I agree that the one to be blamed is the main coach (Southgate) IMO, because basically England is a team with so many talented young players but he failed to manage the team well.
He is relying too much on Kane/Bellingham/Saka/Foden for the front side, he did not brave enough to gamble with his squad, I mean to make a big change on the lineups.
He used almost the same players on every match although he is aware that they did not play really well since the group stage.

Most football fans are hopping that the Captains of both teams Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe will make the difference tonight

This match between Portugal vs France is really going to be a very tough game, as I see this as a fight on who is the best between Ronaldo and Mbappe specifically, of which this game is likely to end draw with an extra time just as the just concluded game "Spain vs Germany" ended draw with an extra time up to 120 minutes. However, it's already 30 minutes with both team still playing goal-less, whereas  Portugal is currently in full control of the ball possession with both teams playing a defensive game. But in the worst case scenario, I see Portugal winning this game with a penalty kick.

Yeah, I understand his post, but I'm just trying to emphasize how wrong it is to deposit 50% of our salary into gambling.
