We have been operational for almost 2 month now without any real incidents. An updated version is in the works and will be released very soon.So we must deposit three times to get 200% ++ in a day  You can play as many times as you want. Median return is 127.5%. You can also play just once and win 255% or loose all if you do not have luck. instant payouts? and what if someone decides to double spend coins you would give them free money
Double spends do not work with this game because of its intelligent design. Your payout transaction will become invalid if you double spend the funding transaction. Please suggest how this game can be improved.

On average you will earn 127.5% when the bank can cover the payout. It is provably fair. Everybody can verify at 00:00 GMT that I was not cheating for all transactions in the past 24h. There is 0 fee for small deposits. So far I collected only 6 cents in fees. We concat your hash (txid) and our secret and hash it again and take the first 2 characters from the result. Following code explains how it works exactly.
payout_factor = sha256(txid + secret).substring(0,2)
The result is a number from 0 to 255 (in hex) and your payout factor in percent.
We generate each day a new secret and publish the old one so you can verify yourself the result.
Further we keep only max. the amount which is needed for the next payout in the bank. All payouts are fully automated. Bufa, just sending your transaction out! Btw, did you correct your calculation bug? In the actual weekly we have to payouts with 0.00029 and 0.00111 = 0.00140, but total payouts are shown with 0.0016  Bug is fixed. This is another smaller issue where I added the bitcoin network transaction fee to the payout because it leaves the bank together with the payout. Will be corrected with the next update. I will also simplify the design and also remove the hourly and 12h round if nobody wants to play it. Guys, what else can I improve? I am here for the long run! |

Guys, I was banned for no reason for 14 days. Now I am back. As you can see I changed the game a little. Still everybody got payed according to the rules. I did the change on a day where there where no players. Now there is a dice-factor. And you can see all the history. Systems are running stable. Server has a lot of capacity! I also added the rule that the one among the 3 last with the highest deposit always gets paid with all what is left in the bank. This also means that if you play alone in a round you always get your money back (without fees). Next I want to make the dice-factor optional. So that each round has 2 addresses (but still one bank for each round). One address for participating in the provably-fair dice-ponzi (0-255% return) and one for playing the normal ponzi without dice (always 127.5% return). I think it will be more fun for you guys! PROMOTION: For small payouts there is currently no game fee! There will be also a another nice surprise for you soon. it's not a scam from my point of view. I still got my payments in time and with the correct quantity. But it seems, that there is anywhere a small calculation error. (or i did the error) There are 2 payments with 0.02700061 BTCand 0.02700105 BTC, so sum is 0.05400166 BTC. But on the screen i see all payouts = 0.05562171 BTCOkay, maybe you add your fee to the payment (which is like a payment to yourself)? But then the Bank account is wrong and should be 0.16369012 - 0.05562171 = 0.10806841 and not 0.10639976 Even if i add the fee from the 3rd (unpaid) deposit, it will not fit from my point of view. In addition the Tx ID from the payment is also linked to the deposit one  Probably a cut&paste error in the coding? Thank you for finding bugs. As you wrote was nothing wrong with the payouts. Only the display of the values was calculated slightly wrong. And post your address here so I can reward you 0.01 BTC. |

We are back after 7 days of being banned for x-posting.
So far we had 0 bugs and only one downtime (last weekend after the first game).
All payouts were automatic and instant.
The results of the poll are also quite clear. You want higher returns.
We thought of adding a provable-fair random factor into the game where you receive (instead of 135%) between 50% and 200% back, only depending on the hash of your transaction and a daily published secret. Ponzi meets provable-fair gambling.

This is exactly why I'm making 24HourPonzi V2. An idiot(s) is sending small payments to the address with no fee with the sole purpose of making the payouts take forever to confirm. This happens because my current script automatically checks if there is enough BTC to pay the next person in line and if there is, it sends it. However, in its current state it doesn't check to see if the input it's about to spend has been confirmed. This means that because of this idiot, there are a few payments you can see that haven't been confirmed yet as it has spent the unconfirmed inputs from this idiot. When V2 is released, it will not spend unconfirmed inputs meaning that no idiots can disrupt the confirmation times of legitimate users' payouts. Thanks, Thanks for your reply... Anyways, I sent my txn with fees, so why my payout still ain't confirmed? I am sorry am asking this again but what has any other users' payment to do with my txn? And if it will ever confirm, how much time will it take now? It is probably because the game sent you unconfirmed coins. Your transaction will confirm after the game coins confirm. Someone has been sending in small deposits without fees to mess up the game. One way quickly around that without code is to raise the minimum deposit. Make it costly to attack the game this way. Raising the minimum deposit is irrelevant. Anyone could sent a few bits without any fee to the address whenever they want. There's no way to stop it. If the deposits are below the minimum they should be considered donations and hopefully sweep to a different address. However, if that doesn't happen then you are completely correct. The real fix is not to create a transaction with unconfirmed coins. |
