1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: January 28, 2014, 06:50:05 PM
I ordered one last weekend for 1.9 and it's still not shipped.
When do they ship?
[edit]I received it today, finally a company that doesn't take 365 days to deliver, in your face BFL[/edit]

3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if Bitcoin Mining is a Cover? on: July 27, 2013, 06:22:31 PM
Made me laugh reading this, I was thinking the same a while ago.
The Bitcoin network could Burt force any encrypted key in matter of seconds.
You only have to find a way to inject password hashes camouflaged as valid BC shares, and how knows, maybe US government has the capability to do that.

5  Bitcoin / Mining / Butterflylabs has the worst customer service in the world. on: July 24, 2013, 07:45:48 PM
Butterflylabs has the worst customer service in the world.
I got a 25% discount voucher because I ordered in July. And I decided to use it, to buy a Jalapeno. So I ordered one and at the moment I was ready to pay, MS Internet Explorer went all ape sh1t. To keep the story short. I cannot order a Jalapeno with 25% discount now because BFL tells me I already used the voucher. I did not yet buy anything of them with the voucher so how can it be used already? I contacted BFL customer support and explained my problem and what went wrong. There answer: go F*ck yourself! . And I'm still waiting on my SC Little Single, that's not going to arrive before June 2015 or something like that.

BFL: Unfortunately not. It is a one time voucher.
ME : Can you revalidate it?
BFL: Well, that is why you cannot use it anymore. The voucher is not valid now.
ME : yes
BFL: Did you try to use this in another order?
ME : Thanks for quick reply. I have a voucher code BFL-IOS01xxx how can I use it? It tells me it's already used.
BFL: Payment was not funded. BitPay must have logged you out after 15 min of inactivity. Please place another order. That order is not valid anymore.
ME : My Internet went all crazy and I ordered the wrong item, I only want order# 10007xxxx and please change the payment to paypal. : Can you cancel order# 10007xxxx, thanks.

I told you the Government would shutdown LibertyReserve.
They sure hate Bitcoin.

Mine, mine, mine!

Meer mensen voor een meeting in Breda of omstreken?
Is er iemand die eventueel interesse heeft in het starten van een Bitcoin consultancy firm
Ik zoek iemand met webdevelopment skills.
Iemand geïnteresseerd?
Let me know.

10  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Getting a HD 6870 on: April 02, 2013, 08:11:44 PM
I have two 6870 and they both do +/- 300 MH/s on a 950 Mhz core clock.
Try to find one or two 5870, they do +/- 430 MH/s if you overclock them.
I run two VaporX 5870 on 930 Mhz.
11  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling my Butterfly Labs Bitcoin Miner Mining Rig FPGA (not ASIC) 25 GH/s on: April 01, 2013, 06:49:51 PM

13  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Anyone still buying GPUs? on: January 19, 2013, 08:26:15 PM
Recently bought two 7950 from Gigabyte with 3 fans, run great, both on 1050 Mhz, doing 555 Mhs, default vcore.
For mining and occasional gaming.

I KNOW at least two of you are Frizz23.
No it's actually five of us.

R04dRunn3r, Frizz23, Yip, Yip (again) and DobZombie Cheesy
Sure buddy, you wish you were me!

After reading most of the reactions and seeing that video I support BFL, that video was lame, made no sense at all. I Would have pretty much reacted the same as that guy from BFL (Josh?), If somebody asks questions like that, that's just stupid.

I will wait on my hardware, It's going to be worth it and I still believe in BFL that they will in they end deliver a quality product that will do a hell of a job mining bitcoins.

Any way, I'm getting a bit restless, need some new mining hardware, the "Bitcoins mining virus" really got a hold of me. I'm just doing it for the fun of it. Barely making 6 dollar a day, +/- 2500 Mhs :-(
Need way more for a fraction of the power consumption. Still mining on GPU.
About 1000 watts of extra electricity every hour all the time :-(
Temps are going to the roof, having free heating in my house :-) sort of.
15  Bitcoin / Mining / It looks like BFL is screwing everyone over! on: January 15, 2013, 08:24:28 AM
What about the ASIC hardware?
It's taking forever now. When is BFL going to deliver, in 2013?
I orderd in november and they would be ready in December and then Januari, so what's next Feb, March? So with shipping (to the Netherlands) and BFL taking forever is probably going to be June or Juli before I will have my Jal and SC little.
My next orders are definitely not going to be with BFL.
I'm already having regrets for believing in BFL and that they would have the products ready in December.
I feel screwed over by BFL. And I hope they will compensate people for lost income and paying too much.
The way BFL does business is not done, You can't keep making promises and think you can get away with it.
16  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Anyone ordered Jalapeno / Single SC / Mining Rig SC? on: September 20, 2012, 05:43:49 PM
I pre-ordered one Jalepeno, order 3617  Smiley
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Recieving 220Mhash/s on a AMD RADEON 6990M dedicated GPU? on: March 08, 2012, 10:26:41 PM
I wouldn't mine on a laptop because it will get way to hot. You are running the risk of frying your very expensive laptop. Laptops are not made to mine for Bitcoins.
Check your temps with MSI afterburner.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Want to start a small mining company, need advice. on: February 21, 2012, 06:45:11 PM
I was planning to mine on GPU's, 3 maybe  4 5970 or 6990.
FPGA's are to expensive because I get my electricity pretty cheap. And is there a secondhand market for FPGA's? Because if I spend 2000 on FPGA's and Bitcoin fails I'm stuck with very expensive hardware that nobody wants. Graphiccards I sell for a nice price but FPGA's???

Costs will be (EURO)
100 for a PCIe board with at least 4 x16 slots.
250 for 1200 corsair PSU
100 for decent CPU
50 for Mem
250/300 for4 secondhand 5970's
400 for 3 secondhand 6990's
7970 are to expensive.
Leaves approximately 500 for misc.

Looking in to P2Pool mining, looks good.
But is the reward as big as in centralised pool mining?
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Want to start a small mining company, need advice. on: February 21, 2012, 01:14:34 PM
I want to start a small mining company in which can be invested over time.
I need some advice about the GLBSE and all the other advice you all can give me.

I was thinking about a Mhash growth of 200% with in the next 3 months.
Need around 2000 euro to accomplish that goal. Effectively growing from 1.4 Ghash/s to 4.2 Ghash/s. The initial investment is on my account some I keep control over it, but I'm looking for investors to secure further grow.

Need some advice on which software package I should use for the website.
I'm thinking about using Magento with the  Bitpay payment processor for investments and eventually payouts in Silver bullion if people are interested in payouts other than in Bitcoin.

20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Moneybookers closed my account!!!!!!!! Anti-Bitcoin policy !!!! 2-12-2012 on: February 18, 2012, 09:35:25 AM
My account was frozen too! I've sent them the documents. Hopefully it will be unlocked or it's a good-bye to $300. :?

When they close your account, they do give you the option to withdraw your money. I got my money back in they end but it's still BS that they locked the account in the first place.
