Okay so I am in the process of placing an ad in the classified section of azmarijuana.com, they have a section where people can donate cannabis etc so hopefully they will approve my ad and people in AZ can see it!
Am I the only one(other than the devs) working on getting coins to patients? If not I would love to hear your strategy(s) since it seems a little difficult from outside the US.
I know 95% of the people here are just in it for the money but think of all the good we can do. If you have lost a family member to cancer, AIDS, ALS or just about anything else then you know the pain they suffered with. We can reduce that. It isn't all about profit, it is about ending unnecessary pain and suffering.
If I start getting interest from azmarijuana.com I may post a donation address to help me along but so far I am committed to give 1k CANN for free to patients. I know it is only a few dollars for me but it can be a new lease on life for the person who receives some.

This will take maybe all of 2015 for completion. But it works that is shown. Adoption is key.

On the comments I agree with people saying read the entire thread. Starting at 1. I read for 2 weeks before saying a word. It's all there. One thing is for sure Ty is bustin balls on this effort and my hat is off to him.

The person who created the Cannabis Coin also owns the Herbal Wellness Center... So if you think your buying a Cannabis Coin, your actually buying a gift card to the Herbal Wellness Center.

Encanto Green Cross for example works with over 30 stores. It is where they get their pot. Places now are trying to get an many variety as they can. Only about half grow anything. There is 92M CANN in circulation now. That's 92 tonnes of marijuana at 1 CANN = 1g rate. Does anyone believe these can be EVER exchanged at least once?
There aren't that many buyers in Arizona. Medical marijuana purchases are limited I believe, so having thousands of dollars worth of CANN makes no sense as you can't purchase that much marijuana anyways with it. At least to my understanding. So this means CANN will be like a discount voucher for marijuana, it won't reach the same value as a gram of MJ [say $10], but it will increase in value greatly as it can be exchanged for that amount in a specific location. So I'm guessing we may see $.50+ a coin. I can go daily and it will be worth to me. Again I spend $400 a month on MMJ. So for me I can't lose unless the strain is shit. HWC has good buds last time I was there. Also I get it for my Daughter in law about same amount. Do to some thing she can't/doesn't want card. Job law etc. I bet every card holder buys for at least two or three people. Cards cost about $250 - $300 not cheap. Lot of folks scared job will find out. I think it is like 60% of cards are in Scottsdale where the money is. Remember what Ty said. It is about the community. |

what is the current market price of
1 Gram of "Canndy" Marijuana
in the US atm? Anyone knows that?
Anyone familiar with the prices? In PHX spend roughly $400 per month on MMJ. Outrageous. Place down street everything is $10 a gram. So So weed. Top of the line $25 a gram testing at over 20% THC We need CANNdy test results which are required by law. |

Let me preface this by saying that while I think it's awesome what you're doing for medicinal herb, creating a mesh network with crypto is awesome and imho, was inevitable.
What I don't understand is, how does this payment method navigate the fuzziness of state/federal conflict regarding the medicinal application of dankerbs?
From what I read it seems that CannabisCoin is a strain-exclusive (or restricted, depending on outlook) payment method..is this correct? Please inform me if I am mistaken. Is this just a temporary framework during the outset stages of the propagation of CannabisCoin as a source payment method or something that's more permanent?
I live in SoCal and participate in our medicinal pot program and am very particular about procuring anything that's not top-shelf/tier pot, that's what's fueling my curiosity in this regard.
In any regard I think it's awesome that this effort is being made. And for the morons who called the baby-dank, shwag...well, that's just it. You're morons.

How does it work in US/AZ ? Is it "only" a Shop, you go in, buy your stuff and walk away... or is it more like a coffee shop in the netherlands?
