advisors and team members do you have in total now? the impression I get is that it's quite a large and diverse team already. congratulations on the token sale, haven't seen any negative investor comments so far which indicates that this is running real smooth
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: September 22, 2017, 07:31:51 AM
I wonder how many real Bitcoin Cash fans there really are in total... anyone thinks more than 1000 persons?

/r/btc has more than 65k subscribers, so you can be sure there're more than 1000

that's interesting. however, /r/btc had tens of thousands of subscribers before Bitcoin Cash was released, didn't it?
the general consenus among the majority of Bitcoin fans seems to be that Bitcoin Cash is not even to be taken serious

I can see the owners of this project are two German high school uni girls. will you make use of your juvenile femininity to attract some people to hydromining in Austria? Grin
