Are you sure? IF that is the case it is seriously fucked up. I did not read Terms and Conditions because it is simply too much of a hassle. And it seems that you can't even copy text from the site... Wait, are you telling that they provide fake documents? If that's the case you are right. But if it's real documents then what's the problem here? You are ok with KYC rules, so you shouldn't ban them for using proxies. How do you know they live in blacklisted countries when they already provide you real documents in whitelisted country? Your message brought more confusion here. Please enlighten us. It is part of responsibilities of our Security Team to detect customers using/trying to use our services from restricted locations. Okay, I will enlighten you .... point of consumption is important. If it is in blacklisted country, customer will have his account closed and all winnings from his activity there seized. You are right about that. Both parties share fault. Betkurus should pay back only deposited money and ban user from their site. They should be more careful next time. They can put a bigger warning about banned countries.
Not really a sole fault from the user, since there is a verification before someone can play at betkurus, I think betkurus should block the person, the moment they see that the person is from the country that violated their TOS, but To withhold all balance is indeed in the TOS if a user violated it, so they got a point, but still betkurus is responsible as well

You can able to see it on some turkish forums. People are talking on there.

Beaware of this Scam site!!!
They do not allow to withdraw if you are a regular winner.
The reason why I am saying that because they allow you to make a deposit till you win and wanna make a withdraw.
When you wanted to make a withdraw, they are saying that you cannot make a withdraw because you are gamling a country from that you provided on your documents( the documents that you guys provide them for withdraw).
if one of yours wanna make a withdraw one day, you will probably come across with the situation something like that and they will not make any payment to you by finding a reason. Lastly I'm pretty sure that they will call you as an scam !!!
