Can Payoneer funds be reversed like with Paypal or are they confirmed like cash (like Bitcoin)?

If you make the interest rate that you charge high enough, you'll be able to profit despite the occasional runner. Its the same concept as the payday loan stores. They know that they're loaning money to deadbeats, but at 20% per week, you can endure quite a few bad debts.

I really dislike domain squatters. I would guess that around 98% of domain names with the word Bit or Bitcoin in them are held by these digital hoarders.

The most fascinating part of this post is that this is the first time that BitcoinTalk has ever been subpoenaed.

Even after they sell this lot, they still have a good amount left over. It seems to me that someone inside the US Marshalls office knew that this was coming and has been driving the price down on the markets over the past few months. It wouldn't surprise me if there were a number of questionable individuals within the government that are using their inside information to trade.

At one point in time I would have found this type of behavior surprising, however the more and more we see of this coming out of the United States, the more I am thinking that we're approaching the end of the US as a superpower. How can a nation that is one of the richest in the world yet have so many homeless people, and then criminalize feeding them is shocking.
