1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 01, 2015, 02:05:22 AM
Boycott the exchanges that profited from this and maybe they will think harder next time before backing one of these scams.
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 01, 2015, 01:57:46 AM
Either GAW CEO and his whole dev and support team are the stupidest bunch of people I have ever witnessed on the Inter Nets or:

It's a completely insane but clever plot to shake the weak hands off of XPY.

I'm betting 95% of my money on the first option.  Grin It's a wild ride in any case.

Why do they need to shake off weak hands when they premined 97%

I'm sure no one has ever failed at holding up an entire market by themselves...
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap.com - Market Cap Rankings of All Cryptocurrencies! on: December 31, 2014, 09:36:24 PM
How is it possible this exchange you just added (https://www.ccnex.com/trade/BC/quick) has 27 BTC worth of BLK traffic without ever getting told by the blackcoin community they switched to BLK instead of BC. Never having advertised in the BLK subreddit or the BLK IRC and their twitter is followed by hundreds of eggs (bots).

They are clearly generating fake volume.

Do you not vet at all anymore?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING: Paycoin XPY Josh Garza & Co. on: December 31, 2014, 07:42:16 PM
As many of us know, the best encryption/security is only as good as their dumbest programmer/developer.  Roll Eyes

How many more hints does Mr. Garza need in order to finally do something about this continuous pattern of failure?

Well the programmers here know hes referring to his SSL encryption, which every fucking site uses. It would be like bragging you could access their site with a web browser, its expected functionality for any service where you can login.
6  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: December 31, 2014, 05:53:19 PM

Why are people still supporting the Exchanges that are giving scams like this a platform?

You realize how much money Cryptsy, Bittrex and Shapeshift have made from this scam? They are partially responsible for since they provide a platform for XPY. Long as they continue to show no responsibility and profit from these scams they will keep happening. We should all be boycotting these platforms until they start having some basic quality guidelines.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FoldingCoin - Mine for medicine, Scrypt and SHA256 ASIC proof on: December 17, 2014, 02:45:45 AM
Hashing algorithms are not involved in protein folding, and it is well known you can't use protein folding as a PoW system.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: December 17, 2014, 12:33:10 AM
Monero may need to be worried about SDC since they implemented ring signatures on the more popular Satoshi crypto branch.

No worry. ShadowCash forks BlackCoin whose technology is not as good as Monero's. There is no such thing like ring signatures in SDC

ShadowCash is backed by CryptoAsian which is a well-known pump and dump trader/scammer

Using "technology is not as good as" seems too broad to be meaningful. Care to elaborate? You may want to check again, because I'm pretty sure SDC just released a version utilizing ring signatures.

There's little substance in the code, the verifyRingSignature() method is trivially simple and isn't called anywhere else in that commit. Their proposed function, generateRingSignature(), doesn't exist and thus it's impossible to determine whether they've actually done anything of substance. The whitepaper is purposely vague in many of the important parts, and a review in conjunction with code is impossible, so we have to take it on the face of it...which is that NIZK + ring signatures + security + low space utilisation = impossible right now.

The bold part of your message is false.

SDC supporters are claiming that this was in response to the first push, there is now more code available.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BlackCoin (BC) | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: December 17, 2014, 12:27:04 AM
Isn't that Wall of Shame post just a bunch of unsubstantiated claims mostly made from shill accounts?

That's for you to decide, of course.

It requires a minimal of intelligence, but mostly just average common sense. If you lack both, you shouldn't even bother.

Because I take anonymous claims on a forum in an effort to reek vigilante justice with skepticism I lack common sense? Maybe add some extra adhoms to your argument, it seems to be working.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BlackCoin (BC) | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: December 17, 2014, 12:21:02 AM
black = scam ?
you should not believe the trolls, if that was a question.
That specific specimen does claim this since may w/o the slightest proof, although he will flood you with thousands of lines full of the weirdest stories, read at your own risk.
In his little world is price going down == scam, which basically makes every coin including BTC a scam. In fact, he is just too stupid to find his own ass in the dark, let alone to trade.

The only reason some people go mad here is that they have no chance @reddit or the blackcoin forums, where the community moved. Few of us are still here to not leave the thread to the trolls only.

Still stunned about the flood of trolls coming in these days....

This specific specimen DEMONSTRATED the scam and named the names and methods used, involving the entire dev team. It is amply posted over BTCT, in full detail in THE CASE OF BLACKCOIN and over several posts, including contributions of the original scammer, The Doge, in THE WALL OF SHAME.

But you can follow this loser's excuse for an in individual and ignore.

At your own peril, though.

Like I said, the expose took place along with the prediction for the future dismissal of BlackCoin. That was 90% loss ago and we are at 95% loss -almost- from the ATH. So draw your own conclusions.

As for the uncovering of the most recent scam by Zimbeck the Turd, you can also read ample detail on the several BitBay forums right here, and then make up your own mind.

Isn't that Wall of Shame post just a bunch of unsubstantiated claims mostly made from shill accounts?

Due to little volume and trade history, coin-swap.net will be delisting SDC. Please withdraw from your coin-swap.net account ASAP. Thank you.

Regards,

   coinswap-Jared

Based on the daily volume of most of coins on your site, you should remove 90% of coins there. Good luck Wink

coin-swap.net is a shit exchange, I never use it Grin

Won't use it again! Who is stupid enough to trade on a plateforme, when its PR is announcing the day ZK is released that they are delisting it...
If thats not the proof that they are incompetent (...)

CoinSwap-Jared is probably trying to gain some visibility for his "exchange"...
I think he is the only one trading there Grin

If you believe the manipulation they have more volume than Bittrex lol.

Then they would only be left with paycoin, which is obviously heavily manipulated and the owners of the exchange are doing/saying nothing about it. It makes complete sense that exchange is from Tampa, FL.

Guess I'll just be forced keep using Bittrex.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: WHAT ALTCOIN EXCHANGE IS BEST TO USE? on: December 16, 2014, 11:55:25 PM
Askcoin is clearly manipulating their trade history, I would be very wary of them.

Any comments?

I don't think the full code for ShadowSend v2 was available in the repo, hence the references to "secret sacue", when he made that comment. He's welcome to have another look now that it is.

Thank you, I'm not trying to troll. I'm genuinely interested in learning more but obviously with so much money involved invested on different sides it is hard to get a straight answer sometimes.

Thank you that is far more useful than "it has better technology".
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [GAW-Miners][XPY] Paycoin ( 40 Phash now.. ) on: December 16, 2014, 10:27:40 PM
I'm very skeptical, GAW has been involved in fishy things in the past. The volume on coin-swap is obviously manipulation and I wouldn't be surprised if the mining hash rates were not manipulation either. They did a pretty poor job of cloning Peercoin if has such a bright future.
