Some updates.

Issue still not resolved.

1.mtgox.com (now owner Mark Karpeles ) refuse to unblock my mtgox.com account for 1 day, to let me take screenshots of my account as evidences, he saying:
"As I said, I cannot unlock an account while keeping it "read only". This is not that I do not want, it is a technical restriction."

That is insane , what fucking technical restriction can prevent him from unblocking my account for 1 day.

2. Jed McCaleb (old mtgox.com owner) broke NDA agreement by disclosure CONFIDENTIAL document to third parties(new owner Mark Karpeles).

3. interesting view from Mark Karpeles about "terms of use", he saying:
"Please also let me clarify. There was no "terms of service" on mtgox.com, which basically means you are not protected for anything you do on mtgox."

4  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 03, 2011, 11:38:32 PM
I not going to discuss any more, because it's pointless.

I will post overview and what action I am gonna to take very soon.

I have few new facts:
1.I think mtgox.com use another nick in this forum too. ( nick mtgox is posted only 184 post at all, so since he is Hero in here and creator of bitcoin and he must take part in this forum life. it's possible that he uses another nick too ). It may be somone who trying to shut up me.

2.I think mtgox.com is runing Ponzi scheme (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme). That's why he accept depositing in any amounts, but withdrawing limited to 1000USD/day only, by saying something like "to apply with USA requirements" or something like that ( I don't remember exactly ). But what fucking USA requirements, if he don't work with USA Government, he runs black business. He don't have any license (witch is required to apply with USA law if you provide payments or trade services). He acts like criminal. He can be "Bernard Madoff" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff) number 2.

3.I think mtgox.com manipulate marketplace for its own benefits(so probaly he is making good money from all you). Yes he can.because there is no one who monitoring him ( he don't doing this with his Government knew).

4.Every normal citizen must report to police about if he see criminal. If he don't, then he can go to jail too.

As I said I not going to discuss about this, I just saying what I think.

ShadowOfHarbringer: you fucking idiot or you are kid. no one force you to read this thread, You posting your stupid posts for fun only. I am not nigerian, nigerians selling black money to stupid peoples.  So go away and stop flooding this thread.

5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 03, 2011, 10:05:19 AM
TheKoziTwo: I checked the IRC logs. There is nothing in there about this trade.

Here is my post for a 3rd time since it keeps getting buried and people keep asking why I haven't posted.
Quote
Here is a more complete rundown of what happened with the baron account.
Person A had their account compromised by Person B.
Day1: Person B sent ~3000BTC (the mtgox $1000 a day limit at the time) to an address owned by baron.
Day2: Person B sent ~3000BTC (the mtgox $1000 a day limit at the time) to an address owned by baron.
Day3: Person B sent ~3000BTC (the mtgox $1000 a day limit at the time) to an address owned by baron.
Day4: Person A logs into their account and notices the missing BTC. They change their password and contact me about the theft.
DayX: Person B finds an exploit in my LR code and manages to send himself a good deal of LR from the site.
DayY: Person B steals money from 2 other mtgox accounts after compromising them with a dictionary attack. This is discussed elsewhere.

I have talked to Person A on the phone extensively both before and after the theft.  He had much more in his account than what was stolen.

baron claims that he bought the BTC in question from someone on IRC with Liberty Reserve (LR). He hasn’t been able to provide any evidence of this transfer. I see nothing even close in the IRC logs of bitcoin-otc about this transfer.
To believe baron’s story we have to believe:
1) A thief would trust a random person on IRC they have never met before and no one else on the channel knows to send them $3000.
2) The thief would transfer directly from mtgox to the buyer before knowing how much BTC they would end up stealing from mtgox.
3) baron can’t remember his nick, the thief’s nick, or the IRC channel that was used for the trade.
4) baron can no longer find the record of the LR transaction.
5) baron is unable to talk to me on the phone because according to him he is mute.

baron also refuses to provide proof of who he is or where he lives.

We are left having to assume that baron is in fact person B. baron’s account on mtgox holds less than the sum of theft by person B.

As I have said previously we don’t want to be the bitcoin police and this will hopefully not be necessary in the future since we have fixed these security issues that allowed Person B to steal from us and other users in the first place.

Thank you.  I stand corrected.  But I'd still like to know why my own access is blocked.  Also, perhaps your customer who lost money and will likely get it back from you should come on here and back all of this up.  As long as I'm satisfied that the person will be getting his money back then I can drop the issue.  The evidence suggests Baron is clearly a thief.  Even in the absence of verification of your version of events, Baron's own admission that he will not send identification requested and cannot talk because he is mute is highly suspect and the burden of proof shifts back to Baron at this point.  And, incidentally, you really need to get on top of this kind of thing before it spins out of control like it has.  Start a thread in the main forum indicating what happened and what you are doing to help your customer in a case of fraud.  It will turn you from a suspect to a hero instantly.

I am not Thief. mtgox.com is lying to you .mtgox.com saying that I hacked his website and add money to my mtgox.com account, but it's not true. I deposited money using liberty reserve account.

My liberty reserve history:
01/07/2011 02:12    52722343       U8227430 (xMtGox)    - $28,616.00    $0.00    $0.61    Hide Merchant Reference: 1336    Memo: MtGox.com Funding
01/07/2011 02:12    52722317       U8227430 (xMtGox)    - $30,000.00    $0.00    $28,616.61    Hide Merchant Reference: 1336    Memo: MtGox.com Funding
01/07/2011 01:51    52721818       U8227430 (xMtGox)    - $16,000.00    $0.00    $58,616.61    Hide Merchant Reference: 1336    Memo: MtGox.com Funding

He did not show any evidences.

How you must be stupid ,to believe in man(mtgox.com) who don't shows evidences? Don't goes to police, and don't giving me his contacts?

He stole that money from me, and now moving to new server to hide evidences (servers logs and etc )!

I repeat: I sent my ID scan to mtgox.com. Other ID documents I am ready to send when he goes to police!

And Yes I have that fucking  mute disorder, so I can't talk on phone with him. I requested from him to give me his skype nick to talk online, he refuses!

Until now I don't received from him any his contacts. I asked him 2 times.  So what fuck he is hiding? But there is not problem, I will get his contacts in other ways.

TheKoziTwo write: TheKoziTwo: I checked the IRC logs. There is nothing in there about this trade.
There may be that IRC servers not loging private chats.

6  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 05:07:04 PM
I think it is time for the forum moderators to shut down this thread.

As far as I see it has gone as far as it needs, short of the final decision being made by mtgox and his final evidence and reasons why  there is nothing more that can be added.

As far as evidence goes, all barron needs to do is send mtgox his scans, nothing more.

All this useless back and forth with barron is nothing but a time waste and I think a little damaging.

It's not our place to demand id from barron, but mtgox's.
Moderators?Huh

Not try to shut up me!
7  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 05:04:59 PM
Oh my god, I am scamer now and I am putting  pressure on mtgox.com . So  http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3089.0  is scamer too, because he was trying putting "pressure" on mtgox.com? So for what this forum was created?

I believe mtgox.com is laughing from all you, by reading all this thread.

For what reason you saying that I am scamer?

I see there is members who trying to shut up me. But I don't!

I don't trust you, you would say anything now to lower mtgox's reputation and create more pressure, as you see you have already caused some havoc.
Are you honest ? Do you have anything to hide ? Show us scans of your IDs and photos of yourself with the IDs in your hand.

I still think that you are a scammer here, but i don't know what to think of mtgox yet.

I am telling facts.

I don't care.
Show me your IDs or GTFO.

//I'm really getting annoyed by this thread.

First of all, it will not change the situation.

Of course it will change everything.
Scammer would never show his ID, a honest person would as such person would do anything to clear its name and get money back.

Too bad you are not such person, but an ordinary scammer.

And stop asking unconscious questions.

I will stop when you show your IDs and your face here.

You can send your scans to everyone who asks, it's your choice. But I am protecting my documents, that no one would miss out.
I am ready to send scans or other ID  documents to police, when mtgox.com will go to them.

But no, he behaves exactly as a person with unclear conscience would behave.
Mtgox may not be a scammer, but i believe he is not "clean" either. If you are 100% honest, have nothing to hide, and you run a business, it is in your deepest interest to talk, explain, be helpful.

Mtgox does not do that however, which means, that with high probability he is guilty of something.

So what are you hiding from us, mtgox ?

Oh come on, a person with "unclear conscience" or "not clean" wouldn't even care about stopping the thief in the first place. He's done way more than he needed. He should be congratulated for that, not bashed like this.

And he has manifested himself a reasonable amount of times. He doesn't need to post at the same rate everybody here is doing, chill down.

congratulated for that?  He is fucking scamer.  Why he don't go to Police, what for he is waiting?

mtgox is not an unknown personm he is not anonymous. And everything is very much linked to his bank account, such that it is linked to his real life identity.

This means that if mtgox were a scammer he's either a brilliant James Bond villian or an idiot. I think that it is highly unlikely that he's a scammer given how easy it would be for hundreds, or possibly thousands of people to go after him legally in real life.

He refuse to give me his contacts. I was writing him few emails, to give me his contacts, he don't reply.
-----------

previously, in this thread, I was asking what he going to do with those 45 000$? put into his pocket, or give it to his government .
That is why he created story, that his website was hacked and I add money to my mtgox.com account without depositing by liberty reserve.  In such cases he wanted put those 45 000$ into his own pocket and not give to his government (as everyone should). And nobody will ask mtgox.com what you going to do with those 45 000$.

He thought that I don't have any evidence of depositing liberty reserve. But he FAILED.  I have , and I showed to everyone.
--------

Look at thread: http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3089.0

When that man has some problems , mtgox.com  seriously take that  problem, and trying to resolve it quickly , by providing evidences to all forum members (public).  Why he is quiet now? because he is confused. He don't giving to  everyone any evidences. Why ? because he don't have?

12  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 03:52:43 AM
I have ~ 14000 BTC in my bitcoin client it, If I were a thief (or hacker like mtgox.com saying) I exchage those BTC to real money, and run away. But I don't doing this.

There is no proof that you have 14,000 BTC in your bitcoin client. I also do not know why this is relevant to this case.

Because mtgox.com blame me that I steal 9000 BTC. But I don't , so I holing my all BTC, until everything is resolved.

I can make screenshot.   But there is no point.  Because all my bitcoin was tracked by other members, in others post early, and approved as proof.
13  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 03:48:51 AM

When mtgox.com will let me to login to my account, to take screenshot, I will show you.
You said that it is not possible to login in mtgox account. I do not know if that is true.
Quote
Also I am not trying to withdraw my BTC from my bitcoin client and run away, until everything is not resolved.

What does this mean?

I have ~ 14000 BTC in my bitcoin client, If I were a thief (or hacker like mtgox.com saying) I exchage those BTC to real money, and run away. But I don't doing this.

"But we have no proof that transaction was your, only that you know it.    " come on, How I can now that?  I can't login to my mtgox.com account , so I can't show you.

I prefer not to stretch the evidence to show something that it couldn't prove. We do not know how you acquire that information or what is really in your mtgox account.

When mtgox.com will let me to login to my account, to take screenshot, I will show you.    Also I am not trying to withdraw my BTC from my bitcoin client and run away, until everything is not resolved.
15  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 03:33:53 AM
Let me ask mtgox and baron questions:

1. Can you confirm that you in fact are in contact with opposing party and exchanged email regarding this case?

I was contacting using email. I was asking him to give he his skype to talk online, but he refuse.

I can't talk on phone because I has mute disorder.

"But we have no proof that transaction was your, only that you know it.    " come on, How I can now that?  I can't login to my mtgox.com account , so I can't show you. Thats why I requesting that mtgox.com unblock my account for 1 day.

He blame me that I was  involved in this case:
http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3089.0

But in that case , from that man money was stolen in January 31, 2011  , I was depositing my liberty reserve to mtgox.com 01/07/2011 , so there is no connection !
17  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 03:12:58 AM

Well, either MtGox mentioned the hacking portion out of ignorance or is trying to make his case stronger with libelous information.

He is trying to fabricate something new, that why he run out , instantly when I come in.
19  Economy / Exchanges / Re: mtgox.com has blocked my account with 45 000 USD in it! on: March 02, 2011, 02:54:07 AM
You can check transactions at https://www.libertyreserve.com/en/services/search

What are we supposed to type in?

Moreover, why are YOU not giving us the link to the transaction in the first place?

mtgox.com  never blame me that I hacked his website and send to my account money , until now.
