Please stop it.
It's a risky coin but your angle of attack is all wrong and I personally think you should let it rest.
It might be better to gain some more experience before commenting again. Remember in May you wrote that you were "kinda new to trading alt currencies outside BTC".
Just because you have fallen for some classic scams recently doesn't mean everything is.
Also, how is that scalping bot you bought doing? If you want to create volatility there are other ways to do it.
If Ohad was a scammer, don't you think he would have a better website and concentrate more on marketing?

scam is scam

whatever you say.can not change it
See? Another loser that bought on the rise, looking for a quick win. Screaming 'scam' because they could not make a quick buck.
This forum became a whole lot more entertaining this last week Smiley
What makes it more funny that if these people would have bought a day earlier, they could have a great profit by now.

Ah, let m stay, i think he's kind of funny Smiley with the pathetic fud attempts and all...
Just put him on ignore if you can't take it. These fudders appearing on forums are a sign that Tau Chain/AGRS are catching the attention of a larger audience. Looking forward to the future. Anyone selling now, be warned though, looking at the order book in Bittrex i think that these prices are not going to last much longer.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tau-Chain and Agoras Official Thread: Generalized P2P Network on: July 02, 2017, 09:23:02 AM
Iggy - give it a rest mate  trying to trash talk the price down is neither original nor effective

It just gets annoying cause I get email notifications every time you troll and I jump onto BTT hoping for something useful only to find more of your trolling.

Not entirely your fault, BTT is not that flexible or customisable, but mate, you've said your piece ok, time to move on, people will see your posts alright, don't worry.

people have the  right to know this information to draw conclusions which are very obvious, i would leave it but he is deleting all my post where i quote  him talking about huge price increase, or where i mentioned that we still  dont know his identity or that he is not releasing any concrete information because " he is not good at explaining" to people who invested alot of money.
People need to know, i dont want  people to lose their life savings.
- No one is deleting any posts here
- Ohad identy has always been known. There are many YouTube videos with interviews etc.
- Ohad is writing a white paper in which the Tau Chain concept will be explained in simple terms. He has always been honest in not being able to give a timeline for this.

So stop spreading lies. You are either too lazy and stupid to investigate, or you are under the illusion that you have an influence on the price. Either way, i don't understand what all the fuss here is about. A couple of days ago you could buy AGRS for 11000 s on Bittrex, and no one was complaining or asking for timelines. Now, we've got all these newbies who are fudding as if their lives depend on it.
Do some decent investigation before you buy something, and learn from this instead of spreading bullshit.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: March 31, 2016, 07:32:24 AM
I well understand how it works for Factom, ensuring they and their clients will never reach a position where the Factoid are prohibitively expensive to buy off market.

What I don't understand is how the increased adoption benefits us the coin holders, as any temporary price increase will be always balanced downwards (the more EC's used and more Factoids are burnt / purchased, the more the increased EC/Factoid exchange rate will push the price back).

I love this project and have invested a little for the LONG haul, but the fact is, Factoids are horrendously overpriced at present.  How do I know this?  From Brian Deery's post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/factom/comments/47nyx0/thoughts_of_the_economic_model_of_factom_and/d0gqwdz
Quote from: Brian
The Factoids also are a reward to the servers to pay for engineering time, server, and bandwidth costs. The current market price of ~1$ roughly corresponds to a steady state prediction of about 800 gigabytes/year being added to the system or about 27 TPS.

1 entry credit allows you to enter up to 1kb of data according to the store here: https://www.factom.com/entry-credits/

What that means, is that at a Factoid price of $1.00, 800 gigs a year allow for 800,000,000+ entry credits to be used.  If you look at the blockchain, on 10/05/2016 they entered Project Gutenberg into the chain which consisted of over 22,000 books. Not single documents, but BOOKS. By my rough count, 22,000 books used up around 20,000 entry credits.

If I'm correct, and I believe I am, this means Factoids are pretty darn overpriced right now.  Sad  At a current price of $1.70, that means we're looking at needing to use 1,360,000,000 entry credits.
I understand your concern, but i think the way you build your foundation for this conclusion is shaky - to say the least.
Could you explain how you get to the estimation of 20,000 entry credits for 22,000 books? And i assume you mean 10/05/2015, not 2016?
I don't think it's fair to say that Factoids are currently overpriced based on this one transaction into the chain.
The current price, like the price for all cryptocurrencies, is based on expectations. How else can we explain the current price of Ethers for example? Are the actual current transactions on the Ethereum blockchain supporting this price?
Also, we have no idea what the number of transactions/ amount of data will be that goes onto the blockchain once Factoids will actually be used in real life. Working for a large insurance company myself i am aware that 10,000's of gigs of contract related data are stored on servers/in the cloud for my company alone. 800 gig is nothing.
I think it's safe to say that we are all still early adopters here, investing in/hoping to make money on a new technology that has not proven itself yet. Making estimations on pricing before the technology even had a chance to prove itself, based on an analysis of 1 transaction,  is a questionable approach imho. If that is your approach, then you should maybe find other, safer investment opportunities.

Second that, it would be appreciated to have a GUI Wallet as soon as possible, so we can get our Factoms off of Koinify and secure them. It might help Factom as a project, too, you would not want people to start dumping their coins on any exchange that offers a simple tool, like what's happening now for Ether/Kraken. If you offer a good Wallet, people will probably feel more secure and hold their Factoms longer.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: August 10, 2015, 11:57:54 AM
Hello guys I am new to this Crypto game....has me excited like the internet days...Can someone tell me when or if ETH will get a GUI wallet....a simple qt wallet for ppl like me?
Unfortunately Ethereum is not very considerate with non-technical users. If you want to sell your ETH from the presale, you can use this tool from Kraken:
https://www.kraken.com/ether
You'll have to create a Kraken account first. They have some strict rules, you will need to verify to at least Tier 1 to trade cryptos.

If you want to buy, I would advise waiting until the initial frenzy is over, there's a lot of people waiting to dump their ETH bought in ICO, as soon as they figure out how to do it...

in your opinion, what is a good price to long eth?
i think on 0.002 btc there is good support area...
At this point i really don't know. Sold half my ETH and saving the other half. There's plenty of promising projects where the coin was pumped at the start and then brought down all the way to (and below) the IPO value (0.0005 in this case).
I do believe that ETH will rise eventually (if it stays stable and the DEV team doesn't f*ck up), but for now I would say wait it out for a couple of weeks, you might get a good bargain below 0.001 even.

So Joe's probably gone, is there a chance that this project can be picked up by another developer? There's plenty of smart guys hanging around here and the project is open source now, right?

I still have a hard time believing that this guy is a total scammer, since we know his name and face... that would mean blowing his reputation and career for the rest of his life for what, a new car or something...

Hello, Joe. When the new graphics will be revealed ?
Just give up dude. Joe's gone. Let's just hope that someone else will continue the project.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: $XAI Sapience AIFX - Decentralized AI | 11% PoS | PlumeDB,IBTP on Testnet on: May 20, 2015, 07:57:39 AM
There's a lot of great tech coming for this coin, the AI Core is just the beginning really... it is a lot of work but will be worth it in the end.  I'm working to get a series of things out the door, life stuff comes up and hence some delays, but that doesn't change what's coming.  I'm also trying to position things so that I can continue working full time on this past April for the foreseeable future, which would be ideal so we can keep cranking stuff out.
...
So we have AI Core coming that I've been talking about, and then we have a strategy to open up and capture a new market that I think only I/we have the actual capability to achieve in rapid fashion.  The AI Core stuff is hard/complicated, all the other stuff is relatively easy for me to bang out.  So we'll get through the AI core traffic jam and then step on the accelerator again.  TBH the hold up on the AI Core drop has not been tech or coding related, but just life related, shit happens that ties up my time, and then we continue on.
....

Thank you for your patience Smiley

edit:  And this stuff is coming soon.... It's not going to be like NautilusCoin with the POS fork that was coming for months and months and months and months Wink  To put this into perspective, I built this entire platform in less than 3 months.  Compared to any enterprise project of similar scale and scope, that is an insane pace.  But in the crypto world, of course, we know that the space-time continuum is....compressed Wink
I'm quite disappointed in this dev actually. It all looked promising a couple of months back, but the dev is not living up to the expectations he set himself. I understand that he might have bitten off more than he could chew (happens to the best of us), but at least don't leave us hanging out there, spend 5 minutes per week on a quick update or something. I'd say you owe that to the people who invested in your idea. I'll be patient for a bit longer, but as soon as something better comes a long i am out of here...

Pretty good achievement by Factom, with press releases like these I don't mind waiting a bit longer for the beta version ..
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GEMZ]| SOCIAL MESSAGING APP THAT PAYS | iPhone Beta is Live | on: May 06, 2015, 07:27:32 AM
I think that the Coindesk review is missing the point. They are not talking at all about the real strong feature of the App: the fact that your data is no longer in the hands of companies like Facebook who are making money exploiting your data. You are in control on what advertisements you want to receive and you can earn Gemz for receiving messages, instead of being a cash cow for the Zuckerberg and Co. Gemz also opens up a completely new market for people who want to make some money using their popularity in Social Media (getting paid by people who want to send you a message).
This adds a whole new dimension to instant messaging that we have not seen before. Too bad that Coindesk is only focusing on stuff like visual elements.

Nice that we're all thanking each other here, but personally I'm a bit disappointed in the communication. No regular updates anymore, no recall videos, nothing.

True. The dev has said a couple of things in the slack group recently, one of them being.

sapience [7:51 PM]
yeah we have some good stuff coming

sapience [7:51 PM]
a cool surprise that should get everyone buzzing again

He's also told me that he's been working all this time to get everything ready for a release that has taken longer than expected to finish but is very close.
Thanks, waiting for a Slack invite. I suspected that the dev was busy. Just a quick update every now and then would be nice.

- Documented examples of the possibilities (games, financial applications, other professional stuff like medical research, etc)
- A centralized location where all info is stored (the available info is now scattered over different locations, forums, websites, youtube, etc.)

Would it be possible at all for me, as a non-developer but IT savvy person, to do something cool with PlumeDB? Like building my own little decentralized database for cooking recipes? (maybe, the AI Core could be used to create new recipes using ingredients and existing recipes as input..  Grin)

Where i can read about PlumeDB?
Good point. If this project wants to onboard devs and other interested parties, i think more information needs to be made available.

At the moment, I cannot find any info on how to get started with PlumeDB. I did not check out Slack, but access tot that is limited to early investors, so that's not a good place to share info with the wider community.

I think people that are interested in the project (even devs) and come to check it out, might lose interest because they just have no idea what the possibilities are and how to get started, or where to find info.
I think that we need more detailed info for devs and other people (i consider myself 'other people'   Cheesy):
- Step-by-step tutorials on how to get started with PlumeDB and the AICore
- Documented examples of the possibilities (games, financial applications, other professional stuff like medical research, etc)
- A centralized location where all info is stored (the available info is now scattered over different locations, forums, websites, youtube, etc.)

This is all probably already part of Joe's roadmap, maybe we can help him with this stuff to get the AIFX blood pumping.

Would it be possible at all for me, as a non-developer but IT savvy person, to do something cool with PlumeDB? Like building my own little decentralized database for cooking recipes? (maybe, the AI Core could be used to create new recipes using ingredients and existing recipes as input..  Grin)

I don't think its a matter of burning its more about patience, unless Joe up and leaves nothing is burning or in danger. It is not an instant gratification project, its a long term speculative bet on technology if realized could be a game changer for the alt world.

That's how it always is with high technology/complex coins that are not P&D's.  Usually 4-6 months+ for the market to catch up to the tech.  E.g. Darkcoin, Shadow, Arch to some degree, etc.  My personal expectation, and of course I am biased and it could be wrong, is that we will follow something along the lines of Darkcoin's market path...it took about 6 months and then it built a massive solid base once the tech started to really roll out AND larger players could look/see/feel that the tech was really there.  Of course the next step is for me to drop some eagerly awaited tech Cheesy:D:D

I'm a pretty strong dev when it comes to this stuff...so we can do anything you guys can imagine with this coin.  I have the stuff that I came up with on the roadmap, but if there's anything any of you think would add value to this coin or ecosystem please do share.

My immediate roadmap is to drop the AI stuff and the chess game, then get some materials out about our Bitcoin distribution and our phone product (The Bitcoin Phone) and get an IndieGoGo campaign up for it, launch the assets platform, and start on the NextGen wallet rewrite that will also play a part in the Sapience Bitcoin distribution and the phone.  I view Bitcoin like Linux, so far we've seen some SPV wallets and stuff come out but nobody's done the "distribution" model.  We're gonna do a distribution of Bitcoin that is kind of like how Linux Mint is to Linux.  Take it and put our nextgen wallet on it and a hook into XAI with IBTP.  I decided instead of trying to do some kind of token sale thing that in the current market I will try to do the product thing with XaiOS and the phone.  All of this is what I have been working on in parallel these past couple of weeks.  You'll get the AI drop shortly which has a GUI for creating training and working with your multilayer neural networks.  The only thing it doesn't do yet is "visualize" the network in a graph/dynamic diagram.
I am curious about the phone... is it actually going to be hardware you'll be working on? Do you plan to work together with an external vendor for this? I like the sound of Bitcoin Phone much better than Dark Phone ...
