1  Economy / Goods / Re: Need help where to post my $200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee on: February 27, 2015, 08:39:53 PM
I don't know. I only asked if there is a bounty on that.

I would propose that you check if he wants to buy or to hire and then lets discuss it in more depth. thanks

how you could help?

I may now someone, but I don't think he wants to buy it. I guess he would like to hire the villa.
Is there any bounty for that? For finding a hirer.

thanks for explaining. to hire the villa? for how long?

Out of curiosity would you rent the villa for a weekend?

depends on  who wants to rent it. there would be people I would ask a fortune and there would be people I would give it for free with breakfast Smiley

anyone in mind?

Sounds generous Smiley
I have some people in mind but not sure which one of those they'd be Wink

give us some samples of the possible people Smiley

Isnīt it time to edit the header ? BTC is down like 50% since October.

just read the header again and try to understand what is written there. but thanks anyway

$200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee - makes no sense obviously.

makes perfect sense if you read it and understand it. but yes you need to understand what you read.
lets give you another chance Smiley take your time

200.000$ = right now ~500 BTC on that date was approximately 500BTC

right now 17.02.2015 it is approximately 828BTC ... he says the fee is 200.000$ paid in BTC at the day of the trade ... that's why he doesn't need to update the topic! Because ~ means approximately Wink

thank You for explanation and showing to some people here that it actually is very clear and understandable.
7  Economy / Goods / Re: Need help where to post my $200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee on: February 17, 2015, 09:15:36 PM
Just out of curiosity, is the finders fee staying the same as I notice you change the asking price to reflect the fiat price you're asking, but as the title states $200k (500 BTC) finders fee, 500 BTC is more like $105k now

thank you for the question. $ 200k is the finders fee and that in BTC it will always be adjusted.

Does that answer your question?

what question? confused

didnt you see the answer above from @serje? he understood and explained it very well IMO

just present me a customer who will buy the property and you will get 200k USD in BTC  Smiley

10  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Online Casino and Sportsbook for sale. Over 400 games inc Live Dealer and Mobile on: February 04, 2015, 04:46:47 PM

I don't agree.  65 BTC is a bargain.  The sites you are talking about wouldn't have the either same quality of games, or the level of sophistication, or anything like the professionalism of a good sportsbook/casino site.  Can you provide me with a link to somewhere I can get a site set up for 5 BTC?  I don't think we are talking about the same kind of thing at all.  You wouldn't get the same kind of uniqueness, hosting, security, customer support, payment processing etc.  It's just not possible - I expect you are talking about some kind of low-quality affiliate site, or a cheap script site you can pick up anywhere that is full of holes.

65 BTC is a pretty high cost for just a site that has these games.
Is the site a famous one ? Link to the website ?
If the games were bought from a gaming company, then it usually takes less than 5 BTC to get a gaming platform with 400+ games.
What is the advantage of purchasing from you ? (Don't take my questions in an offensive way, but it isn't hard to set up a casino website, for 1/10th of the cost).
Unless your website is famous one, and has a good revenue generated, the price is simply too high.

all fine but you didnt answered all questions regarding games provider. so please let me ask my questions again. I hope you dont mind

ok Ezugi live dealer is clear.
but how about betsoft? are 100% of your games from betsoft? or is there any other game provider?
who will give support? betsoft?
will they accept your sale?
what are the contract terms with betsoft and ezugi? and maybe with another game provider?
Have you been online and life with the casino? how many user did you have or still have? numbers please
could we see the website?
as you accept beside bitcoin CC, debit cards skrill etc ...do you have a license? if yes where?
please be more specific

thanks

OP, why don't you try to get in touch with Stefan Katafai. Seems he is in direct contact with 300 billionaires.
His website has a phone number and email address: http://www.agent4stars.com/
I think you should highlight the proximity to the Prime Minister's residence.

Edit:
OP, another option. Trump International Realty. Contact them here: http://www.trumpinternationalrealty.com/contact/
Who knows, Donald Trump might buy for himself.  Wink

*starts dreaming about his $200,000 bounty*

thanks for the links and tips. but to be frank I didnt approach them yet. but if you have any good connections to those people please approach them so you can full fill your dream and get the finders fee.
Just send them an email, Caesarea. Obviously I have no connection to them.

thank you very much Smiley

Does this property open to Arabs and Iranians?

yes it is open for Iranians and Arabs but with many exceptions like for example Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - Ismail Haniyeh- Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi etc and the list could go on and on. I hope you understand my point.

thanks for the question
18  Economy / Goods / Re: Need help where to post my $200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee on: January 30, 2015, 01:23:27 PM
Have you tried selling it to an eccentric Israeli? Someone like Borgore, or something Grin

to be frank I didnt try to approach him. but I was interviewed in Israel TV prime time and the property is well known that it will be sold for BTC.

but thanks for tip, always appreciated
