The bounty for the ANC-QT "The best css design for the new anoncoin-qt wallet" is also still avaiable! 

Is there a timeline for the tx fix?  We have a lot of customers wanting to withdraw funds, but we can't do that until the wallet will properly send them.

As a long time supporter of anc I will give an opinion.

Meeh has limited experience but he is basically trusted.

Lunokhd claims certain experience but I do not trust him on this project. Gnosis the same. Cryptoslave I don't know.

The coin was doing fine until these people came by to 'improve' it.

My advice send gnosis and lunokhd back to their day jobs.

Meeh's biggest problem, that has crippled this coin, is that he does not tell meddlers to fuck off. I don't know the interest that gnosis and lunokhd have in anc, aside from profit, maybe they cough up a good bullshit storm about the importance of privacy, but it's time for them to fuck off. They may be nice people but they are slowly killing anc.

Back in the driver's seat Meeh and tell the next potential carjackers to fuck off when they tell you how much they can 'help'.

What does this mean?

IMO the only mistake gnos1s did was to offer those silly time-frames... He has no responsibilities towards us, we are not employing him, he is not working for our start up -- we never signed any contracts. Our investing is highly risky and its silly from some people to talk in a way as if they were gnos1s boss or something, get real. The guy wants to implement zerocoin that's all. If you want a secure, slow investment way then buy bonds and mutual funds.

I underestimated the scope of this project and set too ambitious of a schedule for it. Zerocoin will be probably be ready within 2-3 months, but I don't want to give any more release dates (either for testnet or mainnet) until I am very, very close. I will not make this mistake again.

I will continue to give status updates, and I have made tremendous progress in recent weeks. As I promised, I will still work full time on this until November 1, and I expect to have a few hours a day after that to work on it.

Gnosis has been transparent. You can see a lot of the work he has already completed on GitHub. The RSA UFO project is complete. Soon the hardfork (new hashing algorithm) will be complete. One more week (before Zerocoin beta testing) is not that long of a delay. Zerocoin involves a lot of complex math. We want to make sure he has time to do everything right.

If you guys, read my last posts and try to understand my allegations, you will see that I'm not here to troll but to help Anoncoin for the long run. I don't care about PumpnDump.
The greatest paradox is that you all want an anonymous currency because you don't trust the current banking system but at the same time you give your complete trust in Gnosis.

The RSA-UFO is a nonsense and I will explain you why in two different kind of views.

To make things more difficult, Gnosis removed the small factors with the RSA-UFO project to increase the probability to have two large prime numbers but all is based on probabilities and actual computational capabilities. I know Gnosis alleged that he will generate long RSA-UFOs to avoid this problem but the computational capabilities evolve very fast and we can't create a strong system based on probabilities and assumptions.

2) Ok, now I consider that you trust the RSA encryption and you believe it would take decades to break. But what if Gnosis genereate these 13 RSA-UFOs by himself to know the two prime factors P and Q?
There is no way to setup the accumulators without trusting someone (in our case Gnosis). Gnosis can tell us he will use the trustless RSA-UFO system to generate the 13 RSA-UFOs but we can't be sure that he will really use it. If he generate them by himself, he will be able to create infinite ANC from nothing. I don't think it's necessary to explain the consequences of such an event.

Even if you trust in the good faith of Gnosis, there is an high risk to let an inexperienced person do this work. If there is any mistake or if he don't destroy correctly and physically all datas about this generation, someone could use it against ANC in the future and totally discredit or destroy ANC.

In conclusion, the implementation of zerocoin is doomed to failure because of the problems I described.

Now, if the only things sheep care is the PumpnDump to make dollars, then good luck and be fast because when people will realize, the dump will be hard.

EDIT: @ WDL: Yes I'm concerned to the ANC project because I hold still a big quantity of ANC.
EDIT2: If you don't trust me, ask Meeh. I know he agreed with these facts about RSA and Gnosis. Meeh is certainly able to create his own white paper and add a real anonymous value to ANC.
