Again there is silence support of hashnest, the Withdraw function is still unavailable is still under maintenance . How long this will be nobody knows, hasnet support don`t reply and don`t give any information about this AGAIN.

BCC withdrawal now seems to work again BUT somehow the BTC/BCC exchange on Hashnest vanished over night...
Does anybody have news on that? Why is the BCC exchange gone?

But then again, that's my speculation I hear there is hardfork coming in middle of october (about bitcoin gold), just try take a look about bitcoin gold. They will be separate is like bcc. So I think bitmain will try prepare for this hardfork. |

I've reset my phone and my google authenticator app uninstalled. I installed it again and binded it my google account.
But there is no other accounts in the app anymore ! how do I recover them ?! I need my hashnest account there ! how can I scan the QR code again ?!

If you dont have a backup of the app or a backup of the secret key you can't get anything. UNLESS you also put your phone number in on the site, then you can get them to reset it that way (try doing it in the settings and then contact their support@hashnest.com email account). |

UNLESS you also put your phone number in on the site, then you can get them to reset it that way (try doing it in the settings and then contact their support@hashnest.com email account). true but don`t expect to receive answer form hasnest they have ZERO support and they never answer but nothing is cost you to try Hopefully as this is a generally easily resolvable issue and it is a reasonable thing to request from their support. You can expect about 48 hours for a response, don't send a second request until about a week has passed, meanwhile, you can do everything but withdraw. |

That's the problem that is going on for a week or two already. I really hope that after the national Holiday week will be over all withdrawing will work well. Tomorrow is the last day of celebration, so I expect some positive results during next two-three days. Just don't worry. |

That's the problem that is going on for a week or two already. I really hope that after the national Holiday week will be over all withdrawing will work well. Tomorrow is the last day of celebration, so I expect some positive results during next two-three days. Just don't worry. No he should worry a little still. His coins are stuck due to not having the 2FA code anymore. If his phone numbe of assigned to that account hthen they should be able to fix it, otherwise, it'll be impossible for him to withdraw unless there's another option. |
