By the way: is it really a policy, that registration at the forum can not come through Tor? (or public proxies for that matter...)
Does anyone know the reasoning behind this?

Conversion from TYGRR-P would be of high interest! Do You consider it?

Technically: as long as You do own the private key, Internet is present and some client software is available, the answer is basicly yes. It seems quite robust.

Games aside, I understand the question as "how to make litecoin that REALLY works and resists GPU", which is I think still a good question!

Dear OP, how is migration going? It seems things are not coming back up since some 3 hours. Not pushing, just would like to know...

Question: In this form of arbitration can there be "class action" type decisions?
Can anykind of group be represented in a process?
If yes, then it is theorethically possible to form such group as: Beneficiaries of Amazon Forests, and go forth from this...
For me, this question boils down to the problem of commons in general, and how commons can be handled in arbitration in particular. From a rational point of view it is the best strategy for even an individual in the tragedy of commons situation to think twice about starting a cascade which kills his own cettle also. (Thus making long trm profitability impossible for the sake of short term realized profit...)
Just thinkin (yet not too deeply)...

I think doing the proper FX integration of bitcoin would be THE thing! It would provide the community with a core possibility to grow.
Argument: I am considering to open a BTC exchange in Easter-Europe, and I am faced with the problem: 1. If I do a kind of "ECN" style exchange -like Gox does- I will have near zero liquidity at sell side, since miners are rare and even they don't sell the coins for our instabile fiat. Demand is great, but supply... 2. If I think of a "bucketshop" like solution, whwre I represent the sell side and lateron clear the trade at Gox, I have the fees and hurdle that keeps people from buying when I clear the trades with frequent international transfers. If I would have an FX style opportunity to buy btc with fiat, my situation would be much easier.
The modell is not elaborate, but just wanted to show the need...

If You take the whole bunch, it'll make 155BTC total. (Preferred)
Shipment theoretically to everywhere, if You give some details, I will calculate for You.
I am open for discussions for payment in GLBSE share or mining contract also.
Let us try to negotiate!
I do not have capacity to check the thread, please communicate via PM!
