I think it is to early. I don't think anybody knows for sure what the outcome will be.

I am looking forward to this ICO. I will invest a small percentage of my NEO in it.

They postponed the ICO to make absolutely certain that the ICO is legal and they are registered in Hong Kong just like Binance. Also Chinese, US and Singapore Nationals are excluded from the ICO.

It would be nice if one of the devs would actually confirm this Info and explain why Hong Kong is excluded from the Chinese ruling about icos. Binance can continue to exist as an exchange just for international customers, maybe it will be a similar case with RPX?

I never know what to make out of comments such as this. Do you regret not timing the market perfectly or anticipating china's ban? When the FUD is over and prices recover & beyond (as they usually do), will you regret not buying more?
