Great work guys!
One question- I upgraded the wallet and masternode before the 250000 block. I just got home and my desktop wallet is about 40 blocks behind the explorer. Masternode is showing the correct block but my desktop wallet is behind but showing as synced. Also the MN reward is showing as 2.7 in my desktop wallet. Any ideas? I have tried rescaning and rebuilding index via the wallet.
EDIT- This has been resolved by using resync in the wallet tools. Tools > Wallet Repair > Delete local Blockchain Folders

Great work everyone! Glad to see a bunch of new faces around. That is awesome. Phore was the easiest masternode setup due to the great guides that have been provided! |

Masternode Guide UpdatedThe guide has been updated to reflect the wallet update https://www.dropbox.com/s/ajvd8j5afkux3xt/Phore-Windows-VPS-v1.0.3.pdf.zipIf you compile wallet for MN's, you also need to run a new command: sudo apt-get install libevent-dev And to start MN's in the local wallet: startmasternode alias false <mn-alias> <mn-alias> being what you setup previously in the masternode.conf. And is listed on the Masternode tab. Guide worked perfectly! I have yet to update the old masternode, I will mess with doing that tomorrow. |

Swap service update
The swap service has been put on hold until we release the new wallet, which will be available very soon.
It will give everyone 1 week from the time of release to complete any remaining swaps.
Any swaps that occurred after the rollback, at blockheight 89969 will be sent manually by the provider
of the swap service. From what I see in the block explorer that was 1 of around 30k.

Statement Regarding BurnAddressed to the Phore community by the Phore staff. As many of you are aware, we have been putting a great deal of thought into the allocation of post-burn funds. A vote was held earlier in the month of October when Phore's budget was low. The community decided on a 50% burn & 50% dev fund. Now that our budget has risen, we feel it is no longer necessary to keep 50% of the unswapped coins. Instead, Phore developer Phroshi has decided on a 100% burn of unswapped coins. To pay for future developments, 10% of block rewards will be allocated to the budget. At the end of the month, developers and development will be paid for from the fund amassed through this method. For future decisions, a solid feature called Governance will be put into place through which all future decisions will be made by the community. These coins will be burned on the 18th of November. The date when swap from KTK to PHR officially ends. Another executive decision was made concerning listing date. Another reason I love this community, the transparency is refreshing. Keep up all the great work! |

Are we able to stake PHR? My wallet says mining not active
"To stake you need to edit the phore.conf Do this from inside the wallet: Tools > Open wallet configuration file Add: staking=1" You will then need to unlock your wallet for staking. |

I just noticed there are currently 100 masternodes on the Phore network, that is 1 Million Phore being used. Keep up the great work guys!

I finally managed to get PHR running properly on a Raspberry Pi... In case anyone else is struggling, here is what I did: - install latest version of Raspbian - download and compile libboost 1.5.8 - add jessie repository to the apt list - download and compile libssl 1.0.0 - apt install libminiupnpc10 - copy over files downloaded from phore.io Not sure if there is an easier way (it seems like there should be), but this worked for me, so I am happy  Thanks. I am going to fire up a RasPi this weekend but I think I have the 2nd Gen one so I might just order the new board. |

In your wallet it will show if it is running or not. Give it a little bit then you should start to see some rewards. Also do not forget about autocombine if you want to combine your rewards. There is more information about that in the masternode channel of slack if interested. I dont see a masternode channel... but I'm don't really know how to use slack very well... what is autocombine? On the left hand side of slack click on Channels. Then join Masternodes. Autocombine will allow you to set a threshold of your choice to combine the rewards via transactions so you do not have a bunch of small inputs in your wallet. |

okay I just tried setting up a masternode... I'm on the step
"We need to let it fully sync, give it a couple of minutes and enter: phore-cli getinfo"
... but when I do that I continually get "error: couldn't connect to server"... ?
So I retried typing "phored –daemon " ... it stalled out giving no response ... so I waited a while assuming its loading blocks... now I've typed "phore-cli getinfo " multiple times and waited... I get no response back... just a blank screen...? I had a similar issue getting the server started. I had to use ./phored to start the server instead of phored -daemon. Try that and see if it says server started after. |

Once the new wallet update is released with zerocoin/governance the block reward will be
decreasing to 5 at block 250k. Current blockheight 59615.
Plus 10% (0.5) going to the budget which will allow anyone who is interested in developing
for example services, apps, bounties etc to put a proposal to the masternodes. Votes that
pass get paid through the budget.
These are some great things coming to the coin. I am looking forward to future of Phore. |

Coin Swap Status
Right now we have approx 8,300,000 KTK swapped for PHR. Outstanding approx 9,700,000
and just over 5 weeks remaining until the swap ends on 18th November.
Great to hear! I have still not heard back from a few ktk holders I knew. Not sure if they even still have any but I informed them of the swap. |
