1  Local / Markt / Re: Te koop aangeboden Okt. KnCminer Saturn 213 GH/s on: January 04, 2014, 01:04:41 PM

Excuus hiervoor.

5  Local / Markt / Re: KNC Saturn 203 GH/s Te Koop on: December 27, 2013, 02:56:40 PM
2 x 113 = 226
203 / 226 = ~0.9
0.9 * 4.8 = 4.3 BTC, geboden bij deze.

EDIT: Per stuk; dus 4.8 BTC voor allebei.

10  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: October 23, 2013, 09:55:48 AM
well mine is 30BTC, twice!. If you guys suggesting it is too much, I have done bigger transfers and lately this started to happened even with ten BTC.

But please for the defenders can I PLEASE get an explanation why my coins are LOCKED instead of getting my withdrawal request denied?

For example havelock tells you that "Sorry, The hot wallets reserves are not enough and the admins are just notified of your request". Then they have all the time they need but most importantly my coins are AVAILABLE TO ME.

I'm not defending, rather sharing my experience.

From what I understand, coins aren't being locked. There is simply an error where two things aren't being connected. Your withdrawal is being "processed" leaving you without the coins. At the same time it isn't really being "processed" since the command never arrived.
It needs to be manually cancelled, so that it can be tried again.

It was stated that 1 out of 15 withdrawals gets the error. Until this has been fixed; maybe it's a good idea to withdraw in portions? If the chance is 1/15, you could get the majority out without being stuck.

In your case it needs to be cancelled first, though. Have you tried contacting Ukyo on IRC?

EDIT: I do agree that it needs to be fixed ASAP. Given the current situation it could rather escalate quickly.
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder]&[WeExchange] WARNING! The Fall of Ukyo! on: October 23, 2013, 08:41:29 AM
I had an issue earlier in where my withdrawal wasn't being processed.

Yesterday I managed to contact Ukyo on IRC and he swiftly corrected this. He did say that there are some issues with bitcoind and RPC time-outs. If you have funds in limbo, make sure to open a support ticket on WeExchange and find Ukyo on IRC.
Apparently those that experience this issue have bad luck, as "x" out of "x" withdrawals is affected.

I wish all involved good luck and swift resolutions.

Mine was solved by cancelling the transaction manually by weexchange. Last night I moved 10 Bitcoins and it gave the same error but the transaction was broadcasted after 2 minutes :S.

I think it is a liquidity problem for Weexchange and I hope there is a place where we can see what is available to be withdrawn from the exchange because I lost $3k just because of this!.

Recently Ukyo is getting sloppy..... a pattern that we see everywhere and it is kinda scary,,,

Today I noted that the transaction was cancelled. Again I attempted to withdraw my funds...same error...stuck again.

This is rather annoying. I too have lost some opportunity because of this delay. I am wondering if there are others experiencing these problems.

Ukyo, I sent you a PM, Maybe you didnt see it because your box is getting spammed? Anyway I have several coins to be withdrawn from WeExchange and they are in limbo for several hours now. First it gave me "Error connecting to 2nd stage server" and then it is stuck on "Processing", No transaction were sent to the Bitcoin network yet. Please help. Thank you.

Has your withdrawal been processed already?
Unfortunately, I have encountered a similar situation. I have a withdrawal that gave me the same message and now it's stuck on "Processing". I hope this will be resolved rather quickly.

Funny thing. BitFunder seems to have an "unbreakable" wall of 19 shares. Trying to sell into that position leads to a fatal error...

Good or bad? Pick your poison...

Total time logged in: 13 days, 8 hours and 52 minutes.

It's more often then not a good drama show. Best enjoyed when simply watching.  Cool

Afternoon? Right, I forgot you were from down under.

It's appreciated.

Is there no report this week? Always like reading it.

So I decided to pitch in with a view based on cold facts and logic. Then half way through writing the wall of text, explaining the various aspects and importance of:
  • Information Security (information is potential power, power is subject to greed, greed is bad etc.)
  • Sensible investing (meaning financial power you can spare without endangering the sustenance of your lifestyle)
  • Risk Management (quite a few concerns here aren't necessarily a risk, they're more the fear(s) of an individual, one should not assess his/her risk based on speculation or the "what ifs")

, I decided (this sentence isn't very fluent) not to waste too much forum space. Those that are a bit sharper will maintain composure and those that aren't...will keep whining struggling.

I do hope that the most "vocal" will be put in their place, for those familiar with MMA;

To the OP's original question; as a "vote of confidence" I've just deposited a "sizeable" amount with pirate's BTCST. Not necessarily because I "trust", but because I am willing and able to do so. If things pan out nicely, I'll be happy. If things go awry, I'll not be so happy...for a few hours, then I'll move on to something else.

How the PirateShip™ is going to traverse the Nevada desert is what I've been wondering.  Huh

His ship is probably better known as the "Flying Dutchman".

From Wikipedia:
Quote
Sir Walter Scott (1771–1832), a friend of John Leyden's, was the first to refer to the vessel as a pirate ship, writing in the notes to Rokeby; a poem (first published December 1812) that the ship was "originally a vessel loaded with great wealth, on board of which some horrid act of murder and piracy had been committed" and that the apparition of the ship "is considered by the mariners as the worst of all possible omens."

Note that pirate is approximately 200 years too late...
