Refusing to use escrow and wants you to send PayPal first do not deal with this user!
2  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need BTC for PayPal on: December 25, 2014, 06:30:56 PM

3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 25, 2014, 05:25:11 PM
Pay the dude back and get back on track segvec. I sold you over 100 bitcoins, I know you're capable of real business.

I'm already back on track.
Me and HBO have made arrangements.

Why do people continue to post nonsense that feeds nothing but their own personal ego?  Huh

If that's so , you can call him to clarify and end this endless replies

and close the thread.

Read up, we've already confirmed it.
HBO, I got another small payment for ya.

Address?
Same one it's always been, the one in my sig

I was doing a deal with Bitcoins101, and I reached the 5 PM per hour limit with this account so created that new account to message him to complete the deal
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 21, 2014, 12:40:37 AM
You just sent 0.0759 BTC (worth $24.97 USD) to 1HbKQ433CErM6v4ebXzfvpEcFnnPDfcwkK.

Thx
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 21, 2014, 12:22:44 AM
Why send $100 only to disappear 2 days later? Doesn't make sense..
10  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need BTC for PayPal on: December 20, 2014, 10:33:00 PM
I've bought BTC using PayPal from BitRent before, but he hasn't been online for some time now, and I need some coin.
11  Economy / Currency exchange / Need BTC for PayPal on: December 20, 2014, 10:26:55 PM
My main profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=363664
I was scammed out of 14.09 BTC, and now need some BTC asap. I have $191.58 USD in PayPal balance, and in my circumstance it would take too long to withdraw to my bank account, especially since it is the weekend. If anyone can help, please PM or post with your rate. The money will be sent as family or friends payment, and I'm only going first to trusted members, escrow for everyone else.
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 20, 2014, 05:40:19 PM
I was supposed to receive a small payment yesterday but seg PM'd me and said I would receive it today morning . Haven't heard from him since...
13  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 19, 2014, 03:53:03 PM
Cant believe I missed this thread which went on for 10 pages. Too many pages to read, has a conclusion been reached?
There seems to be a steady repayment plan of $100 a week, and seg has promised full repayment in February but we'll have to wait and see if that's true
14  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 19, 2014, 03:04:04 AM
I think there's a bit of arrogance on both sides.  Just shipping some random guy $5k worth of btc is...risky, to say the least.  I also don't understand this whole "Bulgarian" thing.  And "partner".  That just seems shady to me and a cop out to try and pass blame elsewhere.  However, he did agree to a payment plan.  Although I'm sure he has some btc stashed away and should at least refund you what he can.

If he claims to have done "200k in transactions this month alone" he should have no problem paying the guy.

Honestly segvec sounds like one of those self righteous guys and is only doing this out of spite to prove a point because he's a fucking asshole.

Good luck making trades and don't worry segvec -- your name will be spread around the internet and negative feedback will be given where needed. You will also be doxxed

A friend of mine once said, good luck.  Wink
Clearly you are another 15 year old Hackforums member who thinks they are billy badass with their "self made DOX" program, haha.

Post it here when you find it.
Thanks, dood.

I don't even know what the fuck Hackforums is. I've been in the scene since the 90s. I reverse engineered for Team PDX, ICU, and SnD. Finding your credentials would probably be a breeze.

Edit: oh look found you on a Dutch RS website. It also happens to have an SQLi vuln. Lets just hope you didn't register with any sensitive emails.

Google Albert Gonzalez and tell me what pops up.
You're an amateur.

Since the 90s?
Your grammar says otherwise skid.

I'm cracking up.
Pretty sure he cannot be tracked, he's not a fool. Seg, you can send to the same btc address tomorrow.

Which?
The one in your sig or the one you PM'ed me?
I didn't PM you, probably an impostor. Yes, the address in my sig

He cannot be doxxed, I was foolish to even think that he could be. Michigan is a haven for drop houses, plus he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to internet anonymity, or else he wouldn't have the guts to continue to post here. Just hoping that he has a heart, and not the type of dude to scam a kid.
17  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 18, 2014, 10:45:02 PM
Segvec loaned me when no one else would, and I couldn't even scrape a few dollars together to feed myself.  I know it's not on the level of this, but I thought the guy was pretty stand up in my scenario.
We're talking about 14.09BTC here, not 0.025... however, at least there seems to be some sort of steady repayment plan here.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SEGVEC CONNED ME OUT OF 14.09 BTC on: December 18, 2014, 05:07:59 PM
This will be my final post here with all seriousness.

I am not scamming HBO. There are a bunch of Internet trolls here and wannabe mods. At the end of the day, I am a ghost. Let's admit it. I can successfully scam him and get away with it. It's easy. Buy a hero for 1 BTC and move forward. It's cake. However, I offered to get his payment come February of 2015. He made this thread for a reason I am unaware of. It sucks to wait but at least you are getting it. No? I have plenty of funds, more than enough to cover this. Sadly, I did not make the mistake which means I will not be covering it from my own pocket. All of those who commented apart from xetsr and mark have little to no Bitcoin. You guys are in this just for the drama and attention. I don't want to hear any shit about you should pay out of own pocket, blah blah blah. It's not going to happen. This is a my way or the highway type ordeal. Regardless, HBO will get paid. Now, continue coming at my throat for no reason. Whatever floats the bitcointalk members boats.

Thanks again.
Ciao.
If you are using skype then you are almost certainly not a "ghost". It is my understanding that skype does not accept connections from tor exit nodes, and you will need to trust any VPN when they say they do not keep logs (if that is how you are keeping yourself a "ghost")

You can use a VPN over Tor and/or public WiFi, plus multitudes of other anonymity options.

If I remember correctly, the guy's in Michigan - the process of finding a drop house in Michigan is as simple as looking out the window and picking one (or the whole block, if you want). He's untraceable, unless he made a mistake along the way.

Seg, what I don't get is why if you're willing to send him $100 now, you're not willing to just send him the full amount. You obviously don't care, but your reputation is fucked, regardless of whether or not you pay him back in February. Sure, there isn't much business on this forum except for a few people, but from everyone's vantage point you look really, really bad here.

It seems like a matter of principle to you, but very few people agree with your view. I'm reiterating what has already been said, but he sent to the address you gave him - that's his only responsibility. Your partners are your business.

Also, we should get something clear now: Is the total tied to USD or BTC?

I'm glad someone has a brain on the forum.
I don't mind going out of pocket here and there but it wasn't my fault; with that being said, I would never front anything more than $100 at a time if I were to continue to pay back before the date in small denominations.

I just shot $100 to him to show good faith.
If I were scamming, I wouldn't send a dime.

However, all of the wannabe mods and drama queens get the masses all hyped up which results in all of this chaos. This was never meant to happen.

@starttheart, fuck you and your low quality replica. Find a better day job.

Seg, if you can shoot me $100 each week until the full amount is paid in Feb, that's totally fine by me. And to the guy posting the art piece, although I agree it is a good piece, make a new thread, it's totally unrelated to this topic. It actually looks good imho, you should be able to find a buyer for it
19  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a loan of $500 in BTC on: December 18, 2014, 01:08:49 PM
Yeah, I agree this loan doesn't look too good for the lender without collateral, locking the thread

Total amount agreed upon for repayment was $5744.65 USD. He's sent me $97 of that, so $5647.65 remains to go
