Well on this forum you sell virtual stuff for a game. Wait ill copy paste fast the text you have to write there:

I agree to the consequences of fraud if it is my option to file a chargeback or reversal dispute to this transcation of virtual goods, I will be persuited by the state of law, knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, this comment is my indentifcation of this transaction has been processed and I will not file a chargeback or a reversal dispute upon any circumstances, any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of Federal law, or that constitutes a felony under any applicable State or local law will be my action(s) of fraud, any fraudulent activities I may cause is the seller's choice upon my actions of such activity to this transaction. I hereby notify under provisions of Public Laws 104-208, also known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, that any creditor(s) of Collection Agency that will lead of a chargeback dispute, will affect my Credit Score.

Paypal ALWAYS sides on the side of the buyer, so the current scam is to brute force hack accounts on ebay and buy up bitcoins. Since the bitcoin transfer is NON reversible, after the honest btc seller on ebay gets the paypal money and sends the bitcoins, the non honest paypal / ebay user then says "oh my account was hacked! Sure, some accounts were hacked... and many were not - but they go on a btc buying spree to LOOK like they were hacked fully knowing that paypal will reverse the charges.
So person goes bitcoin buying spree, the tells ebay/paypal (same company) "oh no I was hacked"
Person now has all the bitcoins, and gets their money back. Seller of bitcoins is screwed.
BTC seller is fucked because A> paypal ALWAYS sides with the buyer. B> bitcoins are long gone and you are out of luck and they just take the money right out of your account and may even freeze it. Ebay was originally pulling bitcoin listings but it appears they are allowing it now, but almost ALL the buyers are scammers either hacking the account or pretending to be hacked.
This needs a current thread of its own.
you are totally right. I have a little online shop, paypal-based and got chargebacked a lot. But well, what can i do if i only have paypal  . And there is a way that you cant chargeback. On an other forum there is a paypal message which tells that you have no right for a chargeback. This works very often |

maybe i just understand you wrong
but lemme explain better what im want. I am person A.
Person a has 18 Eur in Paypal. Sends these 18 Eur from his Paypal to Person B´s Paypal.
Person B has e.g a Dwolla account and sends 25 USD to Person A´s Mt.gox account.
So why should paypal freezy my account?

So, since three days im looking for someone who could exchange about 18 Eur from my paypal account to 25 USD on my mt.gox account. Since im very new on this forum ( registered some minutes ago ) i will send you the money first IF YOU HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION! I want first only 25 USD to try some things out. Even if i would get scammed i wouldnt loose much money. But i am really looking for a trustful member of that forum.
