Isn´t it time to edit the header ? BTC is down like 50% since October.

just read the header again and try to understand what is written there. but thanks anyway

$200k = right now ~500 BTC finders fee - makes no sense obviously.

200.000$ = right now ~500 BTC on that date was approximately 500BTC

right now 17.02.2015 it is approximately 828BTC ... he says the fee is 200.000$ paid in BTC at the day of the trade ... that's why he doesn't need to update the topic! Because ~ means approximately Wink

Just out of curiosity, is the finders fee staying the same as I notice you change the asking price to reflect the fiat price you're asking, but as the title states $200k (500 BTC) finders fee, 500 BTC is more like $105k now

thank you for the question. $ 200k is the finders fee and that in BTC it will always be adjusted.

Does that answer your question?

I may now someone, but I don't think he wants to buy it. I guess he would like to hire the villa.
Is there any bounty for that? For finding a hirer.

I would propose that you check if he wants to buy or to hire and then lets discuss it in more depth. thanks
