how long it takes to confirm withdrawal ?! it is about 1 hour I'm waiting but 0 confirmation !
Is depend on many things unconfirmed transaction in total, the fee of the transaction. Usually hasnest transaction past fast but some time it take longer to be confirm by the network. they will come don`t worry. |

Again there is silence support of hashnest, the Withdraw function is still unavailable is still under maintenance . How long this will be nobody knows, hasnet support don`t reply and don`t give any information about this AGAIN.
This is unacceptable, Been over 2 weeks and wallet still in maintenance. Damn their advance no lube technologies is normal support to be silence they think are GOOD and don`t give a sh**** about us. chek some time to time the withdraw is working but have to check it and to be fast |

Hi guys
I've reset my phone and my google authenticator app uninstalled. I installed it again and binded it my google account.
But there is no other accounts in the app anymore ! how do I recover them ?! I need my hashnest account there ! how can I scan the QR code again ?!

If you dont have a backup of the app or a backup of the secret key you can't get anything. UNLESS you also put your phone number in on the site, then you can get them to reset it that way (try doing it in the settings and then contact their support@hashnest.com email account). true but don`t expect to receive answer form hasnest they have ZERO support and they never answer but nothing is cost you to try |

I just want to know about period of nesting !
I couldn't find how long is the period of your investing ?
for example genesis-mining has 2 years contracts and many other sites, but there is no information about this
in hashnest.
would you please give advice ?

There is no period of time as long as you own Ghs on hasnest they "work" for you . the end is when the maintenance is reach 80% for 7 days in a row. when this happend if u have enough GHs that is equal to one miner for example if you have 12500 Ghs ( thiis is one S9 miner) you can choose to make redemption, hashnest to send you the miner and you have to pay only for the shipping , or to migrate to other miner ( if they have lunch other miner ) Hope you understand. |

a simple apologies for the delay - NO
so THINK twise and be ready to for this if you decide to send btc to hasnest
The Hashnest support does not respond quickly. That is my experience. The Hashnest support don`t respond at ALL they just don`t have support. at any of the problems that i have with them i do not receive respond from them !!! |

today LTC withdraw is still unavailable .
It's probably not coming back. If you need it in litecoin, send an email to support@hashnest.com and see if they'll manually process it. LOL this will be waste of time no one reply to this e-mail hashnest do`t have support !!! forget about help from them I have send them few e-mails and for the moment no reply from them and the problem is not solved !!! so don`t waste time with support mail |

Yesterday i withdraw some small amount of BTC and have not problem with that. So, for me withdraw working fine.
I don``t say nothing about withdraw . The deposit is not working after send and network confirmation they never show at hasnest acc. for me is matter of time when and deposit will stop. And the bigger issue is that there is no support to reply about this. If they have some problem ( is normal some time to time to have ) just to tell us ... in how long time they think will be fixed and so on and so on ..... |

there is no reply form support and your deposit may be lost ( steal ) the transaction had never shown in the hashnest balance even after full network confirmation !!!!

Hasnest deposit system not working your btc will be stuck in days or maybe lost
There is no support and your tickets or e-mails will not be answered just be AWARE about this
I have 2 deposit send from aintpool to hasnest 2 of them are missing the transaction have a lot of network conf. but they still are missing
I have send few e-mails to the support open ticket and NOTHING from them

Hashnest is the best website and is a legit cloud mine, you can't ROI with them either but at least they are backed by Antminer devices, so the mining there is real. I have never had a problem depositing or withdrawing from Hashnest, probably you have sent your transaction with a low fees or there must have been some internal problems at Hashnest.
My transaction is always with higher then then recommended and even to be with low fee when the transaction have more then 6 confirmation and they not show in balance that mean the problem is not in the fee ti e problem is in hashnest !!! |

UPDATE
my btc arrived but wit 3 days delay
1. there is no reply from support that problem is solved why is the reason for this or simple apologoes
2. There is no compensation about the loses that I had because of them !!!
personal for me they are 50/50 legit/scam
with my personal experience one of the first indicate to scam activity is when your funds start to disappear and then there is no support and there is no support answers. Both of this things are happend to me, yes is true that the BTC finally show in my acc but wit 3 day delay ( now is 3 next time may be 10 or 30 or even more ) the support .... there is no word from them .
so I want all the people to know
when you deposit there is a chance to have huge delay after sending and showing in balance, and there is also a chance your transfer to not show at all. If the people think that the support will help them to forget about this. they never will awnser.
so in final
HASNEST DON`T HAVE SUPPORT THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THE ONLY THINK THAT THEY CARE IS THEM SELF.

I send 0.35390715 to Hasnest 3 days ago they are fully confirm by network but the btc are not shown in my balance. There is 1 more transaction form aint poll to my hashnest address witch is mark as send in aintpool is confirm by network but they never apear in my balance in hasnest
I open 2 tickets I send them 3 mails and there NO REPLY from them . NOTHING for 3 days WHO will compensate me for the losses that I have taken
SO aware for the experience that I have this is the first step when one web site become SCAM first your funds disapear and second theere is no reply from support .
DO NOT DEPOSIT if you can SELL EVERYTHING WHAT U HAVE THERE AND TAKE your BTC OUT before they stop and withdraws

Hasnest have huge deposit problem I have 2 missing deposits and the 2 of them are confirmed by network , I have open ticket wrote them on the FB page and there is 24 hours NOTHING from them they don`t reply to my ticket and the btc are missing from my ballanse. I`m jsut wonder who will cover my losses because of this ... i`m sure they know that there is some deposit problem but did`t is no ware announced .
Just AWARE they have deposit problem . The btc are not showing in the balance even after 6 confirm by network .

bubolino, deposits are working absolutely fine. the source of the delay must be coming from your end..and the reason the site says the balance will reflect after one confirmation is because, it does. my deposit landed today, after...*one* confirmation.
Admin: please fill the hot-wallet with enough coin to pay out 10 BTCTC + ... players should not have to continuously ask like this, I understand trying to remove the target for thieves//hackers - and I wouldn't mind if this happened occasionally - but i still have not been able to withdrawal a fairly large balance but in small pieces for over two days now. Please rectify this ASAP..other than that, the site is operating just as it should and always has. Thank you for that.
deposit not work it has been 24 houris and still my balance is zero there is nothing to respect I have deposit the money is gone there is no respond form the admin of the page so three is nothing that I can be happy about and how you will explain that there is only one player that play or at least this is what is shown on the site ? I`m talking about XMR at BTC there is more but when there is trouble with XMR deposit I can`t expect that with BTC everything will be fine My apologies for the inconvenience caused and for my late response. XMR deposit should work fine, I just got few other XMR deposits. I'll restart the node, meanwhile can you please send me the detail of your transaction to safedice@protonmail.ch ? (amount, tx id , payment id) . I promise you'll get your deposit if you did everything correctly. Thank you DOne I send it now I will wait AGAIN !!! SOLUTION !!!
