1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Any Reason My Tx has been stuck all Day? on: September 18, 2017, 08:52:43 PM
I know the fee is a little low, but it's not terrible.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, TX id is:

2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Lookinmg for a Miner to confrim a transaction on: May 05, 2017, 05:51:30 PM
Is it possible for a miner to confirm a TX for me for a fee.  I would be grateful.  It has been pending now for close to 18 hours.

68ccf4e19989ca5bb25cef0eaf69ef9beb665d6027f9d92e049a99a4ec389a9c

Apparently the Blockchain phone APP doesn't allow you to adjust the miner fee, which is ridiculous.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as having these funds tied up doesn't help anyone.

Thank you all for any assistance.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 7 Hours Still 0 Confirmations on: March 07, 2017, 04:34:39 AM
Unconfirmed transactions is at like 65K.

I used the auto fee that blockchain.info utilizes for their quick send.  Next time I'll up the fee.

So all I can do is wait?
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / 7 Hours Still 0 Confirmations on: March 07, 2017, 04:21:14 AM
Is there a reason this is taking so long (over 7 hours)?  Usually it confirms pretty quickly, it's not like I didn't attach a miner fee.

Thanks again all, a million times!

Great, that doesn't sound good at all.  Could I ask the person who sent it to me to resend it, or is that not possible?

I really appreciate all the input.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Confirming A transaction on: April 27, 2015, 10:41:49 PM
So, I could send it to another address in my wallet and include a decent size fee?  That sounds like it could be a winner.  It's almost been 2 hours and still waiting for the first confirmation.  Maybe I'll wait another hour and then try your suggestion.

I'm a little worried, because last time I sent an unconfirmed transaction, it was a major problem.

Can anyone confirm my transaction?  The seller didn't include a fee, so I was thinking I could send someone a small fee for the confirmation.  Can that even work?

Ok, Got it... Just hang tight.  It's already now at 5 confirmations.  Once my wallet shows the correct balance, I can proceed.

Many Thanks, hopefully my wallet updates soon so I can finish what I tried to start.

What wallet do you use?
Coins are now in 1LKq3WNwc14WrABDTzHm2rVdF2gceMqZfP . Dont worry.
If you use blockchain.info wallet you... should wait while this service forget about tx
https://blockchain.info/tx/bbf1a9ad65105c181dfd829aeeb5da44ec2fa3af10b57307edb29e50ff056a85
This transaction will not be confirmed.

Ok, so it sounds like although it doesn't show up in my wallet 1LKq3WNwc14WrABDTzHm2rVdF2gceMqZfP, it's in there.  Now I can just go to "Send Money" and resend that Tx (https://blockchain.info/tx/bbf1a9ad65105c181dfd829aeeb5da44ec2fa3af10b57307edb29e50ff056a85)

How do I resend that Tx if the coins aren't showing they're in my wallet.  I really do appreciate the assistance.

Or Will those coins reshow in my wallet, then I resend?

No.

That other transaction will never confirm.  It is no longer valid.

The transaction ID of the original transaction has changed.  Therefore your transaction (that depended on the transaction ID of that original transaction) is invalid.

This is the main reason why it is considered a bad idea to spend bitcoins that haven't yet confirmed.  Due to transaction malleability prior to confirmation, there is potential that the transactionID could change.

Yes, now these are your coins if you are an owner of 1LKq3WNwc14WrABDTzHm2rVdF2gceMqZfP or 1DtXquujSxgpZ6sMMa9j1ccwX2UxcsUa86

Ok that was a little confusing, just some I'm clear (I know I'm slow, sorry for that).  I own 1LKq3WNwc14WrABDTzHm2rVdF2gceMqZfP, the transaction that was fixed now has 3 confirmations.  Once it gets a few more the BTC will show in my wallet.  Then I can resend the "next" transaction?
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: "Transaction has a none standard input" Please Help on: November 17, 2014, 11:16:46 PM
WOW!!!!!!

You are absolutely amazing!!  It now has 2 confirmations.

One other thing, I had made another transaction and moved that coin elsewhere before those confirmations (I know probably not smart, but this has never happened before).  Will that transaction "catch up"?  Right now it says, "This transaction spends an input which is unconfirmed".

SO MANY THANKS for your help

Quote
Of course this means that this transaction:
https://blockchain.info/tx/bbf1a9ad65105c181dfd829aeeb5da44ec2fa3af10b57307edb29e50ff056a85

Which spent an output from that transaction from the OP.

Is no longer valid and will now never confirm.

Whoever sent transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/bbf1a9ad65105c181dfd829aeeb5da44ec2fa3af10b57307edb29e50ff056a85 will now need to resend their transaction.

So once there are enough confirmations I can resend this or how would I go about resending this transaction?
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: "Transaction has a none standard input" Please Help on: November 17, 2014, 10:41:02 PM
I can certainly contact the person who sent the coins and tell them that.

Can I tell them to do anything that will fix the issue? Will the coins eventually confirm into my wallet?

I know this has never happened to either one of us.

Again, many thanks for the advice

This was a transaction sent to me, but I can contact that person.

The same person sent me another transaction and it was confirmed right away.

Thanks for your response.

I'm a bit illiterate when it comes to this.  Can anything be done??
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / "Transaction has a none standard input" Please Help on: November 17, 2014, 10:05:49 PM
I'm a new user, but this just happened to me.  Super frustrating as I'm not sure how to fix it or if it can be fixed.

https://blockchain.info/tx/2b90c59041a03fbbec2bf096de33d8dc4a00821df18dbc858d25a645af6326a7

it says transaction has a none standard input.  This was sent from someone else.

Thank you for any advice or assistance.
