EXPLANATION OF DISTRIBUTION CHARTS http://www.8-bit.party/#distributionFirst of all, distribution is analyzed using - total supply (blockchain scan) - obvious - richlist (blockchain scan) - TOP100 - splitted to 1-10, 11-50, 51-100 parts each showing sum of balances of described addresses - unspent 112 8BIT inputs (blockchain scan) - MASTERNODE READY - sum of balances (not just 112 inputs) of addresses which have unspent 112 8BIT input - Bittrex Distribution (API) - BITTREX TOP50 - sum of balances of TOP 50 accounts - Bittrex Orderbook (API) - BITTREX ASKs - sum of ASKs (first 50 orders) - Cryptsy Orderbook (API) - CRYPTSY ASKs - sum of ASKs - masternode list (RPC call) - disabled since unspents are more reliable here Amounts shown by BITTREX TOP50 and BITTREX ASKs are shared. At this moment half of coins stored on Bittrex is available on first 50 ASK orders. So BITTREX TOP50 is better factor to find out how many coins are kept on Bittrex. Fortunately market on C-CEX is gone so we do not have to care about it anymore. Sharp eye for detail will discover that funds kept on masternode-capable address are 57952 8BITs. And our current masternode count peak is 307 (see http://www.8-bit.party/#masternodes for details). 307 * 112 = 34384. What about those 23568? Yeah, that's true. Seems like many addresses are either not deployed on masternode or inputs are not protected against staking what can break masternode start tx. Finally, seems like many MN operators are not in hurry with collecting earnings from their nodes. End of theory, here we go with my analysis: - BLOCKCHAIN TOP100 vs TOTAL SUPPLY
This is how splitted TOP100 looks compared to total coin supply. Only 26% of coins is held by TOP10 addresses. Comparing to other popular coins - this is very nice result.
- CRYPTSY ASKs vs BITTREX TOP50 vs MASTERNODE READY vs TOTAL SUPPLY
Here were see where coins are stored. So, at least 27% coins sits on exchanges. Anoter 28% sits on masternodes or wait to be deployed on masternode. Remaining less than 46% is elsewhere. Enough to stake well.
- CRYPTSY ASKs vs BITTREX ASKs vs MASTERNODE READY vs TOTAL SUPPLY
Same as above but with bittrex orderbook taken instead of bittrex distribution list. At this moment this factor is worse, but it may change in future so I decided to keep both comparisions.
Data are refreshed automatically, at least 6 times a day. Thank you for the graphs, very insightful.

BitLicense is good thing. It secure the transaction and protest terrorism and money laundering. In recent trend, follow that illegal business is running by using bitcoin. When all business transaction comes under government observation, illegal business is forced shutting down. My personal opinion, its good initiative. Canada already look pretty this.
We have terrorism and laundering already well before bitcoins, cryptos don't chance that, it is just a different flavor. You can have a illegal business no matter what currency it uses to hide money. Very true bitcoin is just a newer way to transfer money, the crime will never stop.

How much would a typical dashboard cost? Everything in real time.
I did one client's for just a little live price and balance display for bittrex I think it was just a little 100px * 100px he wanted to stick the little app in the top right of his desktop. It did it for like 0.01 Id need some more details to give you a pretty spot on quote... A really complicated full dashboard I made for someone to use on a separate monitor for live feeds of graphs and prices few grids special calculator and few buttons.. after all his changes and modifications over a month period I think i only ended up charging him 0.10 for the whole thing (this was a entire app full of streaming data and a couple buttons for tasks) It just depends what you want.. and what I will need to make on the fly if I haven't already made it before. Alright, I made a markets overview dashboard myself onceand it was pretty interesting. Thanks for your reply. I'll get back to you. Im always here! take care. Hopefully within the next day or so I will release this free to the public. Bittrex Market Monitor! fully animated dashboard for ticker changes alerts and errors. and Alarms and Sounds for price changes. where is the download link? I had some priority on a few other projects, there is still a few bugs i'm working out, its nearly ready. maybe sometime this week? hopefully by this weekend. Bittrex Market Monitor Release https://github.com/RazerGlass/BittrexMarketMonitor/releasescan we change themes?

Starting on the new site logo. This is the first step in my process, narrowing down a font, and I would like everyone's opinion on which ones you feel are best suited for the site. The logo for the new site should be simple, professional, with finance and/or technology elements. 1,3 or 20 ..... Smokey 20 for sure

This is unlikely that Germany wont make a deep intervene in the Bankruptcy of the greek central bank. The euro currency was launched on Jan 99 (only 10 years before bitcoin) so it is a new currency that still need to be accepted on cultural (and financial) manners. so the need to pull up greek from depths - is not a question of a favor or good will - and it is not depending on the will of the German people but it is connected deeply with the existence of the euro, so I guess that the German leaders - thru the european central bank - will take soon a deep step, before their people try to prevent any deep and significant assistance to greek Here is an interesting letter I found in my mail box this morning I thought worth sharing.
Well .. One more purpose of DNotes is to provide equal currency protection to everyone around the world. Think about. That is very significant. DNotes is still at its infancy. At this point, we are all guardians of DNotes. We just need to ensure that this "infant" grows up with a great sense of purpose and committed to become a global solution. That is a worthy mission I am willing to work hard to help accomplish.
Perhaps and perhaps not. Germany seems to be ok with a Greek exit from the Euro: http://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/merkel-and-germany-open-to-possible-greek-euro-zone-exit-a-1011277.htmlhttp://www.biznews.com/global-investing/2015/01/12/can-germany-save-greece-euro/This is going to interesting to watch... I certainly hope that matatyau-cohen is correct. It is looking quite troubling. Yes very troubling, happy fathers day anyway Welcome to DNotes, Greede. Thanks for joining us. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or anything we can be helpful. Happy Fathers Day! thank you for the welcome, I look forward to hanging out. this has been a great investment so far

Interesting that there is several 500DASH sell orders on Cryptsy tightly grouped. This is great for further spreading out of the coin distribution. Its keeping the price stable too. Good stuff.
the more its distributed the less the whales have
