Thanks to both of you. That puts my mind at ease. I think I'll just go for maximum hash rate since I have 1300w. And just to clarify I'm running the motherboard/hdd etc off of the same psu. The power draw from those parts is also small so I assume that 1300w is sufficient for everything.

I'm setting up a rig with 6 gtx 1070s. Is a 1300w psu good enough to run it stably?

I know a decent amount about pc components and have done some research on my parts but since I have never put a mining rig together  I thought I would get second opinions here. I plan on getting some extra pci raisers since I've been reading that they break pretty often. Is there anything I'm missing or anything in my build that is incompatible?

I'm not encouraging anyone to use cryptsy because my experience was still shitty, I'm glad I got my withdrawal but two days is ridiculous. I only used cryptsy because I've been out of the crypto world for awhile.. Even though they've always had troubles cryptsy was reliable for me in the past and I delt with 30-40 btc at a time on there so I figured I would use it again.
