Isn´t it time to edit the header ? BTC is down like 50% since October.
just read the header again and try to understand what is written there. but thanks anyway $200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee - makes no sense obviously.

Because ~ means approximately

Just out of curiosity, is the finders fee staying the same as I notice you change the asking price to reflect the fiat price you're asking, but as the title states $200k (500 BTC) finders fee, 500 BTC is more like $105k now
thank you for the question. $ 200k is the finders fee and that in BTC it will always be adjusted. Does that answer your question?

Any bounty for someone wanting to hire the appartment? I may have a customer. I once did a job for a casino owner.
Edit: Any bounty for me when i find someone else to hire it.

I would propose that you check if he wants to buy or to hire and then lets discuss it in more depth. thanks
