Thanks for the link, but I do not hear it specifically for Viacoin. There are more than 500 altcoins, so to me your comments are very speculative. I like to stay on topic and stick to the facts. I hope it will be answered.

As some of you may know I have started Viacoin Planet to discuss and create opportunities for Viacoin from business perspective.
Some connections have good plans and will be worked out on Viacoin Planet soon, but before I want to continue with that, I like to know where we stand with Viacoin from technical perspective.

What is the plan with Viacoin the upcoming year?
o   Is there a detailed plan to move forward on technical perspective?
           - If not, why?
           - If yes, what is that plan?
                  - Are there (extra) developers needed? And with what kind of skills?

Will Clearinghouse be further developed?
o   If not, why?
o   If yes, what are the plans?
          - Are there (extra) developers needed? With what kind of skills?

Will the Viacoin.org website being updated?
o   If not, why?   
o   If yes, what are the plans for this?
o   Is there help needed?
         - If yes, What kind of help is needed?
o      Could be an idea to make a website like bitcoincore.org?

From promotion/marketing/business perspective it is also important to know the answers on the above questions.

Hopefully Drak can answer these questions. From there we can move further with eachother, make Viacoin stronger and build up the community.

Who can add the extra languages to Viacoin.org?

Thanks! I have added a new project to translate viacoin.org in several languages.

Not sure if it is useful to translate QT Translation 0.10.x, because the languages are already available in the wallets. Whats the reason that this project is available?

Hi Drak, are you maintaining https://www.transifex.com/viacoin/viacoin/ ? I already requested access for Dutch translation.

Unfortunately Slack.com does not allow public domains to be used as a sign up mode. My assumption is that most people here have a public domain. And I have to add private domains manually.

I calculated subsidy halving will take place in 97 days (time of writing) , which means around 23th or 24th of January 2016.
350455 blocks left (time of writing) / 3600 blocks mined per day = 97 days left

Can someone confirm this?

Depends on the pros and cons. But I also understand that it impacts the "trust" factor that you cannot change the inflation everytime when it looks convenient. I'm trying to get a broader view to understand the full impact on this change. But fair enough. I understand your point a view.

I'm very curious why you don't agree with changing the subsidy. If you want to shift that discussion to github, that's fine by me.
