The project is new. If you mean, why was the coin born from a swap, I really don't see any issue with this. I wasn't lucky enough to own any KTK prior to PHORE, so I had to get my coins through peer-to-peer or on Coinsmarkets. I'm very glad I did. The dev works very fast and being in the Slack for a bit, I could tell this was going to be a successful project. After a bit, you just get the nose for these sort of things. This also allows people who had KTK another option to swap to a new coin. Frankly, I think this was a good move, as the people who had KTK can now be confident that an experienced dev is working on PHORE. Of course, they do not have to swap . . but I really don't see why they wouldn't. |

Honestly speaking the only character I find is 100% PoS coin.

It's 20% per year 😉 it's time to accumulate PHORE because the price is still affordable to book a masternode ! |

Once the new wallet update is released with zerocoin/governance the block reward will be decreasing to 5 at block 250k. Current blockheight 59615. Plus 10% (0.5) going to the budget which will allow anyone who is interested in developing for example services, apps, bounties etc to put a proposal to the masternodes. Votes that pass get paid through the budget. I must follow this coin. Sounds promising.

Experienced dev with zero coin on the Roadmap. Segwit on the Roadmap. A new coin with under 100 Masternodes on the network. Voting and governance coming. All the ingredients for a successful coin are here. It's plain to see imo. Most coins coming up today do not have these particular milestones on the Roadmap. |

... but when I do that I continually get "error: couldn't connect to server"... ?
