1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SKY] Skycoin Launch Announcement on: April 28, 2015, 03:11:00 AM
No Russian translation needed for OP as I understand, right?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Crypti | XCR | Ͼ | PoS algorithm | Ed25519 | 2nd Gen Source on: April 14, 2015, 03:01:33 AM
If you are looking for the faucet, that was taken down over a month ago when it was being click-slammed by one person with numerous wallets
Payout should be lowered to 5, if not less.
Remember CAPTcoin? They had 3-4 captures on the page. All those capts are below zero now, but the idea of multiple captures combined with lowered payout could work well here.

The latest shift for the Xpool Multipool paid out over 67+ BTCD.

Cheers!

Thanks for the update.

Yeah, added supply makes sense (probably x10 or x 20), but 0.5% transfer fee is ridiculous.
Totally agree, I'd go for x100 though. As to .5%, this song is old as life. As I understand heavily loaded accounts will vote for their own delegate(s), thus scooping up transaction fees from entire network => getting richer. What if fees are lowered to 0.01%, do you guys seriously think there will be not enough wallets to fill 101 place? I would sign my AWS for even 0.001%
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WOC - WarOfCoins - SHA256 COIN - Work In Progress on: March 10, 2015, 03:33:26 AM
So 2.5 Million WOC of PoW blocks then after that 1% Annual Interest.

The only thing working for the coin would be coin cap plus since it is SHA-256 expect the difficulty to skyrocket making it not even worth mining, people fighting for 5 WOC reward per block with crazy difficulty.... I don't think so.
Do not forget 231-days POW phase. Multiplied by zero innovation and unknown dev this is list-delist candidate in 3 weeks.

Azeh, please update nodes list in the OP. I installed wallet few times already, only adding those PS nodes to the original list worked every time for me. Thanks.

Tomorrow will have exchange!

If your coin's difficulty is still 1, not even one person is going to buy it. Not even one.

If anyone cracked the last one already, does the answer have anything to do with Mrs. Mendoza? Thanks.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitcoinDark (BTCD)--Teleport/Telepathy/Ramchains/SuperNET Core on: February 10, 2015, 04:16:14 AM
The BTCD Community seems to be not around much, I remember the days when everyone was talking about BTCD and now there is hardly anything...

The Supernet thing to me might of been the bust for this coin although I am still waiting on the Telepathy Feature that BTCD is working on.

I am afraid everyone is sitting tight until mainstream releases on SuperNet and BTCD integration are done. Looks like whoever wanted to join is loaded already, dumpers dumping slowly, but the milestone is of cause James and Ko's final product. Until its out, nothing much will happen. We all need that boost, and we're waiting.
