Official response from ePay.info

On May 22nd, 2017 at approximately 17 pm GMT time our payment system was hacked and over 2.8 BTC was stolen from our hot wallet.

After checking our logs carefully we have realized that the hacker was in our system for around 2 weeks and was analyzing and checking our payment behavior and was waiting for a large payment to steal the balance from our hot wallet.

Unfortunately, We can not recover from this due to the high price of Bitcoin and we no longer can offer our payment services to our customers.

We have all of the hacker's IP addresses and we are working on this through proper legal channels in hope of finding the person behind this.

The following topic has no relation with ePay.info and we believe that the person behind this is the real hacker.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1951858.0

We hope that we could find the hacker and recover the fund in order to pay our users even if don't offer our services.

Thank you all for understanding

Dear Epay,

I hope my payment is in the queue for today as well, could you confirm it? because I see 14 hours and 4 minutes...
Hi
Payments for today's queue will be sent in couple of hours
We are moving funds.
BTW, send me your address

Are you kidding me! First I already sent you my address, Then nothing was sent yesterday again. The counter is resetting again and again. I believe you just process payments manually!

I just sent you a ticket on epay.info if you accept to read it and finally process my payment immediately would be great because I start to be really pissed off right now!

Your address is: 1E2qj3LviAtuzygQ59Z7Lqx4mustnsDKy5 , right?

I've checked your transaction myself: https://blockchain.info/tx/b7350a6b7b667f42a9f77161a92fdb59fdfb64b9e5312c31ffffbd67bb8e12d3

Finally thanks! To all readers in my situation, the procedure is the following:
- send a ticket with the account you use on ePay info: set it as urgent and put in the title you are waiting for 2 weeks or more your payment
- a couple of minute later, Mr/Mrs Epay replied and pushed a button and as a miracle the transaction was issued, no need to wait the very famous counter which reset every day...I should have waited 12 hours according to it.

Since it looks so easy for you Mr/Mrs Epay to issue a payment why are you not issuing all withdrawal requests and only some of them?
So either you push more button during our work day to prevent guys from waiting too long their payment or you take your keyboard in front of you and you write a real working script that take all withdrawal requests and not only a part of them.

Final question, how many are you in Epay team?

Hi
Payment is automatic we just sometimes overwatch them that how are they.

The team used to be 7 people but now it is 4, me and three devs.
As I have stated here ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1920763.msg19061020#msg19061020 ) I'm cleaning up the mess that the other two made and I'm catching up on tickets and payments personally.

Yes, you did that just now, things are bad with a company when customers have to come here and out you before anything is done.Rather than do what was asked days ago you finish up getting bad publicity on here. Not a way to run a business!
Right now there are around 100 tickets to answer
doing them one by one, that's why it took sometimes.

As I told earlier, I'm trying to speed things up

Words are only that unless you back them up with action.26 hours ago I left this message with support "As I see you have no intention of doing what I ask I will as a hero member open a thread on bitcointalk.org telling people of my problems" even that threat could not make you do as I ask.Whoever Lucile is with support should be retrained or rebooted because she is the worst support ever.

Well we are here to back them up.

Can you send me your ticket id?
13  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Epay.Info turning into a scam site on: May 17, 2017, 09:17:06 AM
Hello

We understand that we've been MIA on some tickets and some topics here.

And we understand that some people are angry and think that we've gone rouge and scammed your money

I assure you that is not the case and I apologize to everyone here if you were hurt or think that you've wasted your time.

Again my apologize and I guaranty everyone here in public that all tickets and questions and the problem will be answered here or on our support system within 12-36 hours depending on their severity and nature of the problem.

So if you've had any problem before or has an unanswered ticket please leave your ticket id, address (and email if you have) here and I will respond to them personally myself.

Also, we agree that withdrawal time on Bitcoin is a long time and we are working on reducing this time.

We may be used to answer with a delay but we are not scam and we'll never go scam after 3 years.

I'm so disappointed that I need to register an account here and request to receive my payment just like so many people. My first payment request was submitted on 17 of April!!! I requested another one a few days later, while continuing to use epay and claiming from faucets on a daily basis. On May 9th or 10th, both withdrawals were cancelled. So I resubmitted a withdrawal request on 11/5/2017. It should be no surprise that the 5 days have already passed (again) and that the timer for my payment has been reset once more.  Angry

Is there any way that ANYONE can get paid from epay normally, or do we ALL have to claim our money here first and then just hope that we may eventually be granted our hard earned satoshis? My pending withdrawal is for 570,583 satoshi! Sending PM of my address, as did others previously and crossing fingers...

Hi
There is no need to register!
you can earn and claim even without any account.
if you have any problem you can submit a ticket and we'll respond there quickly Smiley

I'm not sure how to open a ticket, but I did send an email to info(at)epay.com on March 14th about another issue. I'm still waiting for a response. I also heard from a faucet owner that his opened tickets with you guys take for ever to be looked into and that he didn't find the responses useful either!

In any case, I'm not interested at all to opening tickets or spamming this forum with posts. All I want is my hard earned satoshis to eventually arrive in my wallet. Could I please receive them at some point in this life, if possible? Thank you!

1)There is a support button on top of the page
2) it's info[at]epay.info
3) tickets are usually answered within 12-36 hours depending on their severity and problem.

Hi
Already accepted.
Hi Epay admin,

Can you please check my status? Every time when the timer reaches zero it resets to another 17h and after some time it cancels my withdrawal. I send you a PM with my address.

Thank you for your time!
Hi
Your payment is already in the queue for today's payment Smiley

Same thing for me, I was waiting my withdrawal for more than two weeks, and the request disappeared and bitcoin went back to the balance. Nine guys reported me the same thing...
Epay stops replying messages like if the apoll0nakos was the only one to have troubles with your service "Wish you have contacted us sooner". You must know if you reset lots of withdrawal requests or not, and if it is a guy of your team please communicate each other! Your communication is really disastrous.

Would it be possible to explain clearly what you are doing.

Can you please send me your address

After waiting 10 days for my BTC withdrawal, it was canceled
for reasons uknown to me and returnud to my balance.
Now I must wait who knows how much longer.
My previous request took 21 days.

I would prefer a small fee to cover the network fees if
that is really your problem lately.
